Great service Andrew, the owner is one of the best mechanics I've met in the Berkshires, very honest hard-working and easy to talk to you about your vehicles problems I have used many mechanic shops in my life and I wouldn't recommend any of them except Crawford service definitely a five star review. I needed brake lines and fuel lines done on my truck and received many quotes from other mechanic shops Crawfords's was the lowest being $500 less than the closest competitor and still did a very quality job and had my truck back to me and only one day

Had a woolwax application done and Andrew was prompt and did a great job. Wanted to call out his stand up integrity - we had an unexpected snafu and he was unwavering in making it right.

I don't go anywhere else but here for service. I've heard them called "expensive" (they're not) but that's just code for *honest* and *competent*. If you're dissatisfied with your current garage or looking for a good place, start here.
