WOULD NOT RECOMMENDI wish I could give them zero stars Our car was hit overnight in a hit and run. The damage on the driver side, back door, just before the tire (pic below). We talked to person who sold us the car thinking they would tell us to bring it to the dealership but he instead recommended Final Finish. After reviewing the quote, and trusting our rep, we decided to move forward. For what we thought was a quick fix, would lead us down a 3 week process. We brought the car in and it was fixed in about 3 days. When we inspected the car, it looked like the work had barely been done (pic below). We needed the car that weekend and asked them for an explanation but said that they fixed everything. We pulled away not happy. THEN, a few days later while pumping gas I realized the door had been put on improperly after the Remove and Install. I had to bring it back to them wasting more time. When I picked up the car they were doing a final wash to it, but what really caught me off guard was them trying to bend and manipulate the door to make it fit properly. I inspected the door and it seemed fine (so I thought) and left hoping this was the last of it. A few days later when I went to put the window down for my dog it fell through the door. They somehow broke the window motor inside the door (pic below), my guess is when they were bending the door to try and make it fit . I called the dealership and told them the story and they said they would take it from there. I called Final Finish and told them I would not be using their services any longer. I took it to the dealership and they were able to get the part and fix it in a few days and now it works great. The door still looks terrible and now needs about $2,000 to get it fixed back to normal. (This was a brand new car too) The only regret is not going to the dealership in the first place. Final Finish was the worst car experience I ve ever had and I will never recommend them to anyone.

I would recommend Final finish . I had the excellent experience with them . The owner Peter Farley and his team is very help full and nice It took way less time than I expected also after service I had issue and whenever I called them they welcomed me happily and always fixed it .Again the staff of final finish peobody is wonderful very courteous understanding and responsive. They did everything possible to make the repair a positive experience that it was.

I had the greatest experience with the Final Finish team! They were amazingly careful with my car and extremely attentive with my needs. My car left the place just like new! It took way less time than I expected also, which is always a win win situation.Israel was the person in charge of the service and I have nothing but good things to say about him. Israel is awesome! He was on top of it 100% of the time, he kept updating me on the service, and he also went over the whole process with me so I would have a better understanding.Thank you so much Israel and Final Finish Team! You are the best!

I use Final Finish in Peabody for the last 10 years ( should have left review long time ago).The work they do is way above average. Not once I had to complain about anything and that is why I don t bother looking for other places.They are on time with everything.In this business it is hard to find good and honest service but I do trust them. Israel, the shop manager, is amazing and he does make sure the work is done on time and with quality.Great job there, totally recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It is almost unbelievable the kind of work Final Finish Collision Center displays. Israel is very pleasant to work with as well as the rest of the staff at this auto body shop. My car was in and out of the shop with no delay. The work that was done on my car was just amazing, my car look even better then it did the very first day I purchased it. One can never go wrong with Final Finish Collision Center in Peabody. They staff there are very respectful and professional. They listen to their customers and deliver exactly what they want but even better. Hands down the best auto body shop. Thank you very much Israel and your whole team!

After having a horrible experience with a dealership in purchasing a vehicle, I had the pleasure of working with Peter and his team at Final Finish to rectify the situation. The staff were professional, respectful and handled the situation with care. In addition to the customer service, the car repairs came out amazing. You would never know there was damage on the car. Places like Final Finish are far and few between these days - they truly put the customer first and I would highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone looking for car finishing. I had a great experience with this company. From the moment they picked up my car at my place of work to dropping off my car at my home. Bruna was very professional. She dealt with the insurance company for me, from what I heard, on a daily basis. When I got my car back, I was Very impressed with the work. Before they dropped it off at my house, Israel called me to let me know the time frame so I could make it home in time.I would recommend anyone to get work done with them. Very reliable and professional.

I can't believe how inept and unreliable these guys are. I had to use them for a customer of mine. Called on a Saturday to get a quote. No return call. Monday morning I called 3 times before I got them on the line. I had been extremely specific in my voicemail on Saturday that I needed the car by a certain time. They were slow to come pick up the car and give a quote. On the day I needed the car back, the car never showed up and getting someone on the phone was brutal. "Let me see what's going on. I'll call right back." No call for well over an hour, and only after 3 more messages. Impossible to get on the phone. It's now a day later than the car was to be returned, and after promising the car at noon, I still have no car for my customer to take home at nearly 5pm after I was finally promised the car at 4pm. These people can't stick to a schedule and shouldn't take jobs if they can't complete the work in a timely manner. Every single person in my industry that I've mentioned them to have had the same issue. This store is unprofessional and extremely painful to deal with.

Excellent customer service. Had my vehicle back same day (they even delivered it to my house). Looks good as new. Would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Israel!!
