Service excellence, sums it up. They also keep my faith going about mankind. There surely are wonderful people in this world.From Peter's assistance on the phone, to Matt getting my mom's car takin care of so quickly. I didn't have broken glass, but a bad seal and water getting in the car. They popped out the window and resealed it so fast. This was the easiest process I ever experienced. Stopped by the office, made a call to my glass claim department at my insurance company. And they took care of the rest. Came to my house for the replacement, arrived exactly on time. Great people to work with. Highly recommend Tiny and Sons!

Tiny & Sons is a local glass shop that does excellent work. They are much better than the big box shops. If you need a new windshield consider them.

Hands down the best service experience I have ever had. Prompt response - Friendly and inviting staff - Fast glass replacement keeping all stickers and EZ Pass - and a complimentary can of glass cleaner included. They took care of everything from the first call to the insurance company billing & I did not have to do a thing. No wonder they have been in business for 40+ years. Big fan!!

Tiny ND Sons is the best. From the initial call, friendly service, great technicians, and of course Peter, I have never had an issue with all the auto glass I have had replaced since the late 80s.

I have had several windshields replaced over my life and before I met Tiny and Sons used to think it was difficult. Now that I know Tiny and Sons all I do is place a call and they come out and service me. The staff is really friendly and the company is always involved in the community. I will continue to use them for my auto glass and refer others to them as well. Did I mention they have the worlds best auto glass cleaner?

His boys do a great job! We had a blown out back window. It was not easy. They made it look easy. Sure was easy for me. Came to the house and solved our issue. So easy. Plus, look what they do for the Community!

I am more than happy with the service, price and quality of care received at Tiny & Sons Auto Glass. Not only did they replace the windshield and fix my window motor but they left me a bottle of glass cleaner which I will absolutely be using and they folded the blanket used to cover the interior while the side window was stuck down and left it on the seat, there was no trace that anyone was even in the car aside from those two things. The team inside was extremely friendly and the estimated time was the actual time. Again I am very please with the work done and the costumer service and I will most definitely be bringing my business back there for any auto glass issues in the future and I highly recommend anyone else who needs windows fixed or replace to bring their business there as well.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto power window repair

Mike and and Aiden came to help fix my windshield after a rock had cracked it. They explained everything that they were doing and the process being done. They were able to come to my location rather then me going to the shop. Which made my day so much easier. They both were super kind and helpful even giving me some glass cleaner which was a plus! My boyfriend had his windshield replaced and I was so impressed by the work done! Crystal clear windshield, the inspection sticker looks like it was never removed, and they gave him a huge bottle of glass cleaner that was included with the service. We are both so happy with this company! Highly recommend

Came out to my place, got my new windshield done, cleaned everything up and were out within an hour. Highly recommend them as a family business. Professionalism was on point and the guys were very nice.

This company came to my rescue!!! Basically I switched to them after going through a terrible 4 week battle with another company who gave me nothing but run around & lies. Once I contacted Tiny & Sons they got right on it. They kept in communication through the process, ordered my glass, & had me on the books within about a week & a half. They came to my home today to repair 2 windows on my car. They gentleman I spoke with while at my residence fixing the vehicle was more then polite, respectful & did any amazing job. There are not enough words to thank you all for making this process smoother than it could ever be since I switched. Would recommend to anyone near or far! I've been doing business with Tiny and Sons since 2005 for all of my personal and business vehicles. I have never been let down by the quality of workmanship or the friendly service. Be sure to get a couple free cans of foaming window cleaner, it's the best.

Spend enough time on route 3 and you are certainly bound for a windshield! I have used Tiny & Sons for at least 20 years for my own cars and fleet services. They have always done a great job and the techs are squared away. Office crew is also spot on! Many thanks!!

Excellent customer service! Although the global supply and demand issues do make same day windshield replacement challenging, they made every effort to work around my schedule and get the job done as quickly as possible. Highly recommend.

WOW! AS GOOD AS IT GETS!! AND THEN SOME! FRIENDLY , SMART, CONFIDENT, SKILLED. YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY DID MY RESEARCH THEY ARE THE OPPOSITE OF SAFELITE AUTO GLASS WHICH SUCKS. Tiny and Sons (Peter and Eddie) worked diligently to find a rear quarter panel replacement window for my vehicle. There was only (1) in New England and they were able to get it quickly shipped from the dealer and installed less than 24 hours after it arrived. The gentlemen who came out to install the window were professional and quick. Did a great job at cleaning up the glass. I really appreciate their help! These people are the best! Don't even think of going anywhere else. We have used them more than once and have never been disappointed. Two guys came to our house today and were cleaning up before I had my second cup of coffee. Car repairs can surely be a hassle. But not when it comes to Tiny & Sons. 100% hassle free. Peter, Deanna, and John all gave excellent customer service. Peter even gave me the name of a trusted insurance company for a new policy quote. (I expressed my dissatisfaction with my current company.) They were also excellent. I plan on accepting their quote for a new auto policy when my current ends!! Deanna was efficient with making my appointment, following up to confirm, and making payment arrangements over the phone. John installed my windshield. He was curtious, arrived early, and made me very comfortable and aware of everything he was doing! Oh, and the complimentary can of glass cleaner was a wonderful added bonus! Thank you Tiny & Sons. I can rest easy on my up coming road trip knowing my family and I are protected and safe. If you are reading this review... don't wait give them a call!!

Please of you are in need of getting a windshield replaced go with these guys. I have tried most of the bigger companies in the past and tiny and sons are hands down the best. They have replaced multiple windshields at my work for the box trucks and recently did my personal vehicle. The lady when I called to set up the appointment was very nice and they had someone come out that Friday. They did a great job and we're finished quickly. They even give you a can of foaming glass cleaner. They have a customer for life with me

I brought my car in to Tiny and Sons today to repair a leaking windshield. I had never done business with them before but heard good things about them. When I went to pick up the car, they would not take any money and would not even accept a small tip as a token of my appreciation. I can assure you I will be doing business with them again and spreading the word about their excellent business practices. Thank you Tiny and Sons!

I have had windshields replaced in the past by Tiny & Sons and the quality of their work has always been perfect. I recently had a rock crack the windshield of my brand new 4Runner with less than 300 miles on it and it needed to be replaced. There is only one company I would trust that will make the windshield look like it came right out of the factory and that is Tiny & Sons. Tiny & Sons replaced the windshield on our business vehicle. They took us in at 7:00 a.m. so we didn t lose any work time and completed the job quickly. The staff is super courteous and easy to work with.
