I'd never been there before but my niece said they were better than Auto Zone was , and she's in Maine.I had a challenging fuse to identify and two men were helping me. One went to look at fuse panel in my car while other one on computer researching. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They encouraged me to return or call if I needed to.The store was nicer than competitor's. It had a pleasant smell and had a calm feel to it , even though there were constant customers.The parking was ample, and easy to access since the store located at junction of Lowell Street and route one in Peabody. You can enter from either.I live in Danvers, but it was worth the extra few minutes drive. I'll use them from now on.

I m not a car guy so it was nice that the guy at the counter knew exactly what I wanted based on my description (pink coolant specifically for an imported hybrid). Helpful staff always get a five star rating from me. Thanks!

I just went in during a snowstorm to get new windshield wipers since mine were falling off and the guys here were amazingly friendly and helpful. They offered to help me install the blades but I was embarrassed to say yes so I said I d like to try to do it on my own. It was freezing and I couldn t get the old ones off so one gentleman came out to help, then a second one, and when we ran into a little trouble ( apparently I was putting them in the wrong side and they weren t coming off easily to switch them) a third gentleman came out with tools to help. They corrected the problem, replaced my blades and never made me feel embarrassed about having to help. Totally made me believe in the good in mankind again. I highly recommend this auto parts store
