I recently had an outstanding customer service experience at Haddad Subaru, specifically with Mark in the service department.I had owned my car (bought used elsewhere) for less than two months when the passenger airbag light turned on. Frustrated by having a service issue so soon after the purchase and not trusting the original seller, I took my car to Haddad for a service appointment. It turns out the seat bottom would need to be replaced at a cost of about $1.4k. Mark asked when I bought the car and thought it was pretty bad to have such a high repair cost so soon. He explained how he would contact Subaru USA to describe the situation and would call me to discuss options.Just a couple of days later Mark called to say he spoke with a Subaru USA representative and the repair would be entirely covered. That was a totally unexpected but welcomed surprise. Mark went above and beyond, offering the best car service support I've experienced. This also speaks well of Subaru standing by its product, which is one of the reasons I'm on my second Outback.I will return to Haddad Subaru from now on for any service needs. I know they offer honesty and care that's unmatched. My thanks to the entire team for outstanding service!

This was my first visit to Haddad Subaru and I felt very well taken care of. Brandon was friendly and patient in describing the diagnosis for my car. He made every accommodation to allow the subsequent service to be easy for me. I really appreciated his style of communication. I felt that my car was looked at promptly and thoroughly. I would definitely see the advantage of using Haddad for my future Subaru needs!!!

I had a wonderful experience buying a vehicle at Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield MA. Everyone was so helpful and friendly and honest too. No wasting my time they know what I wanted and also didn t seem to want me to waste their time so they were honest and very direct which I love. Eli Yousef was the salesman and he was awesome. All business and no lies, he was very helpful. The Finance manager was honest and also very knowledgeable + helpful. I will be back and I have to admit I thought the experience would be good but it was even better than I anticipated!

Brandon Forquer is a pleasure to do business with at Haddad Subaru. He is always helpful, knowledgeable and reassuring . My Crosstrek was in for a tire pressure issue. Brandon kept me posted on the status of my vehicle, explained the exact problem and my tire was fixed promptly. I have been very happy with my experience with Haddad Subaru.

I had the best experience I've ever had at Haddad Subaru 2 days ago! Benjamin, Justin, Anthony, and my salesperson David went above and beyond for me and my special circumstances! They gave me what I needed for my trade in and gave me an amazing deal and exemplary service and got me in and out in the same day. The financing process was seamless and I got approved at a lower rate than I had thought!!Overall I had such a wonderful experience at Haddad Subaru. i will be telling all my friends and family to buy their future vehicles from this dealer.

Last year I purchased an Impreza from haddad Subaru and I absolutely loved it. After a mishap with a deer I was in the market for a new car. I met with Scott and the process was so easy. He showed me cars in my price range that met my daily needs. He never pushed me above where I felt comfortable, and he was eager to answer any questions I had. They handled everything with DMV for me (even though I m in NY). And Scott went out of his way to get me in the car as fast as possible, I couldn t have asked for a better experience!

Jake from Subaru was EXTREMELY helpful, very friendly and super knowledgable on the car I was buying and the process. He went above and beyond to make sure we got my car in a timely manner. I very recently bought my second Outback from Haddad Subaru. I was again served by my favorite salesman Eli. He is helpful, knowledgeable and, most importantly, forthcoming. The trade process, finance and delivery were smooth and as painless as spending that much money can be. As with my previous car, I plan to have all service work done at Haddad as well. The Service Department is run at a very high standard and is comparably priced with third party shops. Strongly recommended! . Looking for a Subaru? Go find Eli at Haddad!

I had an appointment at 11:00 AM for an oil change and indicated that I would be waiting for my vehicle at the dealership. I waited almost 2 hours and paid an exorbitant amount even after declining several "recommendations" in the amount of 1000's of dollars. When I purchased my vehicle, I was sold tire insurance and it was TOTALLY misrepresented to me. When I complained to the manager he was extremely rude and told me that he's sure that's NOT what I was told by the representative. He totally disregarded what I KNOW I was told. Horrible customer service and a total con to cheat you out of your money! Will seek my services elsewhere in the future unless I am forced to come here for warranty coverage.Note: The response I got back makes it all that much worse. Your general manager did not discuss anything with me. He was rude and condescending and basically accused me of lying. The fact that you're trying to excuse his behavior and paint him in a positive light is appalling!!! Do better Haddad!

We came to Haddad Subaru when we punctured our gas tank on a Saturday evening. Brandon at the service desk didn t hesitate to get us and our kids in a rental car and have our car looked at first thing Monday morning. We were turned down by 7 mechanics in the area before going there and we are so grateful for their kindness and consideration on that difficult day. They got the job done in a week and were helpful and straight forward with us the whole time. We will be going back in the future!

Had an amazing experience recently with Haddad Subaru, leasing a new Crosstrek. I wasn't looking for any particular vehicle and had been to a bunch of other dealers in the Berkshires. I found lots of game playing until I ended up at Haddad. Joe, my salesperson, listened and was super patient without pressure. I ended up with better value on my trade than expected and payments within the budget i wanted. Overall an exceptional experience and a really nice staff. I had leased Ford's for many years and i think I'm officially now a convert to Subaru!

I visited Haddad Subaru to test-drive a Subaru Outback a few days ago and yesterday I drove it home! The entire experience was much easier than I anticipated. Tim Durrin helped me from start to finish and was very approachable, helpful, and knowledgeable. Anthony was very helpful with the entire financing process. I had gotten my older Subaru serviced at Haddad before and knew the service was going to be great but it was even better than I had expected. If you're looking for a new car, I highly recommend stopping by Haddad Subaru!

