Ive been going to Steer-Rite in Palmer for a few years now and it has quickly become my go to shop for alignments. I have a lowered vehicle and Ron always accommodates my requests for specific alignment specs. He is extremely knowledgeable and a very professional nice guy. I will definitely be going back for my other vehicles as well. Highly recommended!

New to the area. Based on great reviews, I decided to give Steer-Rite a try. I was immensely impressed at the shop. Clean, neat, prompt service by Ron and a good assortment of tires. Ron was great as an advisor and a service man with a smile!. The job was completed in the timeframe quoted and he even gave my truck a test drive to see if everything was OK unlike others who hand you the keys and walk away. Got 4 new Cooper tires and an alignment. Would highly recommend Steer-Rite tires to everyone.Thank you again Ron. Great tires, great work at a competitive and fair price.EJD

Great shop, was my first time coming here, my wife picked up a nail in her tire so we just decided to get her all new tires since her current ones were pretty worn. Ron and the other guy working (sorry his name escapes me right now) were great and friendly. Answered any questions I had and got the job quick and efficiently. I would highly recommend going to them for all your needs! I will definitely be back in the future!

**FIVE STAR**Ron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! And very affordable for the high quality of work. There are only two places in the state I trust, this is one of them. As long as I live west Massachusetts, I will continue to go here for my tire/undercarriage/suspension needs.

Great shop for tires and alignments. They do brakes as well. Great people that know what they're doing. Pretty fast service too. Just try to make an appointment.

I called them for an alignment. I was also referred by several people who know the owner/manager. Within 30 seconds of the call I could already tell the person felt annoyed. I was quickly refused service this week and I had said next week will be ok. The person then said that he is so busy that those trucks are a pain in the but and he just can t do it. I was referred to you because you are the best shop! Money is no issue. I wanted the best service and ended up with an alignment shop that refuses to do an alignment. He also did not let me discuss or tell him anything about the vehicle and what preliminary steps I have taken. I am at a loss for words that in today s economy one can be rushed off the phone so quickly. They must really not need the money or referrals. Very frustrated due to this shop being highly recommended by at least 3 people who I am friends with who know these guys well. Totally not what I was expecting. Simply put Unreal....

Steer-rite has to be the best garage I have ever been to. I needed new tires really bad so I called and left a message the owner called me back in less than a hour. I explained to him that I needed for new tires and an alignment as soon as possible and even though they were busy they were able to fit me in the next day. And they were extremely nice and professional by far the best garage ever and I will be going back and recommending to any of my friends and family.

Always a great experience. A great local small shop.Ron is very friendly and honest. He takes what he does seriously and it shows.Support local small business and check these guys out if you need tires, brakes, alignment.Update August 2020. I wanted larger tires for my 18 Silverado without doing lift/ leveling etc. Ron had the right advice and mounted tires on the custom wheels I brought in.As always spot on work and friendly people.Thanks again guys

These are great guys that will give you the shirt off your back. Fair prices great service!!! I've been going here for eight years!! Only place I will bring my trucks for tire alignment and balancing!

The owner Ron and his worker Dana are really nice guys they make you feel at home weather your there for tires or an alignment price is reasonable as well

Id definitely come back, the building itself was nice inside, the people themselves were very nice and welcoming. Very happy I came here for a front end alignment.

They us keep our construction trailer over the weekend in their parking lot after we got a flat on the pike and didnt have the funds on us until Monday when we came to pay it was all set ready to go with 4 new tires on it fair prices too would definitely reccomend this place friendly and great customer service

Awful prices. Went to the next town over and my alignment was half the price. They're a rip off; totally not recomended and will never go back.
