My practical dream car got totaled by a person that was unaware to the world. Every step of the way insurances on both sides were making everything a nightmare. The only thing that made things better was Dan's Auto body. They had a great open flow of communication and even when needed talked to my insurance to help get straight answers. Not to mention the great work they did on my baby. Just remember to trust the process because they will take care of you!!

I would recommend Dan's to anyone! Unfortunately I was hit twice in the last year and both times I have called and they were able to get my car in and fixed fast. They work with my insurance -- causing me no stress at all. I needed a rental car and they work closely with Enterprise so you can drop your rental car there when your finished and get your car. The quality of work is unbelievable. I trust their work and they did an amazing job fixing up my BMW. They were also kind enough to do a complimentary detail for me. If you need any work on your car -- always go to Dan's! I will be back for future work if needed!

Highly recommend! Great customer service and they did a great job on my Honda's body work. "Extra Bonus" I got a free mini detail on the outside of my car and the inside. It's never been so clean. Thank you!

Brought my Evo in to get my new sets of bumpers installed. Dan's team made everything easy, and wanted to help. They worked on my car and were both very nice and super helpful. Dan was really nice and double checked that the car was good. The work came out to be very nice and professionally done. I m very satisfied and will definitely be going back.

The absolute BEST!!My car was damaged in a parking lot while I shopped (which makes me hate people). I ve never had body work done to any of my cars. Yes, I ve been lucky. Family members recommended a place that my husband tried about a year ago & he was very dissatisfied with the work. So I was on my own to find someone to fix my car.I did a quick google search, Dan s Auto Body came up & had great reviews. They are close to home so I figured I d give em a try.They more then exceeded my expectations. They answered A lot of my questions over the phone. They held my hand through what was gonna happen between their business and my insurance company, and how the claim was going to work. They also helped me get set up in a rental. They have excellent communication. Everything was very clear and I was informed of everything going on during the entire process. When I picked up my car, OMG, It looked brand new! The work they did on the outside was absolutely amazing and they did a ridiculous detail inside the car too (they make me like people) Please, if you re trying to figure out who you should use for an auto Body shop do not hesitate to use Dan s auto body. They are a 10 out of 10. You will not be disappointed. Even if you don t have auto body work to be done, take your car there to get it detailed. They ll help you fall in love with your car all over again & restore it back to new, because they do perform miracles. Thanks Dan s Auto Body for restoring my second home (if you have kids you know you live in your car).

Dan s is the best around! My Subie is a special edition color that is very hard to match. They fixed it twice, once with the whole side destroyed and the end result was perfection both times. They kept me updated via phone calls, text messages, instagram, all with photos included. I also had them do some custom work which they specialize in like everything. Hands down if you need repairs, paintwork, custom, etc. I recommend you call Dan s first.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Dans Autobody is the best around. Traveled all the way down from Portland, Maine, to get my fenders rolled/cut, PDR done in a few spots, and trim/roof/mirrors wrapped gloss black on my WRX. End result speaks for itself. Great communication and pretty fair price as well.

Brought my car in to repair some front end damage. The job was completed in less than 4 days. I was kept abreast with status messages all through the repairs. When I picked up my car it looked brand new. In addition to the repair the car was also fully detailed. Very professional and competent operation.

I had my Honda CRV detailed yesterday and couldn t be happier with the ease to book an appointment and reminders. The detail was fantastic and being a dog owner of a Golden Retriever, there was not a dog hair to be found. I had paint on the side of my car that was removed completely and the shine inside and out couldn t have been better. Thank you Jean! I will be back and recommend my friends here!

Recently had my Subaru Crosstrack fixed at Dan s after a side collision and they were great to work with. Updated my regularly, dealt with rental reservation and even detailed vehicle which is awesome. No brainer, Highly Recommend!

