I needed my oil pan and rear brake cylinders replaced and came to Paxton Auto for a second opinion. As a young woman, I'm always skeptical of auto repair shops because I've been burned in the past. I'm so glad I brought it to Paxton Auto. I was quoted and paid less than half of what I was quoted at the first repair shop, which is closer to the city where I work. Paul was so nice, and when I went to pick up my car and asked him how I could schedule my annual inspection, he said he could do it on the spot, even though it was past closing time and snowing. I will definitely come back to Paxton Auto. Thanks so much, Paul!

Very quick service and very helpful! I'm a college student and they've been nothing but honest and helpful with me when the springs on my car went out! Definitely going back to them for anything in the future on my car! Reccomend to friends and family due to how quick and honest they are here!

I literally created this account just to leave a review. Worst experience I ve ever had dealing with any auto service. Management was extremely rude from the first second in the door, very dismissive and belittling if you have any questions or really anything to say at all. It s a shame small local businesses like this treat the people who keep them open as if they re business isnt appreciated and expendable. If you don t want to deal with people find a new business. I d leave zero stars if I could.

Wonderful, reasonable, and honest. Nobody likes the cost of car repairs, but they do their best to give you a fair price. They don�t price gouge.

Made an appointment for regular service borrowed a vehicle from family to get to work but when i returned at the end of day was told "we didnt get to it" . No heads up phone call, no sorry for the inconveinence. Too bad i was looking for a place to use longterm. I will keep looking.
