Sullivan Tire on Washington Street in Peabody have always been great. I go to them for my oil changes, inspection sticker and of course, tires. The people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. Being a woman, they are never condescending - they treat me with respect. The best part - they actually call you before any work is done to confirm pricing and get your authorization to do the job. I've been to many places where this does not happen.

In and out in under 30 minutes. They quickly fixed my tire and didn't try to up sell me . Both the employees were polite and professional .

I got four new tires at the Peabody location and Ralph waited on me and suggested road hazard protection which I decided to buy. Thank god! One week later I was back there with a screw in my tire that they fixed promptly and got me back on the road. The service there is very quick very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend the Peabody location. Great staff. Great service.

I am a former auto tech. Don't have much good to say about many auto joints. Because there aren't many good ones. Very few infact!Great service here at Peabody Sullivan though. Job well done. And in unlikely event that there is an issue... Steve or Ron will step right up and instantly take care of it!!!!

I came in with a tire that was leaking air and said exactly which (front right). They then told me a different tire needed help, and I was WRONG! Yet, I've needed to fill the tire I mentioned on a weekly basis. They did not apologize for their error to me, but they get 1 star because they did correct the issue and I'm required to leave a star. Their bedside manner to a lone female leaves much to be desired. Go somewhere else.

I've been coming here for a couple years now for oil changes, tire pressure lights, state inspections, etc. Setting up/getting an appointment is super easy. They call you with an estimate and explain everything to you, before they do anything to the car. Prices are solid. The facility is clean and well lit. I'm happy to continue trusting them with my car.

Sullivan tire has time and time again been incredible. Recently they gave me advice that saved me a great deal of money towards fixing my vehicle. They are always kind and honest. I personally bring my car there rather than the dealership because I am more comfortable with them. I never feel pressured or like I am being upsold, the employees there truly know their stuff and treat their customers with kindness and compassion. Specifically, Ron and Steve are always happy to help and go above and beyond.

They make it so easy! I made the appointment on-line, got an email right away letting me know they received my request for an appointment. Got an email a little while after to let me know it was all set.When I dropped the car off, they confirmed when I'd need it by and what I added to the form on the site for what I wanted done. They called me when it was ready (right on time!), explained everything to me and it went really smooth - no unexpected surprises at pick up.Staff is friendly and reliable, and prices are reasonable.Will recommend and use again in the future.

We purchased 4 tires, had them installed, balanced and an alignment. The gentleman named R.Rizzo was very helpful in the purchase, answered questions we had. We would highly recommend Sullivan tire in Peabody for great overall service. Thank you .

RIp OFF. ROTORS AND BRAKES COST $1400. After work was completed I received quotes from 4 of their competitors no higher than $1000. My mistake for not shopping around. NEVER TO GIVE THEM BUSINESS AGAIN!!!After writing my previous review regarding paying $1400 for pads and rotors. The manager contacted me to let me know that had contacted a Nissan dealer and let me know their cost . He gratefully refunded me the difference. I am glad to see they realized the adjustment.Bismarck Rodriguez

I've had to have some major repairs made on my 2010 Ford Edge lately and the guys at Sullivan Tire in Peabody MA were great! Their prices were better than most other shops, especially the national chains. Their workmanship is 1st rate, which was one of the most important reasons I chose them. They provide great service, pricing, and they had it repaired before they had promised it.

Horrible people rude and completely unprofessional made me drive into the banks parking lot on a bare wheel because they didn't have my tire size! WORST ever!

Professional in all respects of customer relations and efficiency / execution when tire repairs / new tires are mounted to rims and installed onto vehicle simply the best prices and overall satisfaction to customer .

Since I ve moved to MA, I ve always brought my car to Sullivan. They are honest and dependable. They tell me all my options when I need a repair or service on my car and don t just give me the most expensive or profitable option. The staff and mechanics are kind and friendly. As long as I live in Massachusetts I will come here.

Had a small hop in one of my wheels. Went to Sullivan tire for them to check it out. They refused to even look at it because I had changed the tire to a slightly larger size than original equipment. Was told if the vehicle tires don't match the size listed on the sticker in the door jam they won't touch it and it would be a "nightmare" to find the problem. As I left was told "good luck". Well I drove to Direct Tire and the experience was night and day. One of the technicians took my truck for a quick ride and came back and said the problem is in one of the rear wheels. Up on the lift they spotted a slight indent on the inner ridge of the rear driver side wheel throwing out the balance. They straightened the wheel and rebalanced it and now all is good. I highly recommend Direct Tire. Professional, friendly, and know what they're doing!

I made an appointment to have all 4 tires switched and when I called back the next day the guy who answered was rude and did not even want to take my call. He told me he had to information on me and to call a different number instead. Poor customer service. Would not recommend unless you want your time wasted.

My kids and I were halfway to Ikea from our home in NH when my tire pressure light came on. A quick stop at a gas station revealed that one of the tires was actively leaking, so I Googled the closest tire store and it happened to be this Sullivan. The team there quickly determined what was wrong (tear in the sidewall) and had it and the other rear tire replaced within about 45 minutes, for a lower price than their initial quote. I really appreciated how quick and courteous they were. It wasn't a stop I had planned, but they got us back on the road, to Ikea and safely home again. Thanks, guys!

They were great! Helpful and nice. My last review was not for this tire place. I didnt realize that the request for review was Sullivan tire I misread it having a bad experience at Townfair tire. I had gone somewhere else that had no idea what they were doing so I chose to call up sullivan tire and they helped. Alot!

I came in at 12:30 Pm with a blown left front tire. At 3:45 pm I was back in my car, heading home. A great job. Very professional.

Called this place to see if they can take off my aftermarket lugnuts to put on new standard ones i bought, on & the guy tells me he can't. Your a tire place that cant take off any lugnut. what a joke

They could have sold me a new tire but they fixed the old one. I wouldn't have known if it could be fixed or not so their honesty was appreciated!

I spoke to a young man Called Kevin, and even though I called the shop more than 5 times and he was always answered in a cheerful manner.