(Audi Q7)Recently I was in an accident , I use a mechanic close to this shop , looks like they had some awesome builds, great reviews online , so decided to give it a shot. They were very nice , kept me updated during the process . I picked up the car towards the end of the day, it was dark out. The next day I noticed issues all over the entire paint job . Dust nibs were all over, clear coat waterfalls , other weird paint/clear coat issues . Contacted Dans and they had me drop the car back off . Picked it up about 6 days later (night again), all the dust nibs are gone but they didn t touch the paint issues or clear coat issues. Car looks great from 10 feet back , but once closer you can see clear coat runs , some small spots where it looks like it was chipped but is clear coated over , some dark spots in the paint itself . Some of the clear coat runs you can feel the bump . I have a 03 Cobra I need fully repainted , will definitely not be going here.

I got my car ceramic coated at Dan's Auto Body at the beginning of November. I had heard many good things about Dan's in various car groups, and the experience I had with them proves that the rave reviews are well earned. They are very professional, honest and they take the time to explain the entire process that is involved so you feel comfortable leaving your vehicle in their hands.When I showed up I had just owned the car for about a month. When I picked up my car from the dealership they had run it through their shop to have the car "detailed" before I drove it away. Unfortunately, they did a complete hack job. Swirls covered the entire surface and put a bad taste in my mouth any time I saw the car in direct sunlight. I brought my car in to Dan's first for consultation regarding getting paint correction and possibly a ceramic coat. They went above and beyond and drove my car into the shop and demonstrated the paint correction on a panel to show me the expected results. I was sold and ended up paying for the full ceramic coating, which included a 2-step paint correction. After doing a quick search online I found that the price for their opti-coat service was competitive, and with their excellent service it was well worth it.After about 2 weeks they had me back in to do a maintenance wash and show me the proper way to care for the car and the coating, leaving no doubts about how to keep the paint surface looking as clean as possible into the future. It is now January and I just completed another basic hand wash of the car (shown in photos) and am blown away by the gloss that is left behind and the simplicity of washing with the coating.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing

My 2007 Lexus was struck by a sightseeing bus in Boston and I brought it to Dan s at the recommendation of my insurer and Dan and his people were absolutely terrific at every stage of the claim. The car was ultimately totaled, so Dan s didn t even get the body work but worked with SafeCo to get the claim settled so I could get some new wheels. Don t screw around; go here.

I called to tell my story of my 2012 Beetle Convertible Clunking sound underneath.Wonderful Woman on the phone said bring it in. Set appointment.Dan's Auto Body worked w/my Insurance. Gave me updates the whole way.They called to say you are all set.My VW was Clean as a Whistle! Drove better then the day I originally bought it.Air conditioner works better then an Igloo.I will Recommend Dan and his Team to anyone who needs Body work or Detailing.Dean

