I ve leased 2 beautiful vehicles from Coggins (sedan and suv). And I m so grateful for how they treated me and my partner during the process. Coggins has the best benefits. And some of the best prices In Berkshire county. I would 100% recommend to anyone interested, they will help you every step of the way and they are very kind and generous !! 10/10

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Coggins sales rep was a kind and thorough woman who helped me find a beautiful car that met all of my specifications, and then some, in 20 minutes. Purchasing was easy and comfortable. No tricks or bait and switch tactics that are common practice at other dealerships. Just nice people doing an excellent job. Skip the other dealerships.

Rob was extremely helpful and took the time to help find the car I was looking for. Friendly and respectful attitudes from everyone that I had the pleasure of meeting, as well as an awesome crew of mechanics. I am very happy with this dealership and will be going back in the future for my next car and any maintenance that I ll need. Highly recommend giving this place a try and stopping by if you re looking for something reliable and affordable.

Was such a pleaseure working with Scott and Courtney. They basically jumped through hoops to get me into my new vehicle, which I LOVE and can't be more thankful for. I would definitely recommend everyone to go and check them out. If they don't have what you're looking for at the Pittsfield location, they will find it at one of their many other locations. This review is long overdue; however, I do want to say that we are certainly enjoying the 2022 Outback that we purchased from you almost a year ago. You were all a pleasure to work with, upfront and no pressure. It was worth the hike up the turnpike!

I just purchased an SUV from Coggins of the Berkshires after looking at cars in 4 states for 3 months. Hands down from New Jersey to New Hampshire Coggins offered the highest level of customer service in a friendly, no pressure environment, and the cars on their lot were immaculate and ready for delivery. Robert in particular went above and beyond during the entire process of the sale and remained in constant communication, from sale to delivery, yet EVERY person I came in contact with at Coggins was warm, welcome, and personable. While this satellite site of Coggins is not as large as their dealership in Bennington, I would argue that THIS is the dealership to watch out for in the Berkshires. My advice from experience: 100% save time and just shop at Coggins FIRST! Great people, great value, and the way shopping for a large purchase should be.

It s been a nightmare only had the car for a month now and have had too many issues for a car that I purchased. I have been given nothing but attitude I literally had to have my car towed to my home because the calipers seized and caught on fireWORST EXPERIENCE what s not funny is a negative review was posted and they said they would not help me if the review wasn t removed so yeah unprofessional

The Coggins of the Berkshires location is top notch! Courtney and Rob make the car buying process painless, super fast and enjoyable. I also love how fast and efficient the service department is when I need to get my SUV worked on. Dylan is very knowledgeable and my mind is at ease knowing that I will drive away in a safe vehicle without breaking the bank.

I went here to get tires. my sister and mom use Coggins for basically everything (new cars/maintenance) and it was a great experience. Not a perfect experience, but they handled it like true pros, made great conversation and took care of my needs. I would not hesitate to go back and get work done on my car based off of this interaction. Ohh and when it's time to buy a new car, I will definitely be making the drive to Bennington... Haddads doesn't do it for me and the service of Scott and crew up north is stellar...

Really the best mechanical service in town. We're from out of town and the check engine light turned on. Our car was shuddering when it idled and noticebly was worse when giving it gas. We went to 4 different auto shops and even went to the Chrysler dealer, they all told us the same thing, they are booked two weeks out. Finally, we called Coggins. We made an appointment ASAP and we're in and out the same day. They helped out in what could have been a really stressful situation. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

I have been car shopping for weeks!The moment I walked on the lot I felt welcomed with a very pleasant greeting! Great people, nice deals, and they have sweet extra warranty and service packages. I will for sure return and highly recommend!

Leased from Coggins in Bennington VT, called what I thought was Coggins of Pittsfield to make an appointment for a fog light out on my RAV. Gave me an appointment for today @ 2:00. When I arrive for my appointment the gentlemen and the desk says oh I don't see you have an appointment here are you sure it's not in Bennington? I told the girl on the phone multiple times I live in Pittsfield and want my service done here in town, she instead booked my appointment in Bennington. The gentlemen said no worries we can fix it. After about 15 minutes I hear him call O' Rileys Auto Parts and says I need a fog light bulb for my customer who is sitting here. Another 15-20 minutes go by they finally arrive with the part. At this point they have the front of my RAV in the garage, change the bulb which took less than 10 minutes from the time O' Rileys came with the bulb. I pay for my bill, the gentlemen says see you can give us a 5 star review cuz we got you in. My bill was $73.27, $38.99 labor, $28.80 for the bulb, $3.46 shop supplies, and $2.02 tax. Are you serious?! It literally took less than 10 minutes to put it in! It's not my fault I was there for almost an hour due to their poor scheduling and having to wait for the bulb to come from a part store! Not a happy customer all around.

I bought a used car from them and Phil seems like the nicest guy you d ever meet. And I m not saying he ll pee on your foot and tell you it s raining but he wanted nine hundred and something dollars for a repair job and I got it done somewhere else for half that price. The car runs perfectly now and he was patient while we were figuring out what s wrong but the price thing bothered me.

Went in for maintenance and Chris treated me like one of their own right away. I'm a retired/disabled technician and the work these guys preformed for me was spot on as requested and on par with other competitors pricing. I checked the work I requested and it was within the same strict standards I would perform. Lastly, they do a mean alignment, my car tracks and handles very well now. I will definitely return again!

Went there as an out of towner with a minor hood latch problem. They looked at it immediately, repaired it and wouldn't take $. They are a throwback to good customer service. I would go here if I was a local resident.

Best shop in town legit went to every shop in town and was turned away before I can get a word out they took Anthony and the tech definitely took care of me!!

Very poor business! I called to ask questions about there dealership and the gentleman didn t even give me 1 min of his time and was very rude and said right now I m with a customer, you called at a bad time and hung up the phone!His name is phill! When I called back to speak to the owner who just so happened to be phill, and told him that it was very unprofessional Of him to do that he got nasty again and hung up the phone once again on me! I will be reporting this to a higher place and I hope that no one goes there to purchase vehicles from a disgustingly rude person like him!
