The last review was 5 months ago and happy to report that their service remains top notch! Kristin & Co were so helpful in helping me navigate all of the interactions with adjustors, insurance companies, and rental cars. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone as it made a stressful situation (being hit by another car) a lot easier to mange.

Great shop. Kristin at the desk was super helpful from beginning to end and communication throughout was excellent. They were quick with the the work, and got my car back in great condition.

Nashoba Valley Auto Body are the absolute best! They did amazing work on my 2004 Silverado - replacing a damaged bed side, fender flares, rockers and painting my beloved "franken-truck" so it is all one color. Kristin and Gerry were super helpful, very responsive and really, really nice! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future if/when body work is needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

An absolutely incredibly kind and thoughtful shop with the most wonderful administrator around - Kristin is knowledgeable and empathetic, and an absolute whiz at working with insurance. When I ve been overwhelmed or frustrated with a claim, she steps in to clear things up and help. My car has been repaired swiftly and with minimal wait times - they also partner with Enterprise so it s easy to drop off a rental and pick up your car! Will use them again and again and I highly recommend this body shop to everyone.

Very friendly staff, don't be afraid to cal. I've never been unsatisfied with my service or the way I've been treated, they act like everyone is family. Never had an issue. Service is always friendly and quick. This business is locally owned and never disappoints! Give it a try! Your car can't look better than what these guys can do!

Pretty good side swipe damage on the driver side on my CRV. Had trouble getting the driver side door open. Brought the car for a quick estimate and they bent the door back into frame so I could get in and out of the car like normal again and charged nothing. Dropped the car off a few weeks later for repair and was returned to me looking better than new. Highly recommend this place. Completely open and transparent about the pricing and work to be done and the communication was top notch. Rare find these days.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience here, they worked to fix the damage on my truck in a timely manner. Kristin communicated everything to me and was always willing to provide me with updates. She gave me a time frame on when the work would be finished and met that deadline with no issue! I would be happy to refer anyone to use Nashoba Valley Auto Body.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Outstanding work, very professional family owned business. Brought my wifes 2012 gmc truck there after a fender bender in a parking lot. Got it back in better shape then when i dropped it off, and they will work with your insurance company.

Hands down best in the area. I've had to take several vehicles there for body work from just bumper scratches, to quarter panel repair to major accident repair/body work. They're meticulous in what they do and very reasonable. Very professional. Can't recommend them enough!

Nashoba Auto Body is Awesome. They did a few small jobs for me. Great job, and they even washed and cleaned/vacuumed the interior! Love those guys. Highly recommend.
