Called Labonte towing for a tow when I broke down at 3 am they were fast and very reasonable and personable I would recommend them and use them again

Had a flat tire this am. Called to get my tire changed to a donut. The driver came quickly and was unable to get my tire off with the tools he had. So he filled my tire with air. He did not charge me anything and followed me to the tire shop. Thank you! You saved my day!

My husband got into a car accident this morning. Somebody got him from behind. Totalled are car so had to be towed while husband went to er. I call them to see home much it'll be to get car out. Was told $108 that day, but $38 added on for storage fee revert day car staysc there. Ski were had our own towing company go get the car to tow to out house told you truck driver the price will be $108. He got there half an hour later to pick up my car and they charged him the $108 plus a storage fee charged of $38. The car was only there 5 hours at most. Definetly not another day! Just rude and very impolite don't ever use this companyService: Car towing

I understand it's difficult to run your own business as I have had that experience myself. However, this business owner leaves a lot to be desired in the customer service area. He may tow with the best of them, but I would recommend that you not deal with the owner. My daughter had the unfortunate experience to get in an accident that left her vehicle incapacitated. It had to be towed and Labonte Towing was called in. No further damage or anything of that sort was done by Labonte. It's after the tow where the issue began. To put it succinctly, he lost the key to my daughters vehicle and proceeded to blame her and told her that "she refused to give it to him". My wife, who had to drive 90 minutes to get to this place with the police release, saw my daughter give him the key to the vehicle on the day it was towed and saw him throw it on his desk. Two days later, she has to drive all the way back home to get the spare key and then drive back another 90 minutes to deliver the key to the body shop doing the repairs. He was both gruff and rude to my 20 year old daughter and my wife. Chivalry must be dead at this business....

This place is honestly one of the worst businesses that I've ever stepped foot in. First of all, I had my car towed by the owners son who scraped the front bumper on the tow truck, when I confronted him about it he claims it was scraped by a curb. My car also had significant damage to the front end making it nearly impossible to drive, the first thing he said to me when I went in was " what did you hit last night". I had 2 friends in my car that vouch for the fact that the car was perfectly drivable before they got their hands on it. AGAIN NOBODY HAVE THIER CAR TOWED BY THIS COMPANY!!!!

Highly recommend Labonte and Son Towing! Was very busy Easter night with a flat tire on the Pike. 1st tow could only go as far as Palmer. Called Labonte s- Very quick response! The dispatcher was very professional and friendly. The driver, Tyler, was extremely professional and courteous. Daughter home, safe and sound. Thank you!!

Local towing company. We have used them in the past very straightforward and upfront about cost and expenses. They have newer equipment and handle your vehicles correctly.

They are the worst!!!!! Rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately last year I had to deal with these people. Worst experience ever at one point the driver even made indirect threats towards me. If you can when getting a tow make sure you avoid these people. They don t even deserve a quarter of a star.

Rude all around just nasty could not hold a simple conversation all one word answers we got our car towed and we re out of town they refuse to help us and closed all weekend leaving my family with no choice but te rent a room missing medication and an important event that we traveled for. These people should not be running a business

AAA outsourced Labonte for a tow. Travis was very professional and never made me feel like a burden. He explained all the details to me and offered some insight into what the problem may be.

Terrible people to deal with would not recommend them to anyone real sneaky people wouldnt let me in the yard to get my stuff out of my vehicle but when it finally got towed all my stuff was stolen out of the inside of it 400 worth of stuff all the way down to my change pretty sad so I deff dont recommend this company to anyone

Avoid this towing company at all cost. They tow your truck and charge whatever they want after. They charged us $2800 for a one mile towing. This company should never be in business. Not honest people at all.
