My go to place for tires and oil changes.Reasonable prices, great service and very nice people. I don't normally do reviews. For me to do so requires excellent service and satisfaction. Definitely something you get here.

My first experience with Mike at Main Street tire was two years ago when he put all new tires on my jeep. That visit went well. He told me how corroded my cast wheels were but gave them a good cleaning.Fast forward two years later, one of the tires started leaking air every three or four weeks. I brought the jeep down and he cleaned the rim again and said everything was good to go. And best of all, no charge! This is a great place to go to so glad I discovered them.

Went there today to have my car looked at for a shaking in front. The mechanic told me I needed four new tires and other work as well. He told me that he could order them for me (and he did) but that he would not recommend driving my car until the new ones were put on. I told him I have an appointment in Gardner, MA tomorrow and he put on a temporary tire until mine come in. I would HIGHLY recommend if you need ANY work done that you go there. Very polite, friendly and caring people. If I could give more than five stars I would.

This place is great. My family and I have been going here for a few years now. They are super friendly, extremely honest. The wait time is very minimal. If it's a job they can't do due to equipment or something of that nature, they'll refer you to another honest mechanic that is able to get the job done. Tire prices are great. Can't say enough good about this small business. Recently had some tires mounted and balanced. Customer service was awesome and price was very reasonable. The waiting area was great, free coffee and snacks. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend Main Street Tire and Auto in Palmer MA! Scotty and Mike were VERY quick to take in my car and fix a bent rim and what was about to be a serious flat tire. They were extremely helpful without being pushy! They went above and beyond in doing additional research on some new wheels for me and even gave me advice on where to look myself. I will be returning soon for a new set of tires! Their prices were also lower than others in the area. Very honest and knowledgable workers here! It's not fun being a female and having to step into autobody shops, these guys will take care of you!

Was having some steering issues a few winters ago and was driving by so I stopped in to see if they could do an alignment. At the time they couldn't (not sure if they can now) but the older fellow offered to take a look. He made some suggestions and even adjusted my tire pressure. Tried to pay something but was refused and sent me on my way.Now that I need new tires there was only one place I considered. Made some good suggestions based on my price point and needs. Got the job done in a timely fashion and were friendly and courteous to boot. A real oddity in these parts. Keep up the great work guys!

They just did a brake job on my Ram 2500, which was no easy task as they were extremely worn and practically melted.The job was completed in a timely manner for a very fair price. Excellent service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We were getting ready to leave Monson, Ma. And noticed the tire on our rv was flat. We limped into Main Street Tire Car Center. Our tire was fixed and we were able to continue our journey. Great service.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Went to pick up a friend who was dropping off her car for oil change...owner, Mike, noticed I had low tire. Had me pull in, checked all tires/added air, discovered large screw embedded in one. Removed it, patched it, added air & mounted back. Then....would not accept any money! Random act of kindness!....greatly appreciated. Check him out 1515 Park St, Palmer.

My husband had a fast leak in his tire getting off the MA Pike. He called Main St Tire and Auto (not a previous customer) and they told him to come right in! They were very professional and took good, quick care of him. Highly recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

So sad they damaged my brother's breaks and then put in the wrong oil and didn't charge for the oil even though didn't ask for oil and can't do anything bout it. Please be careful going here

A few years ago, I was looking for some pretty obscure tires. JP was one of 2 people that knew what I was talking about. Not only was he able to get them, but I got a sweet deal on them, too! I have bought several sets of tires from him ever since and have him work on my vehicles. Fast, friendly, reasonable.

I got my oil changed here. The waiting room was really nice with good drinks and snacks. My kids didn't get bored while we were waiting and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of services I didn't need.

The shop is very clean. The tech that was there when I went in was very friendly and helpful. They had an opening so took me right away. I was in and out within 25 minutes. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for service.

When we got a flat on the MA turnpike and Needed a tire we had the tow truck take us here. Service was fast, honest and professional. Great prices.

I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Palmer location with a lessee of Main Street who leases a bay there, Bennett auto. I believe the guys names is Justin. Any how, Justin charges parts delivered by O Reillys at list price. So if you want your oil change done there don t go to him other wise you end paying almost DOUBLE on the parts he orders from O Reillys. He also says he is going to address the situation and correct them ignores calls after that....disclaimer Main Street DID NOT do the service. It was their lessee Bennett Auto who, when he calls addresses himself as Main Street and the caller ID from the number he calls from is also Main Street.
