On Saturday, September 30, 2023, the driver of the MG AK license plate crane crashed into my parked car and fled so as not to be responsible for the damage to my vehicle.This happened at Franklin St. Lynn ma at 10 p.m.

I could not leave a good enough review for the service I just received. Matt came out on a call to tow my car that I thought was done for. Very kind, friendly and timely. Did not even end up needing to tow! I don t think I have ever received a better customer service experience. Matt was my life saver today!

You never want to be in a situation where your car gets towed. It s the worst. Messes up your whole day and very often means you have more challenges ahead. But if a tow is unavoidable these guys are the place to call. Fast and courteous and a great group of people manning the front office. They mentioned a couple issues that might be wrong with the car and gave us enough help to get it back on the road enough to limp home.

Matt showed up to tow my car - and he helped turn around a terrible day with his kindness and efficiency. I hope I never get a flat tire again but, if I do, I hope I m in Peabody when it happens. In all seriousness, thanks to Matt and team for a great experience.

My car (rdx) died in line at a gas station on route one during morning commute called AAA and Gaeta towing arrived within 15 minutes. Alex was so pleasant, checked the alternator and said the battery was the most likely issue. He jumped started the car and recommended I bring it right to the drive through service at acura. It was nice to have someone share the best way for me to be on my way during a hectic morning. Highly recommend Gaeta towing

Called AAA for a tow at 9:55pm. Gaetas tow showed up and realized he could not tow with the vehicle he came in and needed a flatbed. The tow operator stated he was going to go and get a flatbed. He never returned. When I called Gaetas the person I spoke with said he was under the impression that AAA Fleet was going to bring a smaller flatbed bc Gaetas was too big to tow the vehicle to address... The vehicle was being towed to an open parking lot with plenty of space to maneuver.The problem isn't even that. Gaetas never reported to AAA that they were unable to tow. So there was no call in to AAA that we were still on the side of the road.So we ended up waiting til 1:53am AFTER we placed a 2nd service call.Communication is not their forte.

Todisco' s Towing charges $125 per hour...Should not take anymore than that !!!I am homeless with 9 yr old living in my Pop up Hardsided Camper...only weighing 2000lbs. Vistas my Mom who is on Chemo Therpy this Thanksgiving...My minivan weighs 3000lbs....Most SUV' s and TRUCKS weigh 5000lbs...Geata Towing is charging me $148.00 for a Winch Fee, $70.00for a Strap Fee, $38.00 for a Gate Fee, $12.00for a Fuel Fee and a $70.00 for a Miliage Fee... A whooping grand total for $334.00... Why, because I am a Women? Like I don't know how much my pop up weighs or how much Towing for a 2000lb Popup should be???

Used AAA to get my keys out of my car i was locked out of. They sent a driver, Devin M from Gaeta s Towing, he was extremely hostile on the phone, had pulled into the incorrect parking lot and immediately began arguing with me telling me that he did not have to do the job, and that he had more power over me in the situation. I had told him I was directly behind him and to turn around and whilst doing that, he had gotten fed up with my directions, and decided at that point while being withing 300yards away from me and my vehicle that he had the power to leave me stranded with my medication in my vehicle extremely unprofessional and would never recommend them to anyone in a dire need situation. They are not trained well at all not only that the driver decided to call my mother and complain about my attitude because of his power of position . Horrible service they should loose their AAA contract

I had an issue with my motorcycle and needed a tow to the local shop. Gaeta s came quickly and Jonathan.M. was top notch. Put my bike on the ramp truck, strapped it down and off he went.I ll gladly use these guys again, anytime.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Caught a nail in a tire...couldnt swap it out myself because the rim w the flat would not release from the hub...and i had no real tools to reif on it and just the oem jack...which is not built to support a 3000 lb vehicle while you push/ pull/ kick a tire to get it off the axle.A state cop stopped and sent Gaetas out to help. The tech sent was great and had us on the road in 20 minutes. Was very pleasant and professional.Very quick service...would use again.Thanks for the great work Gaetas!

I have been with the same Towing company for over 25 Years. I had an issue last night, I stopped for gas and then my car would not start. I had no drivers on at the time, So I called Gaetas. I was very happy with the prompt service. The driver was professional and very helpful. I was not overcharged and I would recommend them to anyone who needs roadside assistance. This company should get a 10 Star review if it was an option.Service: Car towing

Driver showed up to us on 95N in 6 minutes, towed us to the Tesla charging station and even allowed us to ride in the cab with him with our dogs in the age of Covid. Helpful AF!!

Perfect! I had a very nice conversation with the receptionist. It was as if we were old friends catching up with each other. The owner offered me the lowest price of any other towing service. They picked up my car and delivered it to the garage without my having to be present. Everything was taken care of over the phone. Very trustworthy. I'm very pleased.

