I've been to this family-owned shop twice in the past few years, most recently this past summer, and I can't say enough about their excellent work, their personal kindness, and their willingness to go the extra mile for a customer. I was in an accident in my almost new car while visiting from out of state. My car was towed from the scene of the accident to Jb reconditioning. There were several calls made to me that first week with pressure to sign papers to get the repairs started. As I was short on time (only here for another 8 days) and my husband was leaving in just over a week, we signed the paperwork after only finding two reviews, and both were good. Fast forward to 6 months later, after no phone calls from these people, and a bbb complaint. I was finally able to get my car. My passenger seat was completely replaced with authentic parts because of the mileage on my car. Within a couple weeks, the plastic casing around the passenger has completely come undone. And looks terrible. Mind you I don t have a passenger as my husband had to go overseas without me. So no one is sitting there daily. Or even weekly. I did have a passenger say they felt the seat shift when I braked. Very scary. I brought my car back at that point. About a month after picking it up. And they informed me the seat is fine, it must not have been all the adjusted back or forth. Fair enough. I got it in writing to protect myself. And they informed me that my car makes sub par parts and that s why the casing is coming apart. Even though the driver seat is sat in every day, not put together by JB, is just fine. And if I d like I can buy the whole kit. So that they can fix it. Uummm. Not. A. Chance. Long story short, they will cut corners, and not have things installed by professionals just to have a few more dollars in their pockets. Aside from smoking in their garage ( I found butts on my floor after picking it up) and being completely unprofessional their work is far from quality. Honestly take your car anywhere else and save yourself the headache. They only thing that went wrong was JB towing my car and taking it to their shop, and me agreeing to have the repairs done there.

Took fantastic care of my daughter after her accident. Then proceeded to treat me well as I collected her car.
