These two women were kind and helpful! Came over to explain items to me, what is the best and how to use. They are usually my go to car needs place. Be sure to look for them when shopping for your car needs!!!

This business doesn t have any attention for their clients, the two employees that were working today, in the morning 10/11/23 . I ended up giving the store without purchasing anything. I did ask the woman employee to help me find oil for my truck. She stated that she had to look it up however still continued to stock the shelves The other employee was just walking around going outside and also ignored me .I hope the manager educates them better. I will never return!!!!

A terrible experience, I was going to be killed and buried under the porch. I parked my wife's car under a tree at work. The hood was covered with tree sap. Advanced auto in Pittsfield ma. saved my life. I don't know about cars. Asked what I should do. The two young ladies behind the counter knew just what to do. They showed me the products I needed and explained how to use them. Thank you to the Advanced auto staff for solving my problem.

Always there if you need them but damn the prices might break ya!! I have to say the speed in which they responded to my comment is very impressive and know I've learned a lot ty... It's sad the store I went into didn't mention price matching even tho I specifically asked if anything like that was available... The loyalty program I did sign up for which helped the price alot! Ty for the response!

So I walk in the store. No one s there. Worker is standing outside apparently on a break. Probably 10 minutes I see no one. I could have walked out with anything I wanted. And I m saying hello anyone here? No response

I used to love going to this location. Not anymore. I go in, get ignored, when greeted finally by a gruff man who is not good at customer service and could definitely use a shower. Never thanked, never asked if I need help installing, no customer banter back and forth. I gave it a few tries and never see my favorite guy anymore, always the long haired smelly grump. I'll try a different store.

Convenient location,it's small but you usually get what you need/want,I like advance auto parts,some employees have some knowledge,that isn't important to me cuz I know what I want before hand,I love it's location.

Nasty women behind the counter refused to put my car on tester. Very unpleasant and unprofessional!"We don't do engine lights". O'Reilly's was happy to oblige and got my business.

NO printout on engine light report available. Misled on inspection rules for older cars. Very busy store, limited parking. Other locations are much more professionally run. Needs store needs a good cleaning and more associates that know what they are doing.

The wait is always long. It feels like the store is understaffed. The employees are not very good at making recommendations and seem to have no product knowledge.

I came in not sure if I needed a new battery and the rep came right out with a tester. Not only did I get good information about what happened when our battery died the night before, I was told the model specific details about how and why this happens, general battery life expected and was not pushed into an unnecessary sale. It was all done with a great sense of humor, personable service and I was even pointed to another rep for recommendations on rv sales and resources. They went above and beyond, and instilled confidence they would only recommend what I needed, nothing more.

Terrible!!!! North st advanced auto is horrible. The customer service? BAD Prior to me answering a phone call I was at the counter for 3 minutes before I was spoken to i then was given rude attitude from the worker. If you go to advanced auto parts I suggest not going to this one. I will continue to use Merrill road and elm street but do not recommend this one

They normally have what you need but the attitudes of every employee is one that makes you feel like you are doing them a huge disservice by coming in and bothering them to ask for anything at all. Even if you order online they still seem to be annoyed that you are coming in asking for anything. This is a rament issue i have personally found at every Advance Auto i have been too. This one is not the worst one but as a paying customer no one should be treated this way when they go in to do business. Frankly if these types of attitudes continue I would personally suggest going somewere that treats paying customers better such as NAPA even if it means travel in ng a bit further.

Dave was great! Friendly, helpful. I was in and out in 5 minutes with new wiper blades on my car. Would recommend 100%

Customer service reminded me of the DMV. Feel as if I had a question it would have been answered to there best ability. Just have to wait for them to finish their cigarette first.

I get the same guy every time and he has the worst attitude, makes every experience awful and I'm out 200$ because of incompetence. If you have any issue avoid this one at all costs

Parts here are better quality than auto zone. Prices are about the same... And the staff is knowledgeable. This is the best auto parts store in a town full of them.