Less than 1 star. Drove out of my way to get an inspection sticker there. They lied to me stating that the system was down state wide. I drove right down the street and got a sticker on the spot. If they lie about an inspection they will lie to you about anything. Stay away from this shoddy establishment.

This is a late review. Had my truck towed by Gaeta's from a AAA tow. Carmen showed up in no time. Had my truck hooked right up & off he went, great to deal with professionals. Called my mechanic & he said the truck was put just where he wanted it. Thank you for the great service.

WOW! this is a company that deserves 20/10 stars. they are the kindest, most efficient and helpful folks i have met on the Northshore. After another tow company failed to show up- Gaeta's totally bailed me out this past Saturday night. Their customer service is absolutely incredible. Special shout out to Daniel who gave me his help and created peace of mind for the damage to my Jeep tire. Special shoutout to Alex who towed me and took care of getting my Jeep safely to the repair shop. I cant express enough gratitude for the amazing customer service I received and to the kind humans who made my little emergency- totally easy to solve. THANK YOU!!!!Service: Car towing

My car overheated and I was stuck on Rt.1 north. AAA sent Gaeta's out to grab my car. The tow truck driver was so nice and so professional. He was incredibly caring as well. He reassured me that everything would be fine, and wouldn't leave unless I felt safe and knew I had someone coming to pick me up. Made the situation a lot easier to deal withService: Car towing

Great services. Called Marc for a heating problem that my car has been experiencing. More significantly, I explained my situation (e.g. out of town, staying in a close hotel with my family, hoping to leave in a couple of days).They promised to test the problem immediately and fixed it on site with a reasonable price. Thanks to the whole team.

Gaeta's Tows for AAA, and we are waiting 2 hours and counting for a flat bed. They sent a standard tow truck and the driver did not even put his rig in Park stating we needed a flat bed and he could not tow the vehicle. Original call to AAA was 11AM it is 1:45pm and we are now told it will take another hour. Four hours total? Gaeta dispatcher said "We told AAA we were all backed up. Awful communication with AAA and the customer. 'Why bother being a AAA company if you can not provide the service.

Waited 5 and half hours. Finally showed up after I called and got pretty upset. young guy shows up and says he cant do it without causing more damage. Truck was totalled! Smh. Then they said, we cant do it. We are talking about and f250 pickup truck here. Are u serious? Waited 5.5 hours for them to say cant do. Another company showed up within the hour and it was done!Service: Car towing

Fantastic Service!!! The tow truck drive was Carmen....I believe they were calling him "Moon". What a handsome, skilled fella! Great company, great people. Not to mention that he runs a cab company that gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. Then later that month I bought a car for a fantastic price at his car dealership that is located out front of The golden banana in Peabody on rt 1....Check em out!

I am from out of town, 2 hours away and broke down on a Sunday. To make a long story short there was a miscommunication about mechanics being available on Sundays. My car stayed there over night with no stoage fees. When I showed up Monday to pick up my car because I thought it would be fixed by 5pm, another miscommunication, the mechanic said it wouldn't be ready by 5 (when they closed). He stayed late and got me on the road. Maybe not 5 star service but he was caring enough to stay late so I didn't have to travel back the Tuesday to get it. Thank you for your kindness.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They towed my car for me after a nasty accident. I have a couple thousand dollars worth of tools in the vehcile. They stored the vehicle overnight as I was in the hospital and unable to have them bring it to my house. Once I got out, and they did bring it, the car had been trashed and the tools, radio, and backseat were all stolen. After telling the tow truck driver, he said "not our problem" dropped it and left. After several phone calls, and TWO trips down there, they said "we do not care and we are not helping, it its not our fault" it happened on their property while the car was in their possession. It may not be their liability but they didnt even seem like they cared. They also ripped the front bumper off the vehicle while winching it onto the flatbed.very unhappy with them and I will never recommend them to anyone. And I tell this story to everyone who will listen to me

The service I eceived from them to say the least was terrible and Un professional.Broke down in Peabody told them I would pay out of pocket for tow to Amesbury. Told meThey would be there in 40 miniutes . Well 2 hours went by no tow truck, call and spoke to a personThat said they had no call from AAA. As I explained to him they were not involved and was paying out of pocket.to say the least he could care less that I waited 2 hours and no tow truck.For a company that has been in business they were the worst . So for people that please be aware .

I had a frozen brake but am on crutches and couldn't do anything to fix it. My car was in a long term parking lot where it would have been a bear to tow, and repair shops were closed for Saturday night. The nice young operator listened to my assessment and acted on it--occasionally surprising for this elderly granny. I can't thank him enough for getting me back on the road home to Maine.
