Had a really great experience top to bottom at this dealership (which isn t always the case shopping for cars!). Our sales rep Laris was extremely helpful, detailed, and patient with our million questions. He communicated well and got back to us promptly when we wanted to schedule a second appointment, and didn t rush us at all. The whole team was putting in the effort all three days we were there (all afternoons and evenings sorry for keeping you guys late!) to get us out of there as we hoped. Drove out with an incredible car and just a really positive buying experience.

From start to finish, our experience at Peabody BMW, was great! We worked with Dan Kimball, and he made our car buying experience enjoyable. Dan was polite, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He was accommodating, and worked diligently, to ensure the process was smooth. This was far the easiest car shopping experience we have ever had. Dan personally delivered our vehicle to our home. He took into consideration this was our first BMW, and took the time to walk me through the many options the X7 has to offer. I cannot recommend Dan and Peabody BMW more! Go see Dan. Looking for a vehicle at BMW Peabody was the easiest and most stress free experience I ve had at a dealer. Jeff Benoit was great to work with. He kept my budget in mind, showed me vehicles that were in that range, and was not pushy at all. Negotiations were easy and very fair. I received the amount I was hoping for with my trade. He is also a car enthusiast, and gave my girlfriend some advice on what she was planning on doing with her car.I told Jeff what interest rate I was expecting and how much I would put down, and the numbers were exactly where they should have been. No messing around with rates, very transparent. Can t say enough good things about this place.

The service was good overall. They were able to address what I needed very quickly. I received a text with a video of my car on the lift and explain what the condition of my car was. The improvements that I would like to see is the drop off and pick up processes. It took almost 10 mins to go through the drop off process. I waited for about 8 mins before anyone came to talk to me about my appointment. Then at pick up, after I paid for the work done. It took another 10 mins for me to get my car back. The drop off and pick process needs improvement.

The service center was definitely efficient. I found it lacked the personal touch which I appreciate.I arrived and was told to stay in my car, then told I could get out and my keys were taken I went to wait (a simple oil change) in the cafe 2 buildings away. I was texted my check up results and when the car was ready. I returned to collect my keys and I was done. I would have to schedule time to talk with a tech genius to get my questions answer. Some people may love that approach but I was looking for more personal connection ..questions about anything I had trouble with or warranty questions etc. there were no other customers to deal with.My belief is that great service helps to sell the next car

I can t say enough good things about BMW Peabody, their exceptional service and How Jamie Mc Coy has always been there for my entire family, even after she started to work only in the sales department. We have always worked with BMW in Peabody over the past maybe 20 years if not longer. We always chose to drive to Peabody ignoring all the promotions and the proximity of different BMW car dealers to our home and that is because of the attention that the team gives us and especially because of how Jamie is always there for us.Last Saturday my car signaled to contact roadside assistance because of critically low tire Pressure. The service Department was closed on Sunday. I was concerned about driving the car with snow predicted in the weather forecast. I e mailed and contacted the service Department with no immediate response. I also e mailed Jamie and he responded within the hour. He organized a loaner to be picked up on Sunday morning. I drove the car to Peabody, picked up the loaner, drove to work on Monday at the opposite side of town and to my relief, I got a text early afternoon that the car was ready and that Jamie will drop it off at my work thus saving me the drive to Peabody and then home to Boston where I live. That is exceptional service and I can t thank Jamie enough and the entire Peabody team.Thank you again.

Excellent! BMW Peabody Service was a breeze the two times I ve used them for my 2023 x5. Super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The video they sent me of the service call showing the underside of the SUV and status of tires, brakes etc is next level fantastic. Very pleased with this SUV, the sales and financing team, and the service center. I will recommend BMW Peabody to everyone I know that s shopping for a new car.

In the past I dreaded having to bring my vehicles in for service. With BMW Peabody it is always a pleasant experience. Loaners are great when they need the car for a few hours. When a simple service is need the M Cafe is great.

Bought my Alpina B6 from Ryan and then a few months later we went back to Ryan because of his incredible service and my husband bought an X3 M40i. Both cars are gorgeous. The cars were just as billed. Ryan was so knowledgeable, helpful and quick to get answers to any questions that we had. He even had the cars delivered to our home. The team at Peabody BMW including manager, Todd Currie are to be commended for their professionalism and help.

Great experience and levels of service from start to finish. I received a video update via text walking me thru the status of my service, and got another text when it was done. Really friendly staff, and the M Cafe is a comfortable place to wait while your car is being serviced. I never thought I would say this in my lifetime, but I can t wait for my next oil change.

