The owner Mark at H&S Auto was great to work with. Took in my older Camaro without hesitation. The car needed quite a bit of work, and he kept me posted daily on its progress. He was very fair and transparent with the estimated cost and work needed. He was professional, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend H&S Auto for service.

Reliable and trustworthy service. They are always honest and explain the process. Worth every penny to know my vehicle is in good hands. They are efficient and still manage to ensure each customer gets the kind of customer service that's hard to come by in such a busy business. I've never had a poor experience with H&S, and I'm the third generation of my family to rely on them for parts and service. I absolutely reccomend them to anyone looking for people who know what they're doing with your vehicle.

An unmentioned mechanic quoted me $3,300 had my car for weeks and said it was too hard to do and it was junk. In one day for only $1,300 H&S had my car fixed! Life is short don't mess around with bad mechanics, GO TO H&S!!!!!!

Came here to check out a car for sell. I asked if I could test drive it, he said sure. Before leaving he asked me if I was going to take it to another mechanic. I said no. I was out for about 30/40 minutes then my phone starts buzzing and buzzing as I m driving. This man called me five times and texted me saying get back here with my car was very unfortunate. The White Nissan is still for sale there. To whoever buys it I hope he s not trying to hide something!

Great customer service went there and had a new car didn't know what coolant I needed they helped me out with it my old car took the greenish yellow color this one takes blue super friendly and easy they're always very friendly staff definitely asking questions will help you find something and find what you need

My sister had her serpentine belt shred on her truck on B3 and was towed from Canaan to H&S on a Saturday night. Monday morning she gets a call the mechanic had already checked it out and verified the pulley had shredded the belt. The truck was ready at 12 noon! We were so amazed at the honesty and great service! Thank you H&S for taking great care of my Sis!

I brought my car here a few times for nothing more complicated than an oil change but it seemed like a decent shop....I was having a wheel rotation noise when I was driving my car so I brought it in to H&S. They told me my brake pads and rotors had to be replaced in the front end so they did it for 400$. I picked my car up and the rotational noise was gone but now whenever I use my brakes there is a god awful screeching sound. I tried to call H&S auto three times and left voicemails but no one ever got back to me; it has now been over a month. They claim that customer satisfaction is important to them but they don t show it. I paid 400$ just to end up with another problem and I had to bring my car into another mechanic to fix it. I would not recommend servicing your car here.

They advertise inspections 8-12 on Saturdays. Due to work constraints I arrived at 11:50. I was told they were done inspections for the day. I said your sign says to 12:00. Was told with no emotion the machine was turned of and take too long to turn it on. Why is the machine off before closing time? How would you feel if you were going home for food after your shift and the restaurant said sorry the oven is off, but we re still open for 15 more minutes. Terrible customer service and not even an apology.

They hire a deliver drive named Luke Steiner. Luke stole from them yet they gave him another chance. Luke inevitably did it again and is still working there. Even the toys for tots he stole. Don t support this place or Steiner.

Was not happy I brought my truck in couple weeks ago they checked it and they switched my O2 sensors with other to see if there was anything actually wrong they wanted me drive it to see if check engine light came back on thinking that they just charge me for labor which was okay cuz I didn't think they're going to charge me if I had bring it back in then I bring it in today and for light came back on so the game me new sensor and they charge me for labor again and for part and then I find out that my last charge was for a diagnosis of my truck even though they knew what it was that was wrong with my truck so I never even asked them to do a diagnosis on truck so I got charge $88 dollars for that and they did not even ask me they did it and charge me. And I thought it was labor charge to switch my sensors from one side to another figure that I won't get charge again if I had to bring it in

Do not go here for inspection stickers, they do not know what they are doing or else they really don't want to do business. I do not recommend this business.