I began my car search a few months ago. I like to really take my time and do a ton of research when looking for new vehicles, as I only buy a new car every 10 years or so. I have been pretty much only driving Hondas my entire adult life but after coming to Haddad Subaru and chatting with Benjamin and David Subaru shot up to the top of my list. I didn't realize all the safety awards Subaru has won over the past decade. I was amazed at the eyesight safety technology baked right into these vehicles. David set me up on a test drive and was not pushy at all. I fell in love right away with the Forester.I love that David kept in touch with me over the following months and about a month after test driving and falling in love with the forester I came back and David helped me order the perfect Forester for my lifestyle.He kept in touch with me and let me know when the vehicle showed up.It was a very streamlined process and when my car showed up I was there the following day and the rest of the buying process was a breeze. Anthony the finance manager explained everything very nicely and I swapped plates that day and drove away in my sweet new Forester!!Thank you SOO much Haddad!!!! David Solis was great to work with! He is a real professional. As a woman, I felt very comfortable with him. He is not pushy. He is informative, knowledgeable and caring. Haddad worked with me on pricing! Even the Finance manager was great! Trust me, I have not had that experience with another Subaru dealership with my last car that was local to me. I would purchase my next car from Haddad in a heartbeat!! I live in Rensselaer county NY and traveled to Pittsfield to purchase my car. Go there! They were fantastic!

I just recently purchased a Brand New 2024 Subaru Forester from Haddad Subaru. Many in my family have purchased or leased multiple cars from the Haddad Family for close to two decades. Our family has owned local businesses throughout our lives and the importance of staying local has always been important to us whenever possible. As I am approaching retirement soon, this vehicle was special to me as this would be my first personal car that would be my daily driving vehicle in 40+ years. I had been thinking about a certified preowned Lexus RX (Top of the Mountain I know!) for a number of years and thought that would be the car I would eventually own. I kept an open mind and started looking at different Crossover SUV vehicles. Because I am older now, comfort and ease of access have become more important matched along with reliability and service. Over time, I weighed my options of something that was luxury-oriented vs. practical and began to slowly focus more on dependability and practicality. When the time finally arrived, I had mentioned to my Brother that I was starting to focus on the Subaru Line. His sales representative (Pat Cody) helped in transitioning me over to the Subaru Store where I met the manager Ben who introduced me to Ally Curley. Because I am self-employed, and my time can be limited in nature, I explained to Ally that my purchase period on any type of vehicle was unknown and that my primary interest was to first test drive the Subaru Forester. From the beginning she took the time to go over all the features and benefits of the Forester and I was able to test drive a sample vehicle. From the onset I have to say I was impressed by multiple things about this car. First, I have to say the ease of access/exit into this vehicle is superior to many cars in this class and once inside you have an expansive view throughout the cabin with minimalistic blind spots. The ride is particularly good as it absorbs the road conditions very well along with excellent steering response and braking. This is a very safety-rich car with technology that does not overwhelm and that has a nice blend of traditional controls as well. The interior is very comfortable with multiple soft touch surfaces giving this vehicle a very premium look and feel. After test driving, I left the dealership with a brochure (I'm old school) and still had a number of questions for Ally, and she took the time needed to respond back each time. One philosophy that I have had in my business when working with customers is that I may have heard the same questions a number of times over the years, but tried to always keep in mind that it was this customers first time asking it when responding back and Ally gave me that same feeling when responding back to me. I will also say that throughout the entire experience I never once felt pressured and when the time finally arrived where I made the decision to purchase I once again test drove the Forester and selected the Touring Edition of this car, and I am incredibly happy that I have. The entire process from start to finish took just over a month, but I felt comfortable throughout and I am happy to keep my business local here in the Berkshires and am looking forward to many satisfied years of ownership and service of my New Subaru Forester. Thank you again to Ally for all your assistance and for following up with me after the purchase and as well as to the Haddad Associates who helped throughout the purchase and delivery experience.

Back in 2021 I bought a used vehicle from them to bring back to NY and it was the worst dealer experience anyone could have. Failed to mail correct forms for the dmv. 2 months later I finally take the truck home. They sent me off on tires that were bubbled and punctured by screws accompanied by a terrible shake which was not present. Few months later I find the frame is completely rotted behind the gas tank. Very aggressive sales. Be very cautious with their used lot.

I bought my 2024 Legacy this past Dec 30th. I received exceptional service from Jake who answered all my questions and showed me everything I needed to know about my new car. He even took off my car wash tag from the windshield of my traded in car and put it on my Legacy. Jake was very polite and professional through the entire process. Jake is also extremely personable and was easy to talk to. A quick shoutout to Anthony who got me to add about $5K of additional coverages for the car in a very nice and painless way. First, a confession; we love Subaru's and just bought our 5th, a brand new 2024 Forester. For a moment we were tugged by a hybrid, plug-in RAV4 from Toyota. When we went into Haddad Subaru in Pittsfield, sales person Joe Rodgers greeted us and made us feel immediately at home. No pressure from Joe. He helped us sort through options and to make choices. Within an hour, we shook hands and confirmed our purchase. Joe and Haddad team handled ALL of the administrative stuff for us. We picked up our car yesterday from Joe and could not have been more pleased. Thank you, Joe. Thank you Haddad team!

The level of ineptitude displayed by this dealership has one wonder how they remain in business. My husband and I were looking to purchase a vehicle and told the sales rep that we didn t want to waste his time. We intended to buy a Subaru and wanted to support the local dealership. However, they function as bait and switch, snake oil salesmen. One would think that a local Berkshires business would attempt to model the culture of Berkshire county. I sadly must advise my community not to do business with this dealership. Do better Haddad.
