So far so good more to come.Harley was A+ this morning bring it it we have guys who like to work . "Very nice showroom. Super clean, stocked and organized. Same with the shop and back gated parking lot.Pulled my ski from Providence and drove it to them. Got to the shop (wanted a Kawasaki dealer) by 3:30pm and 2 nice young men wheeled it in and started to look at it. Got a call less than an hour later .ok to water test if it is just replace spark plugs and tune it up awesome if it is more complicated ok as well. Progress and a solution to an 85% working ski was all I needed .no more having it sit at a dock for another week and some more excuses from my old RI person who is so busy and had excuse after excuse (bad gas?? Nope) or old Mass people (Kawasaki dealer I bought the jet ski from last June with 240 hours on it) who are so busy that they are out 6 weeks?? Summer is pretty much over in 6 weeks.So far worth the 2 hours of driving.2nd photo is me "water testing" their new spark plugs a boat ramp maybe 10-15 minutes from Flamingo....Red Barn?......NOPE.....it is more than just that, but worth the try.3rd photo is the $20.08 part .with $330 in labor and totally worth it. My hands would never fit in there. 68 mph .it is faster than last year. A+ and add Tony and Tyler to the team . Best night in 2023. See you in October.Keep the water discharge lines flushed out. It should be warm and run like an open sink faucet. What a difference. 27 miles last Sunday 6:40am - 8:15am.

Picked up a few small parts for my Spyder. Ordered on line for pick up ~ Base price cheaper than other on line stores. Store was super clean ~ parts department very friendly & helpful. Service manager took a few minutes for us & seems top notch. Looking forward to being able to get service done there as needed!

Just bought a new 2019 Can Am Ryker. Experience was excellent. John was great to work with. This is the 3rd bike I've purchased from Flamingo and have sent several friends there. Can't see myself going anywhere else.

I have nothing but excellent things to say about my first experience with Flamingos Motorsports.. I had my bike there when they told me to drop it off and they stuck by their word and they brought it in first thing in the morning to look at it. I had called several of the dealerships only to be told they can t hold me because I didn t buy the bike from them. I highly recommend flamingos and will tell everybody from the Ocean State Chapter to use them.

They lack communication skills, hardly ever pick the phone up. And if you have a problem with a machine you buy from them especially a 2022. They also don t feel obligated to fix it. Or even stick they re necks out and talk to the manufacturer for you and get things right. I swear there s only one good guy in there that will help you out. And that s gotta be John M. Which he sold my my first KX450F. And he gave me an awesome deal.I mean come on most places won t let the customer leave unhappy. Every other place I go to they make sure I leave with a smile on my face. And me wanting to do business with them.

I went in to buy a tube for my quad tire. When I went in I asked if they offered a military discount (because many places do) and the guy answered for a tube? Nah. In a very rude voice as if it was a selfish question for me to ask . It was a simple yes or no question and the way he responded honestly made me feel belittled. Never in my life have I had someone answer in an attitude when I ve asked if they offer a military discount. Normally I m all for supporting local businesses. But due to this experience I will not shop there again. I ll just order what I need online.

Only does inspections on wednesday. What kind of garbage is that? If you dont want to do stickers than just dont do them. Who wants to miss a day of work for a bike inspection.

I spring ordered a new Ski-Doo from Flamingo Motor Sports in 2019. From the first time I walked through the door, meeting with the sales team throughout the purchase process, my parts purchases for the new machine, and my service visits, the staff there has gone above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. They call when they say they will, things are ready when they say they will be, and they care that you are happy with everything. It is nice to see this level of customer service still exists!

I have personally worked with all the departments they have. I bought a motorcycle here and the sales reps were excellent. I have gotten parts, helmets, and accessories for my jet skis and motorcycle here. The staff is very relaxed and friendly and they have a great deal of knowledge. I use Service for my 2 sea doo jetskis and they take excellent care of them. I would recommend them to anyone.

So I got new tires for my BMW and needed them mounted and balanced. I dropped them off with Tony at the service department around 10am. Tony called at noon said they're all set. He let me pay over the phone and I had my wife pick them up. I had hurt my back that weekend. When she arrived they carried them out to the car for her. Awesome service!!!

Been trying to get my first 600 mile service done on my bike. Service or parts department does not answer their phones. Been calling multiple times a week at all different hours. Called the sales guy and he told me he doesn t know why they are not answering and tried to transfer me to them. Then told me to call back later and they should answer but never did. Went in person to get my safety inspection done as well and told me to call and make a appointment and kept sending me in a circle to get anything done. Bikes are over priced when I tried to buy a bike and told them I found 1 cheaper at Valley motor sports in Northampton by $4,000 hoping for a price match or to come close. Sales guy at the time told me good, go buy it over there then nothing but negative experience every time I go there to bad can t give 0 stars and don t recommend for anyone

I have been dealing with Flamingo since 2010 and have never had an issue. I use them to source parts for ALL of my bikes and they do all my inspections. There gear selection is a good size and its nice to be able to try on the gear before you buy it. They will also tell you if there is a better option for your riding style. I have reviewed them in the past but figured I'd post a new one to say that like a good bourbon they only seem to be getting better with time.

I was in the market for a dirt bike for my wife and called Flamingo Motorsports to see what they had in stock. The salesman told me about a 2019 KX85 that was just traded in that might be a good fit. When I arrived to look at the bike I was pleasantly greeted by the staff who showed me the bike and helped answer all of my questions. The bike was in great shape and exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely buy another bike off of them in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Called to see what their policy is regarding covid. Trying to come through and check out the lot. I ve never been met with a more rude interaction via phone conversation in my life. If given the chance I would love a fair one with whoever the sales person was at the time.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a problem with my jetski that I bought from them last year, the manufacturer didn't want to cover it but they still fixed it anyways free of charge which definitely saved me a lot of money.

Wish these guys were closer. Very good pricing, good selection of sledding gear and have had my parts UPS'd to me. Its a 45-50 drive to this Ski doo dealer but worth it.

The guys were Arrogant people, I try to return things that didn t fit me that was just bought and the guy said nope saying we lied you went riding in them when they couldn t even fit me. arrogant

Sitting in the parking lot writing this review. We stopped in to look at a bike prepared to buy. The two working didn't not stand up from the desk or ask press names or what we were interested in. just lost a sale
