I brought my car in for a loud rattle. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week. Andrew located the problem and called to let me know what the issue was and how much it would cost before performing the work. He then picked me up at my home because I could not arrange a ride to get the car. I have sent family to Trackside because they are friendly, knowledgable and trustworthy.Service: Exhaust

Andrew has worked on various parts of the engine/truck part of my class C motor home for about a year. He has always been great with communication, pricing and service. He explains each job with knowledge and with zero condescension in speaking to a woman. Yesterday we were headed out for a 9-day camping trip when our temp gage went nuts. I called, he said come right over, and proceeded to give us his full attention to diagnose & fix the problem. He is an honest mechanic! Give him some business, he won't disappoint! Slow leak In tire with no puncture evident.Dismounted tire found small nail. Patched hole from the interior, save us from replacing tire.Excellent Workmanship and Fair Price.

Trackside is phenomenal! What the dealer estimated to be 1200, Andrew found the problem for under $200! And he was super kind to make recommendations to help me prep my car to drive 5k miles on Summer vacation. Thank you Andrew!

My wife spoke to Andrew as she could something burning at various times. Brought in the vehicle, diagnostic review showed left rear axle seal was leaking on drivers side, further review show right rear was starting to leak. Also brakes needed attention. I called them for availability and they took my car in that day. They fixed it all in the same day too. I was worried it was going to be a long expensive fix, but they figured out what it was and fixed it quickly. To my surprise, they said it was an easy fix and only charged me a hour of labor. Great experience, they had me in and out in no time. I brought the part I needed installed and since it was so easy to install they charged me nothing and told me what the real problem my car was having without paying a service charge. Will go back for all my car needs

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I've been here multiple times over the years and have had a good experience and have been treated with respect and professionalism (by the owner I'm pretty sure....nice guy). Today 8/9/21 I called around 740am (yes I know they aren't open before 8 but I thought someone might answer). All I needed was a simple wheel balance. The phone rang 4 or 5 times and someone answered. They completely cut me off and stated "did you hear the message" in a very rude tone. I said "no sir I heard the phone ring a few times". There was no message. He said "we are on vacation". I hung up and didn't get a name.Sorry guys. If you're on vacation don't answer the phone. Or maybe actually go on vacation and don't hang out in the shop? Just a thought. I'm sorry to say I'll never use this shop again and I will warn all my friends / family against going here. There are just too many other shops around that I can give my business to put up with rude people.Service: Tires

Went there for my inspection and got fantastic service.When I arrived the guy was on the phone talking to someone, rather than having me wait minutes for him to finish he put them on hold for 10 seconds, collected my money and registration and got my inspection started.Very friendly and nice people, fast too!

After hearing God awful noise on 90 we stopped in Palmer to get our truck looked at/fixed. We thought it was a wheel bearing but ended up being a different part of the drive train. Norm squeezed us in, got the part, and fixed the truck in less than 3 hrs and it drove perfectly after. Wasnt a great way to start a road trip, but with trackside we made it another 4 hrs and car works great.Service: Transmission

I have been using trackside for years. Norm has always taken very good care of my vehicals. He explains what is going on and what your car needs. He never pushes a bunch of different services on you. I am so happy to have a garage and mechanic I can trust and depend On! Thank you trackside!

I've had my fill of other garages take advantage of overcharging me or just plain lazy work. I found trackside a few years ago and I've never been let down. Never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of! Here is place that you can trust with your car and your wallet.