Can i give more than 5 stars?? Brought my car in to have a complete wrap and windshield done. I was a little nervous as I have never done anything like this before.This was the best experience I have ever had with my car in my life! Dan was constantly in contact with me, sending me pictures of the process and making sure I knew what was going on. All the staff was amazing. NEVER TAKING MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Excellent experience, Best shop around hands down! Great attention to customer service and satisfaction. They went above and beyond to take care of me as their client. Very friendly and informative staff. Perfect job on the car, absolutely flawless and it clearly shows these people take pride in their work! Dan's Auto Body is hands down an EXCELLENT Auto Body Shop! I chose this place mainly for two reasons. First reason was a good friend of mine told me how good they were in terms at attention to detail, overall professional, and he showed me pictures on their website of all the custom work they did. You could tell they love what they do. The second reason was they were listed on my insurance company's list as a Certified Approved Auto Body shop. This meant life time warranty on their job they performed that any potential issues I would be backed up by my insurance company if I was not happy with their work. Trust me that will not happen with this company. The day I dropped my vehicle off for repairs they asked me how I wanted communicate with them Phone, Text, or Email. I choose email because that worked best for me in my line of work. They updated me with detailed progress reports and pictures through out the entire process. This was the best part of their organized process. They made me a part of the repair where I could communicate with them as they sent me pictures of the progress. One of the repair items I was concerned with was whether or not painting the scratched side rail would stick since they come from the factory powered coated. They easily addressed my concerns by just having the entire rail replaced with a brand new one. They said it probably cost the same to just replace the rail then have them prepare and paint it. I know they would have made more money painting it rather then replacing it, but they were more concerned about making me happy. Here's the best part... the new OEM Toyota side rails are sold as a pair. He let me know that this was the case and asked if I wanted to replace the undamaged side just so they both look brand new. He didn't even charge me to do that. Just amazing! Since the truck has a very unique color called Inferno Red, they ended up painting the entire ride side of the vehicle just to make sure that the paint matched 100%. A lot of other places would have just blended in the paint since the damage was really only on one door. They are perfectionist! They are very honest too. Finally their honesty topped it all. The day my truck was finished and I went to pick up it was delivered to me like it was Detailed by a professional. The truck was shining bright and the interior was vacuumed and cleaned. The owner Dan didn't just hand me the keys inside his office and point to where my vehicle was, he took time to walk me out and go over again the entire repair to make sure I was happy. Here is what he did that I know no other body shop would have done. He opened the door and showed me a plastic grommet that allows the wires from the door's power window and lock switches to run through and told me they accidentally broke it when they were putting the door back together. I kept looking at it and I said...where is it broken? It looks fine to me. He said "We temporarily glued it, but I don't operate like that" I am honest with my work and since we broke it I ordered you a brand new one which will come with all new wire connections too". That just said it all. Everything was perfect. You will not be disappointed!

I cannot recall an repair shop run by so knowledgeable and kind a person as Dan's. The shop was large, airy and extremely tidy. I especially appreciated how Dan spent time explaining what they had discovered about the undercarriage of our car and how he spent even more time explaining what our options were.Unfortunately, however, ultimately weren't actually able to use Dan's services because our insurance company gave us an offer we couldn't refuse, nearly doubling our ancient Prius' blue book value. (We're pretty sure someone at the insurance company or its vehicle assessor screwed up dealing with us and their generosity was covering for whatever that was).

3.5 years ago I had some paint repairs done at Dan s Auto Body due to vandalism.This past June I decided to stop by and get a quote done on some side skirts I had purchased. Also have them look at my drivers side A pillar which had rust bubbles forming from a improper repair they had done from the vandalism. I had spoken with Ed who was professional. I gave him my insurance information and he took pictures of the paint. I called the next day to follow up and was told by the receptionist that Ed was not in and would have him call me. I never received a call, voicemail or email.Yesterday (12/1) I had called and explained the issue. I stopped by after work. Unfortunately Dan had gone home for the day. Ed offered to come to my job the next day with Dan to have him look at my car, as I work fairly close to them. They never came, I didn t receive a call saying they were not coming and no follow up was done from Dan s Auto Body.

Dan and his staff were extremely courteous, professional and provided exceptional customer service. His work repairing the bumper on my Lexus GX460 was impeccable and he made it look brand new. We have used this business in the past for ceramic coating on other vehicles, and this was the first time getting body repair - we highly recommend Dan s! They were very accommodating and made the process seamless.

After a co-worker commented on how my car looked dull and the water didn't bead up on it anymore, I decided that it was time to give Dan's a call and get it detailed. I honestly have to say my car looks better now than it did the day I picked it up at the car dealership! I can't say enough about the high level of professionalism shown by the staff at Dan's. I have received numerous compliments on how nice the car looks. I certainly will return and highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their car detailed and brought back to life!!

I ve brought in my car two different times after accidents and both times Dan and Catie have gone up and beyond in helping me repair my car, getting set up with rentals and dealing with my insurance. My car has come out amazing looking brand new inside and out!
