I have to say, I have never had a vehicle buying experience like this before. 100% no pressure! Edwin is top notch at answering any questions and listens to your concerns. Prices are more than fair and there vehicles are all immaculate inside and out. My wife and I stopped in to look at a vehicle for her and by the time we left, we had vehicles for both of us. I will definitely recommend park auto to family and friends without hesitation. Thank you Edwin and Steve for a great experience.

I honestly can't say enough about this place!! Never in my life have I been treated so kindly at any dealership! From the second we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and eagerness to help! Not pushy in anyway just trying to make a sale either and that's huge in my eyes! This business has gone above and beyond and got me into a new car within a very short period of time and thank God because I was so stressed due to the fact my car had just died and I didn't know how I was going to get to work or how I was going to be able to bring my daughter to school daily! No hidden fees, no run arounds, just honest awesome guys! Edwin is the man to see if you are looking to purchase a vehicle!! Steve is also amazing and won't try and overprice you on parts, labor, or anything in-between! I will NEVER go anywhere else from here on out that's for sure! Thank you again for EVERYTHING!!

Excellent dealer. Probably one of the best, easiest car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years. Edwin was great to work with. My post-sale experience with them was extremely positive as well. They stand by what they sell and I will certainly be going to them first the next time I'm in the market.

On my recent car purchase, Edwin went above & beyond. He always responded quickly & kept me apprised in every step. With management approval, he agreed to make the changes to the vehicle as recommended by my mechanic. Fair prices & excellent customer service.

Park auto LLC is one of the best car dealerships in the area quite possibly even the stateI bought a 2013 Dodge Charger from them it had few issues and they took care of them promptly and efficiently I happen to know that 1 of the issues cost the owner almost $800 .Steve Stathis is the owner of Park Auto LLC. What a wonderful person to deal with he had to pay a small fortune out of his pocket to fix the issues with my car and he did so without any hesitation no static no issues he just took care of what he needed to take care of to make me happy. I have purchased if you cars over the years and I've never had the experience I had at park auto LLC. They were professional they were courteous they were spot I was everything they did to make me happy and I can't say what a pleasure was to work with these people.Edwin Rodriquez Is the salesperson for park auto LLC what a pleasure it was to work with him he was very attentive and very much one heck of a salesman. Edwin to care me very well he called me when he needed to he made sure I was happy he made sure I would secure any major most vaulted the car was safe for me I really appreciated all the service and help that I got from park auto LLC.If you're looking for A used carPark auto LLC is one of the best in this area and I've dealt with a fewAnd none of them come even close to park auto LLC. Great customer service. Edwin was very friendly and could be reached any time, even after business hours. He made sure everything was right with the truck and contacted me a few days later to see how I liked it and if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend them to a friend and shop there again.

Great customer service. Edwin was friendly and could be reached any time, even after business hours. Actually the 3 times I went out there were after hours. No pressure, no B.S., and the experience was very good. He made sure everything was right with the SUV and contacted me a day later to see how I liked it. I would recommend them to a friend and shop there again.

Can't say enough good things about Edwin and Park Auto. In addition to providing a great deal on the car, Edwin went above and beyond in repairing the vehicle and ensuring it was in excellent condition for me to drive off the lot. Following my car purchase he even assisted in the sale of my old car which was a great help. I'm happy with my car, I had a great buying experience, and I will return to Park Auto when I'm ready to replace my new vehicle.

Edwin is a real nice guy to work with. I was looking at a Corolla on his lot, and although I decided on buying a car from a different dealer, it was a real pleasure to work with him. There is truly no pressure to make a sale here, which is a huge perk. Prices are very competitive and there is typically a diverse, albeit small collection of vehicles on the lot. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to hire an RMV runner. If your looking for a used car, be sure to check in with Edwin

I recently bought a used VW Beetle for my daughter to commute to college. Initially I was concerned with some wheel noise. The dealer sent it to a tire store, balanced the tires and completed a front end alignment. Its been 3 months of excellence. My daughter loves the car and Dad gets to borrow it occasionally.I was so impressed I decided to have Edwin detail my Mazda 3X-5. It had nearly 50k miles. When I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. I can't say enough about the positive experience I have had with this dealership. I've never felt so confident in buying a used car.They deserve a 6 star recommendation.

Bought a Jeep last September and had a great experience. The guys were pleasant and easy to work with. The financing company they used has great rates and has been easy to work with as well. We've had the jeep for awhile now and its only needed basic upkeep, no surprises.

I had a great buying experience at this dealer. The only dealer I didn't feel pressured to buy now and then. Also they have competitive pricing and no hidden fees like other dealers. Highly recommend this place. If you decide to go here ask for Edwin. My family and I definitely enjoyed working with him on are purchase. If I know anyone looking for a car this will be where I'm sending them.

I bought a 2010 Subaru Forester not even a year ago and have had nothing but problems. The first day I drove it home it threw a code for the Catalytic converter, they replaced it and everything seemed fine. The car then broke down on me and needed the motor pulled and sent to a machine shop within the first two months of owning it, therefore wasn t considered under warranty anymore, Park paid a portion of the job which I was appreciative of. Once I got it back I noticed grease stains on my seats that were left there by whoever worked on it and also my high beams would not work and we found that someone took out a fuse from the fuse box and never replaced it. After that the car broke down on me again and once again had a catalytic converter code. Turns out I needed to replace the catalytic converter they had already replaced since they put such a cheap one on to be an easy fix. The part broke down internally and clogged and sent the clog through the exhaust and into the rear catalytic converter causing me then to have to replace both the front and rear. Today, not even a week after being fixed the last time, my car once again threw a code and would not let me put gas in on an empty tank. The code has been read and will once again have to go in to have work done.You may say I just had bad luck but I had two family members who both also bought vehicles from Park around the same time I did. One just had to replace the motor in his 2016 Chevy. The other was stranded broke down on the side of the highway a few weeks after buying his truck. Park Auto sells lemons and you should avoid them.

I have been buying vehicle from many auto dealership in NYC new jersey MD upstate NY also direct dealer and they are very shade and crooked I really bad experience buying from them there are no good for salesman ship all the do is con you I am taking the time to recommend Park Auto in Palmer Massachusetts for the best and very satisfying honest and customer service you can find at a dealer I strongly recommend with all expectation one hundred percent genuine you need to buy a good vehicle Park Auto is the best of the best I just bought my 2013 escalade there and this was my best experience with the service they give me you should go there and find out for yourself. I purchased A 2011 Subaru Outback from Park Auto. They went above and be on to make the car in perfect running condition. They installed A new timing belt, new tires, and new brakes. The car was detailed to look like new. They let me take the car to my mechanic to inspect for any problems, and everything was good.Vary nice people too deal with. Thanks Don F

great dealer very friendly edwin is great to deal with. i had check engine light come on he could not get it in fast enough to fix the problem. no hidden fees just great service
