I just completed a review that was texted to me and in the very last question it stated that AAA members receive a 10% discount on repair work at the station. Is that true and if so can I get a 10% credit for a repair I had done yesterday?

The shop manager is very knowledgeable and professional, I had major engine work done at a dealership just 3 months earlier and the manager found a faulty repair. It was a huge thing so I could get it repaired before it caused a lot of damage. I ve also had many other services performed at the shop, oil change, transmission fluid flush and fill change, coolant flush, and refill on AC service I ve had a number of repairs done to my vehicle as well and everything has been great. I highly recommend this place and the staff is very friendly and informative!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery, Oil change

$175 for the same oil change that was $80 5 months ago?! I just got robbed. Been going here for 20 years and never going back again. What kind of crooks run this place now. Disgusting

DO NOT recommend this place. I talked to the mechanic about my truck after calling a few times with no answer . The put a bad caliper in my truck and theres nothing he can do about it, on top of that he was rude and disrespectful , He told me they been there 25 years they don't need my business. If that's how they conduct business there I wouldn't give them a dollar . Terrible , terrible business

This place charged $120 for a simple oil change. There is absolutely no reason why this should have cost this much money.

I have known about Peabody Sunoco and their excellent standards of service for a number of years. They provided trusted service to us when we were a family with three and four vehicles and we lived in the vicinity of the Station. This last time, I had a tire problem and needed to have it taken care of. I arrived at the station in the late morning. As soon as I approached the service representative at the desk, and told her of the problem, Nick appeared behind her and greeted me personally. He told me that they would take care of my tire right away. I was not there for more than fifteen minutes in total. I highly recommend Peabody Sunoco Ultra Service Center and will vouch for their excellent and friendly service.Service: Auto tire replacement

Good gas prices. Nice, efficient staff. I needed a bulb changed on a headlight. Most estimates were outrageous and I would have to wait 3 days. Sunoco got me in within minutes at a fair price. Cleanest, most pleasant gas station I have seen. Recommend.

Got state inspection for 35$Needed a brake light bulb changed: bulb 5$ labor 20$ do what u wish w this informationWhen u come in there s a price list of some commons services requested which was appreciated. Pretty fast inspection first come first serve

I need to get my inspection sticker done, I called to set up an appointment, the attendant was extremely pleasant, and told me that no appointment was needed. Great service at Peabody Sunoco, they diagnosed my vehicle quickly and provided me with the knowledge to get it repaired. They even put some gas in my tank.

My brake was malfunctioning. Coming from South Boston I noticed that when I stopped at intersections or traffic lights after about 5 seconds the car will start to move slowly and I had to push down on the brake further to stop the car. Since Peabody Sunoco was on the way to my house I decided to stop by and see what they can do. Manny said he can look at it the next day if I can bring the car around 8am.The next day when I took the car to the shop he thought that the brake system was leaking fluid somewhere. After a couple hours Manny called and let me know that one of the rear calipers was leaking and the rare rotors were worn out. He replaced both rotors, both calipers and brake pads and this solved the problem. I checked my driveway and sure enough there is a pool of fluid where my rear right wheel would be situated when I park my car. Thank you Manny!Service: Auto brake repair

I thought that these people were good and fair. It turns out that they are nothing but crooks. I've had them do work on my car before and have been happy with the price and the work. They lost my trust today.I brought my classic car in WITH the parts that I already purchased which should have saved some money. Man oh man did they really stick it to me in spades!!!They charged me almost 900 dollars for work that would have been a MAXIMUM 600! I know because I work on cars myself!!What is worse, now I also have a GIANT scratch on my door near the door lock that WASN'T there before!!When I disputed the price they gave me $25 off! Are you kidding me?? $25!!!Don't use this place for anything! Tney are dishonest!I will NEVER BE BACK THERE AGAIN!! ZERO STARS. So disappointed and disgusted!!
