Have used cove street Service for many years !! I also have my kids bring their cars cause this business is honestly the best. Great staff and amazing service:) Definitely recommend ,we need to support local businesses. Adam and Tony is Awesome also the rest of the crew of course!

I started going to cove st service over a year ago when I was told by my car's dealership that I needed a new headlight assembly when I brought it in for not having low beams. They wanted to order the part that day for $1500. I did not do it.I stopped by Cove Street Service after a friend and her father highly recommended them. They came out , sent their coworker to get the right lights at the auto parts store and changed my bulbs! My low beams worked just fine!For less than $10 my problem was fixed. I have been going to them ever since. If you are looking for Honest, Trustworthy mechanics you can depend on and know you are not going to be robbed blind these ARE your people!! Just picked my car up Thursday 2/15/24 after having it checked over for a long trip. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

Cove Stewet Service is professional and extremely trustworthy. I rely on their opinion to evaluate the best options for repair as well as guidance when considering replacement. Always timely in scheduling and maintenance completion.

I had a great experience at Cove st. Adam is such a wonderful guy to work with and knows his stuff. Willy the guy that worked on my vehicle gave me the presidential special treating it with care and experience. 10/10 would recommend

Cove St. did the 60000 mile service on my 2010 Prius. All fluids, all checks, new plugs, and computer scan. Excellent job. They prefer payment by check. Otherwise 3.5% extra for credit card. Nothing fancy on Cove St but they are professional. I'll be going back for the Prius. And for my wife's 2010 Lincoln MKX. Tim Newman

After having a negative experience at a local namebrand dealership, I chose to do my research and find a local garage that could perform the tasks needed to fix my car. I found Bob s garage, or Cove Street, garage, through Google maps. Looking at the reviews there were 4.5 and five star ratings. I have to say the business has lived up to its name and its reputation for being a great place to service your car. I was deeply grateful to have such a positive experience with it being my very first time as a customer there. I felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully, with every step being explained to me in a very clear manner to ensure my understanding. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything or have additional services performed that weren t needed. I feel like I paid fairly for the services provided, which was rear brakes, a tail light, and a battery replacement. I don t need much work done, but I am positively looking forward to returning to this garage for any future services. I truly could not recommend them enough. These guys are my go to if anything comes up with my car, I call them and they get me in right away. They are very very busy all the time, but always make time to explain and make sure my vehicle is in tip top shape before giving it back. Prices are reasonable and I never feel intimidated as some of us may find happening elsewhere. Fast and efficient service. Went there for an oil change and had to bring the baby with me, and was welcomed by all the staff. When I was there, they noticed the previous business that did my cabin filter never replaced it and left it empty. Would definitely take my vehicle here again as they are trustworthy and quick. Both very difficult things to find when looking to fix your vehicle.

These guys are amazing I was referred by a friend and I drive an hour to come here. They re professional, friendly, and quick to the point. The don t try to rip you off, they re overly fair, and they re incredibly honest. Never have to worry when leaving your car here. I will always bring my vehicles here. Don t bring your car to the dealer when you can go to bobs!!

They fixed my 2005 hyundai sonata sedan v6 the cooling fan justin did a professional job and rest of the staff were kind and curtious and I differently bring my car back in the future if any repairs and regular tune ups

These guys saved me on trip through Mass. My transmission went 4 hours from my home. They were extremely sympathetic to my issue and went above and beyond to get it fixed.Not only are they caring, but they know their stuff.Highly recommend!!

Amazing customer service ALWAYS! Bob, Terry and Tony never cease to amaze me with the way they care for the SAFETY of their customers and the thoroughness or making sure the quality of work is done right. The prices are the best, as I am a single mom and their prices can NOT be beat!

If you are looking for a place to service and repair your vehicle, I highly recommend Bob's Elm Street Service at Cove Street in Pittsfield! It is rare to find a business that is so skillful in what they do... combined with honesty, integrity and reliability. Bob has been my "go to" mechanic for more decades that I care to admit....and he has never let me down. Bob, Tony and the crew are always very kind and thoughtful also....making sure that repair appointments are convenient and timely. I am truly grateful to know that I can trust that I am in good hands with Bob's Elm Street Service!