Sometimes somethings happen, and from it happening, I write from the perspective of my experience so others can see / read about it; my hopes are it provides others insight on what to expect.First, I love BMWs ... I have owned several over the past 15 years. So I have been around 'some blocks' with BMW dealerships, services, etc ... I know the ropes.Now for Peabody BMW ... what I wanted wasn't available where I live, so I was stuck with searching the web. I found what I was looking for 1100 miles away from my house, at Peabody BMW in MA, (I live in southern Illinois).When I saw the car, I wanted it, so I reached out to Peabody to get it.HOWEVER, there was the "first time for everything" syndrome. I have never bought a car online, never dreamed of it ... but here I was, at the point of no return. And yes, I had all the feelings ... scared, worried, unsure, scared again, etc... but really folks, Peabody made it not scary at all.I saw the car, sent a message online to the dealership, within seconds I had a reply, and within 30 minutes I was working with my salesman Dan K.If you have ever turned on a water faucet, the equivalent of the entire process was the same. As easy as turning on water.Dan K provided me detailed videos of my X6, inside and out ... like he went above and beyond with the detailing the car with narration via video (as he knew I wouldn't be visiting the dealership in person).Any question I had, Dan K answered ... and if he wasn't available to answer questions (for whatever reason), no matter who I called or emailed (for example, sales managers, other advisors, even finance advisors), my questions were answered within a reasonable time and to expectation.Overall all .. great experience.Beware of the Clock. The time it took to complete the entire purchase was roughly 2 1/2weeks (but this is to be expected), buying a car 1100 miles away, does required / include a bit of wait time (like, mailing out paperwork, signing paperwork, mailing it back, sending cash wires (my bank's security had their own processes of validations to ensure I was sure), licenses / titling, paying taxes, etc... ) but I knew this going into the deal. AND 2 weeks, well worth it.But as mentioned, my X6 is perfect (my opinion, its the best model BMW makes). The experience met / exceeded all my expectations (cant go wrong with going with Peabody, no matter where you live), and my salesman even tossed in a six pack of New England manufactured IPA beer (cracked a can opened as soon as I got it to celebrate the delivering).So I bet you are wondering ... how did I get the car? My salesman worked in my deal "shipping". I had two options, open or closed trailer. I have never shipped a car anywhere so I did some research, and decided to have the X6 shipped to me in a closed trailer (well worth it, trust me). Spend the extra 500 dollars to protect your $$$$$$$$$$ investment.Car came, it was clean, it was as expected, no issues, no problem, and had a full tank of gas ($80 in savings), and like I said, a six pack of IPA in the back seat.Overall, from my assessment of the entire experience, going with Peabody is the way to go. You will not feel like "just another person driving a BMW", but the only person driving a BMW.Lastly, the time to update your wheels is now ... go get a X6 (its worth every penny) ... it is the best looking model, its like a combination of sex appeal and power mixed into one, and of course its THE ultimate driving machine. Peabody BMW has them for sale, they are worth the pennies.Thanks Peabody for making it simply simple. 5 Stars!!!!

Loved my experience. All the salesmen were helpful and welcoming. I looked at the 2024 x2 m35i, test drove it 5 minutes into being there and took it home the next day. It was the most painless process i ve ever had a dealership. 10/10 recommending to my friends if they want a bmw in the future.

Was very disappointed in my 1st servicing. I was supposed to get a rental and a few days prior to dropping off the car I called and advised that I wouldn t need the rental but instead a quick ride to work about 5 minutes away. Person told me on the phone he would let servicing know, When I arrived at the dealership to drop off my car, they were asking me for my license and credit card. I told them I wasn t getting a rental and that I called. They were never notified. I was then given a lift to work and was told that they would be in touch with me during the day. I get off of work at 5 pm and at 4:30 pm I hadn t heard from anyone. I called and after 3 phone transfers explaining my situation, I finally got a service person who told me that my vehicle was almost ready and that they had someone picking me up at work at 5 pm. ( my car was dropped off at 7:45 am (9 hours) later. I m waiting outside at 5 pm and no one is there. Now going on 5:15 pm I called and was advised that the driver was there. I told him that no one was there. A few minutes later after talking to someone else on the phone he tells me he s sorry that the person picking me up was on his way now. I was very disappointed with so much non communication. From the car rental to no one reaching out and updating me all day to no one picking me up. This has really left a bad taste in my mouth!

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Wendi Lee in the finance department at BMW Peabody, and I must say it was one of the most unprofessional encounters I've ever had. Despite purchasing a car valued at over $100,000, her behavior was shockingly rude and unhelpful.From the moment I approached her desk, Wendi's dismissive attitude was evident. It was clear she had already made up her mind about me based solely on my appearance. It's truly disheartening to be judged by someone who knows nothing about you beyond your physical appearance.Throughout the entire transaction, Wendi displayed a complete lack of empathy or willingness to assist. Any questions I had were met with condescension and impatience. It's as if she believed her position granted her the authority to treat customers with disrespect.What's worse is that Wendi's incompetence was glaringly obvious. She seemed more interested in passing judgment than in actually helping customers navigate the financial aspects of their purchase. It's baffling to think that someone in her position could be so ill-suited for customer service.In conclusion, my experience with Wendi Lee at BMW Peabody's finance department was nothing short of a nightmare. Her rudeness, lack of helpfulness, and apparent judgmental attitude left a sour taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope that BMW Peabody addresses these issues promptly to ensure that no other customers have to endure such unprofessionalism in the future.

Fantastic experience working with BMW of Peabody! This is my first BMW, and won t be my last! Ryan Delaney Was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and attentive every step of the way, making the whole process effortless. I waited a long 10months for my electric car to get built and shipped, and during that time Ryan kept me updated on the progress and was even able to include some last minute changes to the car that I originally had opted out. As soon as the car arrived, Ryan worked with my schedule, even staying late to accommodate me, and made sure everything went smoothly and on time. I m completely new to electric cars and all the features seemed overwhelming, but Nick was very patient at explaining and showing me how everything works, even when I asked for the second or third time! The car itself is better than I could have ever imagined, but the service offered at BMW of Peabody surpassed my expectations and made this whole process easy and enjoyable!
