I needed new windshield wipers and Ryan came around from behind the counter to find the ones the fit my car and show my the various options by price and durability. And, despite a steady rain, offered to come outside and install them (I gratefully accepted). The store is clean, well organized and lit and has reasonable prices.I also noticed that this shop offers loaners on some tools and will scan your engine if the check engine light comes on so you have an idea what you re dealing with.Can t beat that II d of service!

I had to go to the store yesterday for oil and wipers, Ryan was so helpful I really appreciated that he checked my oil topped it off for me and changed my wipers!! It really is nice to see there are still good and kind helpful young men in this world!! I raised 4 boys and they would all help an older lady (as I am) buy very seldom to I see this. Thank you so much Ryan in the Palmer store your the best!

Consistently good customer service at the Palmer store. This has been my go to auto parts store for a while. I tried the one in Wilbraham because it's closer to my house, but the service isn't even close. Not as knowledgeable and the service can sometimes be downright rude. I'll drive a few extra minutes to deal with the folks in Palmer.

Prices are reasonably like Advance and auto zone but the staff could care less if you're there or not, won't be back unless I need a part no one else has in stock

My battery died today and Rex was so helpful, patient and kind to an anxious old woman. Thank you Rex. I highly recommend this business and I feel much better knowing these guys are here in Palmer anytime. Thanks!!

So Ryan at the Palmer O'Reilly absolutely outstanding!!! I went in for a reverse light and left with the best customer service I've ever received!! He didn't even cash me out but due to me being the only customer offered to help replace my bulb, which I was extremely grateful cuz I was going to YouTube it!!! So while opening the car for him to help me he noticed my car fob was broken and said they fixed those as well!! Perfect!!! I had 2 but both had their own issues and he fixed both all under 20 minutes!!! All while keeping a professional attitude towards coworkers and other customers!! Absolutely outstanding service at this location!! I have nothing but great things to say about all the workers there!! But this was outstanding out out the way service you don't see in this day anymore!! Thanks so much Ryan for your service and even though you went out of your way to put the little screw on a piece of tape for me, I think I lost it!! But again that extra effort was amazing!

I dealt with two gentlmen today and both were great! Ryan was absolutely amazing...he was willing to attempt a tricky battery installation and he did it in record time explaining everything he was doing. He was friendly, courteous and professional! I couldn't be happier! Thank you!!!

Great group of guys very helpful. I had an air leak on my truck and the guy was nice enough to give me some air line and help me install it in the parking lot. Great group always nice to talk with them.

What happened to the customer service? I needed a light bulb for the car. They would not walk outside to look at it like I asked. Then there were four guys at registers and no one would help me put it in. I was told it was easy to put in. Second time this has happened. First time was wipers. Wipers were wrong size had to go home to find out and then drive back to return them. I would suggest going down the street to another auto parts.

Love the crew that work at the store in Palmer, Ma. So helpful and patient as I am a disabled person and have trouble speaking they were awesome. Really try to give you your best options. Great prices!

I'm a retired tech 45 years experience. I can't believe how efficient they are. I have a small business at home one bay lift. There store is about 6 miles away if I send in an order from shop at 9:00 parts are hear In 15 min. They really take good care of me. I'm not sure if all stores perform so efficiently as the Palmer store. Their computer system is great and is user friendly. Many specs and repair details are available. Keep up the good work. I have been a parts manager at GM and a servise manager at Pep Boys nothing compares to service and dependability.

Really thankful this place is in the neighborhood! Every time I need something for any one of our vehicles, it s always such a great experience going here. I ve stopped in occasionally for help with seemingly everything when I didn t want to visit a shop - replacing parts, scanning the CEL code, renting a tool and asking questions about a specific part I couldn t confirm online. I usually go knowing what I need but I appreciate the advice from the staff and the genuine desire to help when I m not 100% sure about something thank you!

We went to this store to see if I could find something and they had it. PLUS I found a keychain with FORD logo on it. Yes I have a Ford. Trying to find anything with Ford on it. Love my car. Thank you.

Ordered a part twice and received the wrong part. The USELESS store manager hid in the back when I got the wrong part the first time and the second time REFUSED to take my phone call in an effort to get the same problem fixed a SECOND time. This was the first order on a business account. Absolute garbage. I would avoid this place like the plague. Simple customer service from the manager could have avoided my not returning to the store, however, he chose the Walmart associate route. Run away and hide. As a business owner I would have fired him long before I allowed him to affect MY business to this extent. As long as Dave is the manager there shop at your own risk.

Excellent service. Dan and Ben AKA Rex went above and beyond to find out what is wrong with my truck. They could have sold me items I really didn't need, but they were upfront and honest. Plus, they're BOTH Cat Lovers! Added points!

Palmer, MA location store manager could've made the company some money if he was nice enough to match the price of something I bought and failed and 8 wasn't going to return it or ask for a refund . I just wanted him to keep the price the same at $4.99 but the attitude got the best of him and said to me NOT today and gave me the business and lip service of well you know it's inflation. And it's something made in China and their own brand ( Brake Best ) that failed and deteriorated and when I said I like to come and shop here at the local small businesses he arrogantly said we are 6000 stores . So the stuff that I had at the counter and I was ready to pay for is back at the shelves except for 3 things and the rest I bought at NAPA. So yeah about $45 loss of business and a customer to NAPA. Aaron is a great employee at that location and that's the only reason I spent partial of my money because he worked hard to help me. And I didn't want to waste his time . Thank you Aaron , you deserve the best my friend.!

I've always been an Autozone guy but when O'Reilly's came to our town I gave them a shot and the customer service I get here cannot be matched. I've been coming back for a couple years now and every time I walk through the door someone or even at times the whole store are politely greeting me asking how they can help.Consistently great service!

Always a good selection of parts and tools available. If they need to order it usually there the next day. The location is great too being right on Route 20. Only downside with my experience it's hit or miss trying to get someone who knows what they are talking about. I was asked if my truck had 4 wheel drive when I was getting my wipers just a few weeks ago.

we stopped here when we where in the area for a weekend trip & had a check engine light on our rental vehicle. the staff was very helpful and friendly when we came in & when I called. they provided the tool to read the car and answered any questions my husband had.

Love this place. There is this one man who is always there and ready to answer any question I might have or help if need be. He is always very Pleasant to deal with. Not sure of his name will have to get back to you on that. Lol But I am sure all there employees are just as nice. :)
