INCREDIBLE service. I met my daughter at the shop to leave her car for an appointment the following day. Marcus met us outside and he started looking at the car to see what he could do at the time. He and one of his technicians worked for one hour and troubleshot and fixed the car on the spot. He was professional and courteous and efficient. Can t say enough about the service. Highly recommend!! This was the first time I ve used Berkshire Automotive but it won t be the last. Thank you Marcus and team!

Awesome place! I called and they got me in on the same day for a brake job and oil change. The staff were terrific and friendly. I'll definitely be going back there.

Fantastic experience getting a bunch of leaks addressed on my car. Shop was responsive, quality of work was stellar, and pricing was exceptional.Having had a few bad experiences at previous places locally, I can absolutely recommend that everyone should take their car here for whatever you need doing!

Stopped in for a quick late in the day inspection. Staff was friendly and efficient. Staff speak English, Spanish and Portuguese too! Close to Pittsfield RMV. Will definitely be back!

This shop is a top-notch!They worked on my BMW X3 and charged me way less money than the dealer, where I d pay a few thousands.Very polite and professional business owner, and well trained staff.

Fast awesome service went to another place and turned me away cause they didn't want to do any more inspections for the day. The day before there advertised hours they were closed. Needless to say won't go back there. Berkshire Automotive was fast and efficient, thank you soooo much!

Had an issue with my car while on vacation. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue within a couple hours so I could drive my car home. All at a pretty reasonable price too.

Ima gonna keep it 100 .. Papi A Real One for what he did .. I visited this auto mechanic to get oil change I had an engine problem ..he located the problem within minutes and you wouldn t believe the price it costed me ..let s just say pennies on the dollar .. I highly recommend

A very honest, reputable and professional auto repair and sales company that goes above and beyond what any shop would. I have been going here for years and always got professional services done at a more than fair price. Honest mechanics!CV axel went the night of arriving for vacation - we thought we d be stuck at the resort. Called Berkshire Automotive the morning after and they fit us right in that day. I tried 3 other businesses today and had given up on finding a place for a quick fix on a brake light fuse. I happened to drive past Berkshire Automotive and was seen immediately. They fixed the issue and I was on my way in 5 minutes. Stellar service!!

Markos has always gone above and beyond for my spouse and I. We were moving to North Carolina and another shop had let us down by saying our car wouldn t be ready for days when I needed to leave the following day (Irritating but understandable). Markos went above and beyond to find my part and fix the car so we could leave on time. Not only that Markos has done tons of jobs for me over the course of the year and all of the work has been tip top- at the best price! These other reviews make me sad because Marcus truly is always trying to do right by his customers. Thank you so much for everything Markos!

I had my BMW serviced with Berkshire Automotive and these guys are knowledgeable and professional. Very great business and super welcoming staff with a variety of services. Professional mechanics, deals on pre owned vehicles and towing services available! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The owner was incredibly rude after making me and my girlfriend wait an hour. Upcharges parts by over double (quoted my girlfriends cars part at $800 for a part I saw on his screen as $350). And that was just the part, he had a separate charge of about $1000 for the work. He left the store didn t even leave a number to call and none of his workers speak English well so it was really hard getting his number. The auto techs in the shop were very nice and got us his number after us waiting there for 40min. Unfortunately he was not nearly as nice and the first thing he said to us was very aggressive. He also seems to believe that him fixing your car is him doing you a favor even though he still expects money for this favor . All of it was a very one sided conversation after waiting an hour for something that was called ahead about. Also charged over $100 just to look at the car without doing any work. I would strongly advise against going here and I wish anyone who has made the same mistake the best of luck.

Terrible terrible service, incredibly rude owner. I waited over an hour with no communication about what was going on with my vehicle because the owner was getting his kids. It was a little inconvenient but i understand things happen. He was super rude to me and my bf the whole time, and then called me to complain about my review without listening to me at all. Previously told me he was "doing me a favor" by fitting me in even tho i called a day in advance... Brought it somewhere else who helped me figure out what the problem was, explained the issue thoroughly and helped me come up with a solution/plan besides automatically trying to get me to get a new engine same day for a 2015 honda civic with under 150k miles. He also didnt tell me "youre not gonna find a better deal anywhere else" over and over again even though i kept saying thank you I am going to think about all of this. Honesty about options is nice instead of taking advantage of new clients. Please be careful here, just my experience-Update: it wasnt about the money you charged, it was your lack of explanation about the situation, the backhanded comments to "not go there" with you when my bf suggested you leave a phone number. Your workers were great! I felt bad we couldnt communicate with them more. issues do come up but you shouldnt treat a customer with disrespect when this could have been handled so much differently. Your response says enough!

Came here thinking it was the old West End Auto for an inspection but Berkshire Automotive has taken over. Needed brakes done so I thought I would schedule an appointment.They encountered some issues during my brake/rotor change but fixed it at no additional charge even though it took them quite a bit of extra time. Nice beginning business, definitely worth checking out. They did a great job, I definitely have to recommend them. Fair price, good service, quick appointments.

This place is the best! Very fair pricing and they always do such a nice job! This is the only place I have been bringing my vehicles for repairs and maintenance for the last few years and I ll be a customer for life! The absolute ONLY place I will trust with my BMW in all of western mass. This is now our mechanic for life, and we will be returning any time we need anything. Not only are you provided with a diagnosis but it is then up to you if you'd like to proceed with repairs here, which gives you an opportunity to feel educated about what's going on with your car. The work is done beyond quick and beyond quality, and at an amazingly unbeatable price. Heres to many years of business to come! Thanks Berkshire auto!

This place is like the diamond in the rough of Car mechanics. Really fair price, super clean, honest, friendly, and an answer to prayer when it came to the amount of work we needed done on our 2005 ford explorer and the final price....wow.....
