Wow! This place was recommended to me and even though I live 30min away, I went anyways because my friend had such good things to say and I had hit a deer with my first new car ever and just wanted the work done well. I was more than impressed. The car looks brand new...work is perfect, car cleaned, very quick job, fair and honest pricing, professional with me andknowledgeable on how to deal with insurance, excellent communication (they called me to say it was almost done so I could make a plan to get it and then called back a few hours later when it was done.) Beyond that, they're just so nice and friendly. Seriously, bring your car here. From now on, I will for sure. Thank you so much!

Auto Tech Repair was AMAZING, I had a tree branch fall on my car and had over 5K worth of damage from it. I called over 10+ auto repair shops to take my car right away and no place could take it till the summer. Auto tech took my car right away, reviewed all the spots (even the small dents) and promised they would fix it. They made sure my insurance came out and reviewed all of my claims. My car was done within a few weeks, they contacted my insurance and myself with updates. When I picked up my car the entire inside was vacuumed out and clean. The outside was washed and shiny and perfect! I had ZERO issues with Auto Tech. I will forever go back to them with anything in the future!!

If you are looking for an auto shop that will take GREAT care of your car and not rob you, this is the one!! Let me tell you, EVERYTIME they repair my car I drive off feeling like I have a whole new vehicle! I love it here and I highly recommend you giving them a try!!

Auto Tech Repair was awesome in helping my girlfriend get her car fixed after a little rear bumper damage. They were amazing about understanding the need to get the car fixed quickly as many other shops where booked far out. They did such an amazing job with the car repair (better than new)and did it way faster than we could have hoped for. We will be return customers for all our auto needs long as we live in Pittsfield!

I had a large dent in rear door passenger side. Amazing service, kind attention, Not only was the replacemnt of the camaged dor done well, good paint job. but they practically detailed my car with dusting avacuuming. Great Support for RVsWe lived in the Berkshires for a long time. Now we visit for several months each summer in our RV. Raul (both the father & son) are always helpful and accommodating. This is where we go to fill our propane and water tanks as well as empty our grey & black tanks. Reasonably priced & convenient. You can dump and fill any time of day but it's best to learn how to use their system by making your first visit during business hours. We have a Class B+ but we've seen a Class A emptying & filling tanks here too. They also repair vehicles but we've never needed this service.

Raul, the owner is a very excellent mechanic along with his team. I have been doing business with them and I wouldn't change. Very reliable and fair. I highly recommend Auto Tech to everyone.

This place is the worst place to rent a UHAUL. We did not choose them. This is where we were sent to pick up the UHAUL truck and row dolly that we reserved in June for our move on Nov 8, 2019.Originally were told to pick up our rental at a different location. On Thursday, Ov 7 we went to the original place and they told us the reservation had been Removed from their location and we needed to call UHAUL. When we called UHAUL they told us our reservation was now at Auto Tech Repair in Pittsfield MA. We we to Auto Tech Repair and the truck was in the yard and a tow dolly was also in the yard. The person inside told us the truck was there, but he rented the tow dolly the day before for pick up on Nov 7 and returned Nov 8 in the afternoon. We were told we had to drive to Orange CT 90 miles in each direction to pick up the tow dolly that we reserved in June.We called UHAL customer service, they confirmed that we had to drive 90 miles in each direction to pick up the tow dolly. They would give us 300 more miles on our contract. What about the inconvenience the day before our move to waste 4 1/2 hours and the gas money for the 26 foot truck to fix a problem we did not create.UHAUL and Auto Tech Repair seem to care more about money than creating positive customer satisfaction.

Made reservation to pick up uhaul on a Sunday. And although the website says they re open til 1pm and although they had an open sign on the door to the business, someone didn t feel it important enough to be at work during business hours. I am extremely frustrated, luckily the folks at the large uhaul center in 434 west Housatonic st were wonderful, and even mentioned this happens quite frequently. If your doing business in the Berkshires, DONT do it with auto tech repair!!! You will regret it

Excellent skilled mechanic....... However they're honesty is unmatched...... Recently brought a 10yr old car there with an exhaust noise from the front of the car..... I was worried here we go $$$ so to my surprise when I called to learn that not only did they diagnosed what was wrong..... They contacted the dealer and learned that the damage was part of a manufacturers recall ..... I was grateful to pay $50 for the diagnostics b/c they saved me a $1399 repair bill ...... Performed for free by the dealer.. when I picked up the car he told me the local Subaru dealer was waiting for me to bring my car in.

I stopped by Auto Tech Repair after noticing something hanging from underneath my car in the Hancock Shaker Village parking lot. As an out of state tourist, I envisioned the worst. In less than 10 minutes my problem was repaired and I was sent on my way - no charge! Thank you Auto Tech - you made my day!
