Ben owner Chrissy administrator Gordon manager above all expectations. They're team just repaired a third banged up vehicle for me in the last 2 years. My wife's beloved Mustang Convertible was hit in a parking lot, the insurance Co. wanted to total it, Pembroke Collision changed their mind, got the funds they needed to restore the car to perfect conditionI highly recommend this company.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Did a great job on my Expedition rear quarter and bumper. Picked it up and it was as clean as if had been detailed. Definitely would recommend them!

Overall great experience with Pembroke Collision. They fixed our badly damaged jeep after the rear door was destroyed by backing into a dumpster. Super easy to work with and exceeded our expectations. Jeep was spotless when we got it back. Thanks again guys!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

had extensive bodywork done to my subaru wrx. pembroke collision was very fair on the price & even finished all of the work faster than i thought. so happy & highly recommend them! it looks absolutely flawless, had a terrible dent in my fender over the factory crease as well dents and chipped out paint in the rear quarter and everything looks brand new, amazing work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My head lights were all fogged up and the staff @ Pembroke Collison restored then to brand new in less than 45 minutes! On top of being fast they were courteous and attentive to my needs. If you want a professional headlight restoration Pembroke Collison is the place to go.

Last week I went to them in person to ask about a simple job that would only take like 20 minutes and they said bring it back next tuesday in the morning. I thought $100 to weld 2 carriage bolts(5 minutes of work) was extremely high and on top of that I went back today like they said at 8 and they were closed. I tried to call after bit they never answered. I went back 20 minutes later and they still weren't open. The week before they were and their times online show open at 8am everyday. It was a waste of my morning to let work know I was gonna be late to drop off my truck. Now I have to find somewhere else to do the work and waste time all over again to get it done. Thanks for nothing. I wouldn't waste my time on that small town hole in the wall auto shop after that. Good luck to you who do

Ben was great to work with. He got the job done on my 06 Tacoma in the time he estimated and for less than he quoted me. The truck looks better than it did before the damage. I highly recommend this shop. Couldn't have done better. True professionals.

My insurance ordered cheap parts but Pembroke Collision employees argued for me for the insurance to purchase factory parts. Great service, and the car was cleaner than when dropped off!
