Extremely helpful. I had a very.. difficult first car buying process to say the least. I went everywhere around and nowhere had nearly the kind of customer service I have received from these guys. One I stepped through the door I felt the comfort immediately. Jay was my sale rep and he was fantastic. Extremely informal and answered all the questions I had. He made the process very stress free and I had a great time with guys in the store. I highly recommend coming here to shop for your first or next vehicle!!

This was my first time buying a brand new (to me) car. I've always had super unreliable cars, and I can't describe just how nervous I was to buy one from a dealership. From the first phone call all the way to the handshake of congratulations, Bill was with me every step of the way. I definitely asked silly questions, and he answered them all with no problem. He walked me through the process every step of the way. Everything is done at Auto Factory, and I was finished within an hour! There was no upselling or trying to squeeze more money out of me. He helped me find a new car with all the bells and whistles in my budget. I'm so excited! Thank you, Bill! You rock!

This place blew me away, I never felt the need to leave a review after getting a car, but Brian at Auto Factory made such a great impression that i couldn t leave without giving him the review he deserves. By far the smoothest car purchase experience I ve ever had, everyone in the dealership is so nice and not pushy at all which is rare to find in a car dealership. Prices are fairly low considering how good the quality of the cars they have. Brian went above and beyond making sure that i was fully satisfied with the car before he even got any paperwork ready, he checked with me every 10-15min to make sure that i understood 100% what i was getting, it felt more like he was a consultant than a sales representative. I would highly recommend stopping by auto factory and believe me you won t need to visit another dealership again.

I had a good experience buying my work truck here, they seem to have a very large selection! If you re looking to purchase a vehicle, you can follow up with Dio & Bryan they are very helpful agents here, they will get you on the road & do all the paperwork you need in order to get your new vehicles on the road!I highly recommend this auto dealership to anybody in Massachusetts looking for an auto dealership.

Really unfortunate car buying experience. First they sold me a truck I needed asap for work and it took 3 weeks to take possession because they didn t have a title. Then I had to replace two taillight harnesses to get it to pass inspection. Now after a couple months of ownership it s clear that they had a body shop spray over a bunch of rust that is now surfacing instead of taking care of it properly. The worst part is the undercarriage was clearly sprayed black to hide rust and now it s all coming to light and looks terrible and o can only imagine the issues I m going to have and the money I ll have to spend to keep this on the road!

Lost all respect in the salesperson after he showed me a car with a beautiful interior, but obvious engine problems in what seemed to me to be a ploy to make the previous car more attractive. Turned it on and it was billowing out smoke and making terrible engine noise. Its check engine light was on too. I told him it's in terrible shape and he replied "makes the other one look a lot better doesn't it." That's simply not how I want to be treated when buying a car. I don't want to be the target of underhanded sales tactics. If their salesperson is willing to do that, what else would they do to force a sale? I'd avoid this place even if they had the perfect car for me.Edit to reply to their response as of 4/10/24: "Andrew, we do not sell any vehicles with obvious engine problems. Not sure what you are referencing here as we only sell serviced and warrantied vehicles."I've been wondering when you'd respond to my comment since you always reply to negative reviews to have the final word, but I am disappointed you couldn't come up with anything better than insinuating I must be mistaken. You've had days to come up with a better response than that. If you're unsure of what I'm referencing, maybe you should start the orange '18 crosstrek (VIN JF2GTABC4J8217736 if you're still not sure what I'm referencing) and see for yourself that the check engine light comes on and stays lit while smoke billows out of the tailpipe on idle. That to me is an obvious engine problem, and you might want to get it fixed if you don't sell any vehicles with obvious engine problems. This response from you gives myself, and hopefully others, some valuable insight on your willingness to feign ignorance when faced with a problem.Edit to reply to their updated response as of 4/11/24: "Andrew, we do not sell any vehicles with obvious engine problems. Every vehicle is fully serviced and warrantied. The vehicle you came to see has been sold and we are happy to report that they have not had any issues. Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate your concern. We will be sure to update you if something comes up with this persons vehicle. Please let us know if there are any other vehicles that you would like us to update you on regarding any potential issues that may come up."I still see that orange crosstrek (I checked the VIN) is listed for sale on your website as well as Carfax. This is TWO business days after you've updated your comment. This can mean one of two things. Either you're lying about it being sold, or you can't update your listings in a timely manner. Which is it? I suspect the former because of how long that listing has been up. Even if it has been sold, it does not change the fact your salesperson made that comment to me, nor does it mean its check engine light was not on when I looked at it. You can feel free to let me know whenever your sold inventory comes back to you for problems. I would be very interested in hearing about it.

Brian at The Auto Factory truly made the process of buying my new truck easy. There was no pressure (except to leave this review lololol)- I m not much of a review guy but Brian deserves a shoutout for all the hard work he did to land me Blue. 10/10 recommend The Auto Factory!

Almost immediately after reaching out about a vehicle I was interested in, Bill contacted me and I scheduled a visit. The whole experience was unlike the other dealerships I've been to, including one earlier that day. Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, and wanted to get me into the vehicle I was looking for without the headache normally associated with buying a car. There was no hassling, no high-balling, and no nonsense. And just like that, I'll soon be driving my new (to me) car. I seriously could not recommend Auto Factory, and specifically Bill, any higher. Imagine a place that actually wants to sell YOU a car, its these guys, they get it done.

Pleasant and easygoing, Bill and Brian made buying a used car easy and pressure free, they were able to help me find financing and register the vehicle too, so no running around had to be done on my part. I would recommend AutoFactory to anyone looking for a used vehicle!

Auto Factory had the vehicle I was looking and I was able to schedule a test ride the next day. The car was in great condition and Bill helped make the buying process easy, with access to RMV services onsite. I would definitely buy a car here again. Highly recommend!

Great experience!!! I wish I went here first. I went to 3 other dealers and almost gave up. Car shopping is not easy. I went to Auto Factory and Bill went above and beyond for me. Honestly I don't leave reviews but this place really deserves it. Thank you guys

As soon as I walked on the lot Brian greeted me. I had an idea of what I was looking for and he was able to direct me right to the perfect truck. Purchased a Ram 1500 from Autofactory. From begining to end was a great experience. Didn't feel pressured at all through the whole process. Would highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a truck ( or car) they have tons to choose from!
