I had an emergency tire valve situation and drove in to be greeted warmly and professionally by a very capable and hospitable manager named, James. He was personable and quick to evaluate my tire situation and got me in a dock immediately. James worked on it personally, which made me feel important.The waiting room was equipped with another knowledgeable sales rep, Mr. Hill, who was friendly, courteous and very informative.As I waited my turn, I engaged in a pleasant atmosphere that made me feel taken care of. My tire repair did not cost as much as I thought it would, and I left there elated! The Management was great! Good job all the way around! I will definitely go back next time!

Needed an oil change right away. Went to another store actually made an apt which was confirmed. He calls my phone and say he needed to change it 3 minutes before my appointment. James and Dan were great. Got me right in on short notice and price was fair.

Excellent tire and service shop! I stopped in without an appointment hoping to get help with a flat tire that was recently-repaired at an unrelated tire store. The Manager and Service team members, James and Alan, quickly got my car in the bay. The tire was removed and after inspection it was explained that the repair should have never been done due to its location on the tire. They put my spare on my car and CHARGED ME NOTHING for their time and service. I made an appointment and returned a few days later to have my all-season tires installed. They and their team exemplify excellent customer service, a strong work ethic, and value for my money. THANK YOU ALL!I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be back.

I gave Mavis a call and explained to them that I needed 3 new tires asap for a cross country road trip. They were able to get me in right away and saved me so much money and trouble! They also checked all functions of the car to be sure it s safe for a cross country trip. I also appreciate that they informed me that I need new rear brake pads. Aside from that, they are a family friendly environment! They made sure that my toddler and I were comfortable and occupied the whole time! They did not mind when my toddler would play around a bit which I appreciate since it s hard for a toddler to sit still. I definitely recommend Mavis to anyone who needs a tire fast and easy. Thank you Don and Allen!!

My visit at Mavis today was an absolute amazing experience. I has trouble with my car and Allen at the front did an awesome job explaining to me everything needed to make my car to be up, running, and at its best again. The mechanic Nick was also amazing at getting the job done in a very respectful time frame and also went above and beyond to explain what needed to be done, and about how long it took. These two guys did not miss a beat with costumer care and mechanical perfection. Thank you Mavis!

Service was excellent and fast! Both James and Don were very helpful and had a technician look at my car right away. They communicated with me as soon as the technician determined the issue and gave me a time frame for the repair. I walked in off the street without an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Top notch service!

First time at Mavis Discount Tire! They have been amazing, so helpful. I needed four tires, which is pricey. They found me the best price In town and they also applied an additional discount to help bring the price down to something I could afford. I would give them 10 STARS if I could!

I had a great experience at Mavis. I walked in after I had an appointment somewhere else they didn't even have my size tires in stock. Dan at the counter checked and thankfully Mavis had exactly what I needed. They got me right in and were great to deal with.

James is a real asset to the company, he went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe. Without his help I would have been in a horrible situation on my own. Mavis saves the day again. I am not from here. I travel all over and have never not been able to find a Mavis. Pittsfield Mavis took me in last minute, no appointment. Had my tire size. Horrored my warranty. Even showed me a up and coming brake replacement. Offering to do it right then close to closing time. I was able to make my destination that evening. Sure enough Albany has Mavis there too. I'm getting my brakes done tomorrow.Thank you Dan. Mario, you're awesome. Thanks for the great deal James. I had forgotten I purchased the insurance for the tires. With these potholes, I'll never forget again. Good job guys.

Arrived without an appointment on a Saturday morning with a concerning noise and vibration that became noticeable the previous evening. Alan got me right in, techs found the issue, invited me in the bay to show me first hand, and provided the no pressure options. They couldn t get the part that day, but Alan again delivered by getting me in a couple of days later. Problem solved. Posted hourly rate is a bit high, but they gave me a discount that made the repair fairly priced. Would definitely recommend this current crew of service managers and technicians.

Hands down, very good service. I was very impressed with how friendly, courteous, honest and helpful Brandy was during my visit today to purchase a set of tires amongst other services. She guided me to the best price/product based on the questions she asked to determine my needs not for just today, but for down the road when the tires have been on the vehicle for more than a couple months. As for the person below who was bothered by the young woman's choice of discussion. Perhaps you should have had the courtesy to privately ask the young lady to change the subject, or go for a brisk walk rather than hide behind a 5 star rating and publicly humiliate another human being.

Don newly runs front of shop, and is a great guy that knows what he s doing. Excellent customer service, and extremely knowledgeable in the benefits that Mavis can provide + mechanical car issues.The folks in the garage take their time, so be prepared to wait. I am sure that this is something that could be improved upon with a little more man power.Good shop.

Mavis tire in Pittsfield ma did an outstanding job on very short notice. They gave me a great deal in my time of need on the purchase of 2 tires. They were kind and polite which is very rare today. Give mavis tire a chance and you ll be impressed 12 stars excellent

Came in for an oil change without an appointment and Don got me in right away! He is super friendly, even made sure to put the TV on cartoons for my daughter while we waited! Great prices, super accommodating... I definitely recommend this Mavis location!

Brandy is absolutely amazing! Got a flat tire with a screw in it. Stopped by Mavis in Pittsfield without an appointment. The tire was no longer made & was not a common size. She was immediately able to troubleshoot & find a new tire to order. In the meantime, tire was able to be plugged, filled & we were back on the road within 20 min. On a side note, Brandy keeps the reception & waiting area impeccably clean & smelling fabulous! 5 + stars!!

The guys at Mavis Discount r the best. They got me in and out B4 my actual appointment. They went above and beyond to help me find the lock key for my car.One associate even walked to harbor freight with me to find one.I highly recommend going there. Prices r great and service is above and beyond.

I ve had two great experiences at Mavis. They really go out of their way to take good care of their customers. They work with you and tell the truth about what you really need when you actually need it. And great customer service too. Brandy and Don are great. I ll be coming back when I need other work done.

I needed an alignment and they were able to fit me in the same day! The service was fast, of great quality, and very fairly priced. Brandy, Don, and the rest of the crew took perfect care of my car and I m super happy I stopped in! I would absolutely recommend coming here!

I went in for a few tires and oil change and the staff was thorough, prompt, and professional. The store itself was clean and well-kept. I also noticed that as customers came in, they were addressed and situated quickly. I was also made aware of a few underlying situations I had going on with my vehicle and although I was made aware, I at no point felt pressured. All in All, Great place to do business with a reliable and knowledgeable staff.

Came in to get an oil change and to replace my windshield wipers. Brandy was so very helpful and got my car in right away. Was very friendly and gave me updates regularly. Spent about 40 minutes total from walking in the store to getting the car back. Will definitely come here again!

These guys rock!! I came in missing a lug nut and they jumped right in to help me. I didn t have an appointment and they were friendly as can be. They have new management and you can definitely tell! Love them!

Don is my guy! All managers are great but he got me through with a positive attitude, transparency and efficiency. They service almost everything except for AC. Their team did a great job on my tires and breaks. Great find!

This place is the best place to go if you need anything done! I will always go here over any other place. They really care about you and helping you out in a timely fashion. A big shout out to Allan who works there. He's extreamly professional and kind.
