Purchased yet another Jaguar from the Jaguar Land Rover Peabody dealership and once again the service provided by Eric Guenard was exceptional! He is always a pleasure to work with and continues to go the extra mile to meet the customer s needs. Fritz in Finance was also amazing to work with. I will definitely continue to go to this dealership whenever I am in the market for a new vehicle.

The dealership was a pleasure deal with. The car was available and they put it on hold until I could send a deposit the next day. Rahmel was the sales rep who handled the final paperwork.The evening I went to pick up the car, it took awhile to finish the paperwork by the time we finished it was too late to get plates on the car. They supplied me with a loaner car to get home that night. Rahmel delivered my new car to my office the next day and we swapped loaner for new car.Would buy from McGovern dealership again

Hands down, best car buying experience I've ever had. I'd contacted this dealership about a specific Jaguar I'd seen on their website and found them very responsive. We worked with Eric Guenard who was knowledgable, professional and just a really nice person. He made the entire experience pleasant and painless and went above and beyond throughout, but we especially appreciated that he personally delivered the vehicle to our out of state Town Hall the same day. Excellent transaction and experience beginning to end. I highly recommend Eric and his team at Jaguar of Peabody and will be back again one day for my next vehicle!

I recently purchase a new 2024 Jaguar F-Pace from Jaguar Peabody. From my first conversation with the Sales Guide, Vito, I was impressed. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and most of all, not pushy. He responded to emails in a timely manner and made my buying experience a terrific one! I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Jaguar or Land Rover.

Phenomenal dealership. I did the full transaction on the phone and they were very accommodating and accurate as to the description of the vehicle. Eric was great. He even went so far as to pick me up from the airport when I arrived. Definitely a five star experiene.

From the very beginning I was met by exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable representative - Vito Fulciniti, who guided me through all questions that I have before making my final decision.We finalized terms of agreement pretty fast.Financial manager Fritz and his assistant Chelsea made handling paperwork issues nice and easy.I got my car next day in perfect condition.Thank you, guys in Land Rover Peabody!

Bought an FPace SVR ($92,000) off the showroom floor. Took delivery and started noting the issues I needed addressed for repair almost immediately. Notified them after a couple months that I needed to get them taken care of, but they said since the first service wasn't until 16k, they suggested I wait. Since I waited, almost every warranty issue I had them look at to service, was initially not found, or not something they would cover under a warranty. I even had a video of the tailight/signal not working, but they said since it didn't show a code for it, they couldn't do anything about it. An interior gouge that was under the driver handle wasn't noticed on pick up and not found until I was on my knees vacuuming for the first time, was also told that they would have to charge me $100 for. I expressed that the self drive feature and self park feature didn't work from the first time I tried it. Upon their inspection, they found damage, (Not visable unless you are directly under the mirror and looking up) and therefore claim it happened after delivery, even though I said it was a problem from the beginning. The left front speaker rattles like a paint can and they say they can't hear it. Yet I can produce it every single time with a navigation prompt or a phone call. I also complained that when the AC is set, I feel heat coming out of the rear vents. They claim the car doesn't have AC for the rear passengers. Only for the front? The front has dual zone and the car has almost every option, but they eliminate AC for rear passengers? That is the dumbest argument there is. IF there is AC in the car, there is no way they don't channel it though the vents to the rear passengers. I understand they don't have a zone, but to say they don't have AC is really just a stupid statement. Further, you wouldn't just run heat to the rear passengers, when the front has AC on. It's obvious that they want the initial sale, but after that, they could care less about keeping a customer. I know the dealership was just sold to McGovern and maybe you'll have better luck with them, but if I were you, I wouldn't be buying a car from them if you expect any kind of service/warranty work done on your car.Only after calling my sales person to address this poor service, did they agree to cover the gouge on the interior. For some reason, they eventually agreed to fix the taillight issue, but now I have to go back for them to address it. Hope this review helps you make your decision on your next vehicle purchase. I purchased my 2020 Jaguar F-Pace SVR from Jaguar Peabody recently and had an outstanding experience. Will Connors was the sales person who handled the entire transaction, and I must say it was definitely the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. He respected that I wanted to handle most of the process online while I was traveling and always responded promptly, and at the end of the day got me exactly what I wanted. Fritz in the Finance department was also a pleasure to work with. Great people and overall the best experience I've had. Thank you Will and team at Jaguar Peabody!

I purchased my gorgeous Jaguar from Eric Guenard and he was absolutely awesome. He is very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I took a test drive and fell in love with the car. I received a great price for my trade In and was able to get a price for the Jaguar that I could afford. The Jaguar was Certified Pre Owned and was in great shape. I will definitely be buying my next car from Eric!! Ask for him when you come in to buy your next car .he is THE BEST!

My wife has had her Jaguar for a few years and hasn t had many issues with it. However regular maintenance is a must. Being a new car when purchased service is thankfully included. One of the perks promised with the car was supposed to be what they call concierge s service . This is where they pick up the car from your home, leave a car for you, preform the service and then swap the cars when it s done. Well, unfortunately Covid put an end to that whole deal. We weren t able to receive one of these services and had to bring our car in for scheduled service like peasants. I would be more upset about this however their facilities are nice and the drop off experience is well refined. The best part of the experience is their staff. Nick is so nice and made it very difficult to even remember what was promised when getting the car. He not only did what was promised but he kept me up to date via text message if things didn t go as planned. The loaner was nice, in fact if I hadn t of already purchased another car for my wife she would have seriously considered the loaner as her next car. I highly recommend their service because this is not always the case.

We recently purchased a new F Pace from Jaguar Land Rover of Peabody. I can't say enough about the experience. Richard, our salesperson made this a truly enjoyable experience that we are very grateful for. My husband and I have had terrible car purchasing experiences in the past, and our experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Peabody could not have been more positive. Richard was never pushy and he spent a lot of time talking through all options with us - from certified pre owned to new vehicles. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable about all of the vehicles on the lot that we had questions about - both Jaguar and Land Rover cars. He was kind and had great customer service skills. My husband and I would DEFINITELY purchase another car from Richard. And, as a bonus we absolutely love the F Pace we purchased. It is perfect for our family! We also had a wonderful experience with the Fritz in finance. Everything was easy and he was also super knowledgeable and helpful in all of the options we had for financing the vehicle and added coverage options. We feel we were definitely taken care of from start to finish at Jaguar Land Rover of Peabody!

I have been a customer at Land Rover of Peabody for about 5 years, and just purchased my third Land Rover with them. I cannot recommend Rahmel Hobbs enough. He is knowledgable, attentive, and really cares about getting you in the right vehicle. As long as Rahmel is there, I will be buying cars from him.
