I stopped in today for some windshield blades. The associates were very kind and asked if I needed help with anything. I looked online and bought what I thought would fit on my car but I couldn t get the to clip on. Keith helped me get the right size and even came outside in the snow to put the wipers on for me. Keith is the most helpful sales associate I ve ever encountered. 10/10 experience!

I called Will to advise my friend was in need of help and on her way there . My friend had an accident and is travelling home 3.5 hours; her car was hit in a parking lot and her sideview mirror was hanging. Will said he'd be on the lookout for her and tape it up for her. Dave was actually the one who helped my friend when she got there. We both want to commend both Will and Dave for their excellent attention, kindness, and immediate help. Dave would not even accept a tip.Thanks so much Will and Dave !

I m so sorry I don t remember her name, but the Toyota Master Mechanic I spoke to Sunday was so generous with her advice and help when my Prius wouldn t start and needed a jump. Great customer service.

Headlight bulb needed replacing. Joe at Pittsfield Autozone was super helpful and efficient. He put the new bulb in and checked that all the lights were working. I was in and out in 10 minutes.

The staff are really helpful and the company stocks a lot of parts which makes it difficult to decide but the staff is knowledgeable on all products and can steer you in the right direction

These guys are so incredibly helpful!! They changed a headlight for me in 5 minutes and saved me a trip to my service guys - they didn t even charge me for doing it!! Joe was great, but I ve had nothing but awesome experiences with everyone at this Autozone store - they ve installed new batteries for me and more! Highly recommend! Knowledgable, professional and courteous!

Manager is friendly & helped me get the correct part for my van. Even made sure I got antifreeze too since we were replacing a thermostat. Store is clean, good lighting, & for sure well stocked.

So today I walk into auto zone and in my mind I m going to purchase a new battery and change it out myself. In which I ve never done but I was confident that YouTube and I got this handled haha! Automatically I m greeted I am assisted by a man named Dave. Now Dave was on his way out I believe it was the middle of a shift change but He stood around because there was no one else to assist me. Now what I didn t know in which he informed me was that swapping out the battery was a free service that they offered! Whattt I had no idea! Cool service thanks autozone! But most importantly Shout out to Dave for rolling up his sleeves and making sure I was taking care of! He even talked me through what he was doing. Learning moments we all appreciate. Well at least I do. Today was a good day! Shout out to Dave who upon further conversation I find out is actually the store manager, he went above an beyond with being patient, kind, and genuine. I hope you read this you feel encouraged and it puts a smile on your face! Stay Awesome!

Had to return parts to store and the Manager took prompt care that I was credited. He also took the time to explain my issue and re-checked that I was reimbursed correctly. Great place to do business!

Fantastic service. I ordered an Alternator online and it arrived broken. After returning the broken item (using a borrowed car) they ordered a replacement and delivered it 45 min. away. Will definitely reccomend shopping here. Thank you once again.

My husband and I were tremendously happy with the service and help we received. David Valentine (manager) went above and beyond to help out my handicapped husband in a situation where others just turned us away. We will DEFINITELY use this AutoZone again whenever we need anything for our cars, and you should too!!!!

Walked right in, and got what I was looking for. Some headlight replacements for my Toyota. The Man who assisted me was friendly and helpful. Had me out of there in no time! I had a flat tire behind this store in Pittsfield ma, it was raining and store manager dave was sooo very helpful to my issue he gave me a hand and I rly appreciate the service and far beyond outta the way he want to help... never have I received service and kindness like dave offered .. I plan to visit that store for any purchases I may need as well as my family.. to dave in Pittsfield ma? Keep that great customer service up... I'm very pleased to see kind heart workers like u.

This particular Auto Zone has to be the most caring business in Pittsfield, MA. My mother who is still driving at 97 was having some trouble with a battery purchased about a year ago. Dave took the time to listen to mom's problem and personally go out to her home and change the battery for her, with a smile. Dave I cannot tell you how thankful I am for you taking care of my mothers problem. Dave thanks again!
