Man let me tell you how grateful I am this dealer made it possible for me to get my old car back and even knowing I was really into buying the car no matter what cost since I was the original owner and wanted the car back so badly they did not try to pull some slick moves like a lot of dealers do take advantage of people and try to over charge so here I am 5 years later getting my car back with only 5,400 miles more than I sold 5 years ago god is good and so is Berkshire Mazda thank you guys especially jimmy for your great service brother !

Visited Berkshire Mazda on Thanksgiving weekend and test drove a CX-30. Jim Clark was amazing from start to finish. Unbeknownst to me, my husband spent the next few weeks finalizing the deal. When we arrived Christmas weekend, the car I loved was sitting in front of the showroom with a big red bow on it! Thank you Jim Clark for making the process of buying the car seamless and going the extra mile to make this surprise absolutely priceless!

I ve worked with Jim at Berkshire Mazda twice now and he is a great guy, first and foremost, which makes him so easy and enjoyable to deal with as a salesman. And he does a very good job no pushiness, no phoniness, no hassling. His style speaks volumes about this dealership. I highly recommend it.

A huge selection of vehicles with a very attentive and knowledgeable sales team.Our sales rep Kevin did a great job in helping us choose the right vehicle and then in getting the sale and registration completed and processed.We are delighted with our CX-5!An all around pleasant experience!

Drove 2 hours to buy our Mazda at Berkshire Mazda. Did 90% of the purchase online/by phone and they made the visit super quick and painless. Very happy with the buying process here, and of course the car too!

Victor at Berkshire Mazda made leasing my second vehicle through them a breeze. Back and forth texting prior to going down made the transaction quick and easy. I was able to get my new vehicle within a couple hours (this includes swapping over tires, getting a sticker and a quick detail). In all my years leasing, this was by far the best, easiest and quickest process I ve been involved in. I m very satisfied.

Victor Fred in sales was phenomenal to work with! I purchased a 21 Mazda CX-5 from 1,150 miles away. He not only cleared the path to making the deal work for everyone, but went above and beyond by staying after the dealership closed on a Friday night after my flight was delayed!Thank you Victor and Berkshire Mazda!

Josh and Victor were a dream to work with. Not only did they make a miracle happen, they were very professional and completely understanding of what I was looking for. They did an absolutely amazing job paying attention to what my budget was and working around that, not being pushy or arrogant like most car salesmen are! I was able to drive away in a brand new 2024 Mazda for an unbelievable price! Not to mention they did this on a time constraint, as my car I had was totaled and we were crunched with time! The car is amazing and I would 12/10 recommend these guys if you re in the market for a new vehicle! Can t thank them enough!

Mikai is an honest straight forward salesman. We purchased long distance without eyes on the used vehicle and were completely satisfied upon delivery. There was a small issue with getting timely transport, but no fault of Berkshire Mazda. Car sales the way they used to be, and so hard to find in today's world. Thank you BM.

I have been leasing cars from Berkshire Mazda for many years. - This lease is my 6th one. Jim and his team are always kind and listen to what I need and considerate of what I want in a car. My Mazdas have all been great! We are a Mazda household and have driven almost all of them. - and have been a bit sad to part with each of them at the end of the lease - but the next one is always been great too. I m very excited about my new Mazda c-x90!

I scheduled service for my Mazda 3 at 60K miles. Upon arrival was greeted by Pete. They took my vehicle in promptly and the service took about an hour as they had estimated. Pete explained and shared a video with me of the tech going over my car and its needed service. Very professional and did a great job.

I feel that normally the car shopping process is pretty stressful but it was seamless here. Highly recommend Makai and berkshire Mazda to others shopping for a car.

I had a wonderful experience with Makai (salesman) and Josh (general sales manager ). This was my first time buying a new car and they made the process incredibly easy for me; on signing day I was in an old vehicle and out with a new vehicle within 30 minutes. Makai was very kind and personable and Josh was very candid and realistic throughout the whole process.
