Jen is AMAZING. She gives that old school feeling where has a customer you know she truly cares about your car and your experience from start to finish. She remembers details about you and your life that make it so much more special to engage. I m very happy I got to meet her through purchasing my vehicle. The entire staff is truly so sweet, but Jen is incredible.

Stephen is the best as an advisor. He does the best of his ability. Takes care of everything and has great communication. Range Rover Peabody has the best advisers. Honestly, all there advisers are top notch and their sales people are great too. If I was to buy another car, it would be at Land Rover Peabody. Thanks to all of them for being great people.

My recent service experience at Land Rover Peabody was outstanding, all thanks to Jennifer. I brought my Defender in for speaker replacements and to troubleshoot issues with Apple CarPlay.Jen has been my go-to-service agent for the past five years; I can confidently say that she is the epitome of excellence in customer service. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly set her apart. Jen not only addressed all my concerns efficiently but also made sure to keep me informed throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel valued as a customer. It's evident that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of her clients.Thanks to Jen s expertise and personable nature, Land Rover Peabody remains my top choice for servicing my Defender. We were just beginning the process of buying a new car. Land Rover was the first dealership we went to and it was a great experience. Although we did not purchase a Land Rover, Vito Fuiciniti was patient and so easy to work with. He followed up with us appropriately and was just a nice guy. We also had conversations with one of the managers who was great as well.

We work with Vito, our sales person. We purchased a new Land Rover Defender.Vito was very patient and professional throughout our search for the right vehicle for my wife. I would recommend working with him to others. We met Fritz...Great job as the manager. We enjoyed getting to speak with him.Lou was equally great. Lou was the guy who went over many more of the technology and other options for us to learn and set up for our new Defender. Everybody was caring and Friendly!!

Chris is a classy gentleman who personifies what it means to own a Range Rover. He is polite, responsive and gets your car issues addressed in a timely manner and is available to answer all questions and concerns. One of the reasons we have stayed with this brand.

Vito was great to work with. This the fastest I ever bought a car. He came out to show me all the features and make sure I love the vehicles also toke me out to drive a few different vehicles to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Will definitely be buying my next Range Rover from Vito .

Hands-down, the best experience I ve ever had having my car serviced! I worked with Nick and all of my calls were returned same day, the service appointment was scheduled ASAP, everything was done/completed in just a few days (As opposed to a week or two, at some other dealerships/service centers) and it was all done correctly. Nick and everyone else I dealt with were professional and friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at Land Rover Peabody. Huge thank you to Rehmal and Jonathan for the most easy, and flawless transition into my new car. They go above and beyond to make their clients happy and I never felt one ounce of pressure. I am in love with my new discovery sport. I just purchased my first vehicle from Eric at Land Rover Peabody and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Being a first time buyer, Eric was very patient and thorough answering all of my questions, and made the process very simple. I told him I wanted to drive off the lot with the car that same day and he made it happen! Everyone at the dealership was extremely welcoming and friendly and they made the process absolutely seamless. If you're in the market, I would definitely recommend Land Rover Peabody. Ask for Eric!

Eric continues to go above and beyond! I made my initial purchase in August of 2023 and had a great experience throughout the process. I recently had an issue and Eric handheld me throughout the entire process while being more than fair. I would recommend Eric to anyone looking to make their next purchase. I can t express how awesome my experience was with this dealership. Between Rich,Lou,Fritz and Sue you can t go wrong. They overextended themselves between teaching me all the ins and outs with my new vehicle and all the knowledge they have about any questions you may have.for them. I will never go anywhere else for a vehicle. They re top notch and professional and super personable. Let s just say they all made my day. 5 stars isn t even enough. They deserve 500 stars!!

I have been dealing with Rusty Johnsen of Land Rover Peabody since 2006. Since that time, I have purchased 10 Land Rover vehicles from him. He is the consummate professional and the quintessential sales advisor for Land Rover. in my opinion, his ability to listen to his customers and guide them without pressure to ultimately make the right selection, using his in-depth knowledge of the product, is unique and second to none. My satisfaction of the service he provides is reflected in my loyalty to him and the dealership. I could not imagine myself dealing with anybody else when looking to purchase a Land Rover.

Great car buying experience at Jaguar Land Rover Peabody. Recently I found myself in a position where I unexpectedly needed to purchase a new car and I was dreading it. I went to Jaguar Land Rover and my salesperson, Rich Baldani , made my car buying experience go smoothly and less stressful than I was expecting it to be. I called Jaguar Land Rover to test drive a car and spoke to Peggy Markos. Peggy was professional and friendly and helped me set up my appointment. When I arrived at Jaguar Land Rover I was greeted immediately. I met with Rich Baldini and I test drove three different Jaguars. Rich answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured. I would recommend Jaguar Land Rover Peabody.

Outstanding service from the moment that I pulled into the service bay. I was met by my service advisor Jen and she explained everything that was going to happen with my vehicle and the service was completed just as she explained. Just purchased a Used Vehicle from this location. The process from start to finish was seamless and I immediately fealt very comfortable. My Sales Guide Rahmel Hobbs was courteous, professional, and a good listener. He will definitely be my go-to on future purchases and is a valuable resource. The service department is top notch, however, considering my Range Rover is new 2023. I shouldn't know how fantastic the service department is. I would say if you think you want a range rover, think again. I have been back to the service 4 times in a year. I bought the car brand new. Doesn't seem possible. Just think before you buy.

Eric was extremely professional and helpful. I went to a lot dealerships and always left. He offered to drive the Discovery and I was able to sit in the passenger seat. No other dealership or salesperson offered that experience. It was what I needed to be able to figure out if I could or would drive the car. After two serious car accidents I was very hesitant to give up my existing car. Eric listed when I mentioned the back window view, he just moved on to show me another model that suited my needs. I do not think I would have purchased a car if Eric had not provided to me the service and knowledge that I needed.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Rusty @ LR Peabody. Right from the beginning I was impressed with Rusty s responsiveness, willingness to accommodate my schedule and answer my questions. I know I am a difficult buyer, I ask questions that no one asks and I have requests that most would find over the top. Rusty hung in there with me, never told me no or we can t do that . Even post sale, there were a couple small issues that he jumped on immediately and expedited the process to resolve. Buying a car is a daunting task for most people, I tend to enjoy the discomfort of the negotiations, and in those experiences I ve seen sales guys show their true colors and things can get ugly. Rusty was calm cool collected throughout the whole process and continued to go to bat internally and accomodate, all with a positive attitude and always kept it light. 10/10 for Rusty. He s the real deal.
