I was 2 hours in to a long drive from my home to Western NY when I hit a pothole on the I90 and it broke a strut. The staff here (Mario in particular) was extremely helpful in finding a way to get the needed part and get our car fixed so we could continue our long trip to a funeral. The staff was also very friendly while we waited. Mario and Anthony went above and beyond and worked late that Friday to get me and my family back on the road safely. A great experience in kindness and excellent work!! If I lived closer it would be my go to shop for all things wheel and tire.

Long overdue to do a review for this place. Superb auto service business. Totally trustworthy and has a pleasantly kind staff team. Goes out of their way to take care of you and do the right thing. Affordable and quality service. We've been coming here for many years and feel thankful to have them as our local go to. Will always return when needed!

10/10 experience once again! My first review was from a few months ago and I am so glad I came back. Don and Brandy were absolutely excellent, they are honest people and explain things easily. As someone who know nothing about cars and is afraid to be taken advantage of because of that, the employees at Mavis have gained my trust and have done excellent work. Will be back again!

The employees at Mavis discount on Dalton ave in pittsfield were very helpful and kind. Andante was especially helpful and professional despite it being very busy and convinced this long time customer the benefits of purchasing road hazard protection. After having a bad experience at the great barrington location,I was ready to try somewhere else. I m glad I didn t, I was happy with the professionalism and understanding that the folks at the pittsfield location had.

Went inside here, and the staff is very helpful. They are mindful of budgets and events that led up to the car issues. Very nice place to do business with. Will recommend this place...like I have been.

Wow Honestly the worst service I ve received probably ever. I called ahead and told them I needed a price on tires. The guy, Matt, told me it d be 104 per tire plus installation, way better than midas. I drive down from VT an hour away to find that Matt doesnt have these tires. As I begin to walk out of the store it hits me that this guy just cost me a whole afternoon after I d just gotten home from work. I should have stayed home. I turn around and tell him he should have checked that they had the tires while we were on the phone. He then freaks out and starts yelling at me in front of a family who was waiting for their tires. Absolutely unprofessional. If you re thinking of coming here, dont bother, the walmart in pittsfield does tires for about $250 less for four tires/install/allignment.

Just bought 4 new tires and had a front end alignment done very pleased with the service. The manager Mitchel Burris was very prompt and polite and the service was excellent. Highly recommend going here.

Bandit's!! Call center gave one price with taxes out the door. Charged an additional $30 from the quoted price on a senior citizen, plus tried to upsell her on breaks that were fine. I just inspected car before getting new tires installed. I determined it was the tires that were bad not the brakes. I grew up as a mechanic definitely get a second opinion if they try to upsell you. "Be aware they will take advantage of you especially if you know nothing about cars. Hate to say it I'm a brick and mortar guy. Definitely check out tire rack first or your trusted local mechanic before you buy from these bandits. PS called call them back to make complaint they said they're looking into it for the refund no news. That was 4 weeks ago. Can't recommend highly enough shop around.

James is a life saver. I visited this place for mending a punctured tire on a Saturday late afternoon, when most other stores were about to be closed. But James and team were very helpful and prompt. I would highly recommend this place.

I needed a tire replaced on my boat trailer ASAP...nowhere else in Pittsfield could fit me in, but Ryan at Mavis hooked my up....in and out in 15 minutes
