How do you get replacement screens for a 93 year-old home that look period perfect? Jeff at Griswold. He made sure I did not make a terrible mistake by going above and beyond ... he asked me questions and talked with me. I know they do more than screens, and I am sure the customer service is consistently high quality.

Jeff Griswold installed my new windshield and the service was spectacular! Always pleased with his workmanship! I recommend him for any glass issues one may have. He s always ready, willing and able to assist with whatever needs are necessary! I want to add that I picked up 2 screens today and my kitchen windows look amazing! I can enjoy my outdoor birds once again thanks to Jeff and Jeremy! Nice job guys! Can t help but love your workmanship and always very courteous! Give them a try when you do, you will know exactly what I am raving about!!!

Every now and then, we get lucky when we walk into a retail business and we get treated with respect and with courtesy and with fairness, by a proprietor. On occasion, we get REALLY lucky and we not only receive the treatment just described...we also have the privilege of dealing with folks who are scrupulously honest and who show their customers a measure of gratitude and appreciation that is fast disappearing in today's business world. That's the exact kind of teatment I have always received from Jeff Griswold and his son. And you'll receive the very same kind of courtesy and service. Personalized service. I needed auto glass repair and they handled everything. All I had to do is tell my agent I wanted Griswold Glass to do the repair then drop the vehicle off. Work was done the next day. They are highly recommended.

Great place to get windshield replaced! They were able to get me in soon, got the work done when they said it would be, worked with my insurance and it's a convenient location.

Ordered a front window glass from Griswold Glass on 5/17/2016; working directly with Jeff the owner. After waiting over two years for the insulation and many excuses why he hasn't installed it; on 7/12/2018, I cancelled the order; Jeff said he would reimburse my deposit. On 7/12/2018 Jeff called me back to say the check for the deposit would be mailed to us on 7/20/2018. On 8/15/2018 I called Jeff and he said his ex-wife writes the checks. He was go to call her again. Today, 8/28/2018, we have not received our deposit back. I tried calling Jeff at Griswold Glass again and got his voicemail and was not able to leave a message. I am not going to attempt to call him anymore since I am not able to get any results. Unfortunately, I will be filing a claim in Small Claims Court.9/13/18 - Update to my initial post. Our deposit was returned with interest.
