Car got rejected for emissions reasons. Went and fixed the issue and the guy fails me for a piece of plastic missing front seat bench seatbelt. The courteous and honest thing to do would be to let me know from the first rejection that the car still had a safety issue. I honestly think they did this on purpose to screw with me and ruin my day. So now I can't go elsewhere where they may pass it cause you out it on record? Clever. Owners name is what, Bill? I will be sure to sing your praises wherever I go in town. Thanks again!

We've been going to Auto Clinic for many years. They always do top-notch service and stand behind their work. Convenient location and comfortable waiting space, especially while waiting for a state inspection on a rainy day. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is outdoor space to wait on the nicer days. The shop bays were clean and busy and while I was only there for inspection, I suspect they do great work. Looking forward to my next visit!

The service is fine. I got an inspection. I've made arrangements twice to get a copy of the report as I needed it for something. Each time I've gone according to the published hours on the website and both times, the inspector wasn't there.

Went to get my car inspected today. Waited about an hour for them to finish the inspection, had to have a bulb fixed in my headlights but then I was all set. Go to drive my car off the lot and suddenly my car alerts me that one of my tires has very low pressure. I get about a minute down the road and the pressure keeps decreasing so I turn around and go back to this shop. I have them take a look at my tire and there s a nail in it. Considering my car had been absolutely fine before going there, I know it happened while it was there. I asked them to fix it and they refused. So I was stuck with a rapidly deflating tire and nowhere to go! Thankfully another shop was open and was able to repair the spot the nail was in at no charge. The nail was brand new, super shiny and looked like it has not been driven on much so I know it was from this shop. The other shop that helped me said the treads on my tires were very warn down and they had no idea how they even passed inspection. Very disappointed with this service.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

All good here. Had both my daughter s and son s car serviced here. Got an honest assessment and the problems and a fair price to resolve the issues. They really listened to what I asked.Will go back for future repairs.Good people!

These guys know what they're doing. Scott is very kind and always very helpful. The workmanship quality of the Auto Clinic is nothing short of incredible.I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Even if it was free!

I was impressed with how quickly they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment. I called Monday afternoon and had an appointment for Wednesday morning. Also, the repair I brought my vehicle in for was actually much cheaper than I was expecting. They recommended a few maintenance items be done. And all said and done it was really reasonable. I will be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

They have an awesome staff! And are very thorough when even bringing it down for an oil change! They even print out a full diagnostic report showing what you may need done. My parents have been going to them for almost 26 years and I've been going to them for almost 2 years and they helped me with so many insane leaks and what not that happened when I bought my car. They are a really good shop and I would recommend anyone to go there!Services: A/C installation & repair, Battery, Oil change

I have been a customer of Auto Clinic for years. They are thorough, courteous, fair, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I love their shuttle service and have used it many times. This day and age you don't get to know and/or converse with the owners themselves. Well at Auto Clinic you certainly do. They are polite, humorous and make their customers feel very welcome. The best thing is they are local. Great job Auto Clinic.Also kudos to the mechanics. You guys do a great job!!!

Tried auto clinic after a bad experience at another shop and it was like night and day. My vehicle needed a major timing belt service so I had arranged to have a friend drop me off and pick me up, but they have a free shuttle service that was able to pick me up when it was done. Very happy to have found a shop that does good work for a fair price.

Don't listen to any of the recent negative reviews that have been posted. Auto Clinic is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. They are honest, reliable and reasonable in price. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

Auto Clinic is who I have trusted with my cars since receiving my license at 16! They have always provided me with fast, fair, knowledgeable service. I get individualized attention that could only come from a small family owned buisness. HIGHLY recommend the Auto Clinic!

I was have problems with my plow, so i took it to Bill at the auto clinic. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly. It needed a new motor, he had one that was used, but only a year old. He had my plow fixed in about an hour, we were getting snow that night. I was very pleased with the quality, speed and price at which he fixed my plow. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. My plow has never worked so well or been as quiet.

I can only say Amazing. My wife and I contacted Scott at the Auto Clinic about installing a light bar and Reece hitch on our Polaris UTV before we headed North to go riding. Scott told us to drop the machine off and the guys will do the work.We delivered the UTV and parts on Saturday morning and headed our. Regretfully I ordered the wrong mounting brackets for the light bar and missed several calls from Scott. This is where amazing comes in. Scott, Bill the owner and the technicians began to research brackets and the best place to mount the bar. After the best location was chosen, Bill fabricated and painted custom brackets! When I was finally able to talk to Scott ion Monday, he told me what had happened and how everyone came together and had everything done before they went home on Saturday. We ve never had such outstanding service or been treated like family before by a service provider.We can t thank Bill, Scott and the guys enough for all they did. We highly recommend the Auto Clinic for any and all of your mechanical needs. Also, Bill s wife Stephanie can fill you in on some really good places to stay and trails to ride up North.

I went here to have my truck's exhaust system repaired for Mass Inspection. They were very professional, upfront with costs, and had quick service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a decent repair shop.

This garage is consistently (for five years now) provided our family with quality workmanship with value. They are helpful and always pleasant. My husband and I consider ourselves lucky to have "found" them.

Five stars for state inspection (and re-inspection). Brought my father's RAV4 in for inspection. They gave me an honest estimate as to how much of a wait there was (no appointments are taken for inspections).Since I don't drive it that much I had no idea what may be wrong. It failed - lower ball joint - driver's side. The mechanic came out and explained the issue - said sorry that he had to fail me.Came back the next day (after repair was made) and handed them the paperwork, the same mechanic came out and gave me the keys and said I was all set.Great experience. -- oh ya, their waiting room TV is running some 2 year old news (at one point saying a new product would be coming out in 2018).

This is by far the best place around to get repairs done on any car or truck. They are polite they explain everything and don't charge you for things you don't need.
