Eric's has done a lot of work on my vehicles over the years , they have solved problems other mechanics could not , I highly recommend them, the good guys

I went and check this place to find a very nice owner so I had a small leak fixed on an aluminum radiator. Dropped off he called the next day was repaired already for a very good price. I love when I find honest people these days in this gouging world. Did a beautiful solder job on my radiator. I would recommend people should go here to get a good job and a nice owner. Absolutely outstanding service! After going back and forth dealing with AAA getting towed to multiple shops. The one prior to Eric s being demores in Palmer which I had a horrible experience due to rude customer service from the beginning and not only being told they can do it and gave me a price without looking at it. (Not to mention had me waiting around)Then proceeded to tell me they don t have the part. Finally came across Eric s and so thankful I did! Not only did him and his worker don show me my car and what was the issue but explained the whole thing to me and went out of their way to call around multiple places finding the best option for me! He got me right in no waiting at all. After hearing about everything I had dealt with this morning he was kind enough to even drop me back off at my home so I didn t have to Uber. This is the best customer service I have ever received and can confidently say I will be bring all my car needs and business to Eric s for now on!

Dishonest and incompetent.I very nearly spent over $800 for a suspension I didn't need. Meanwhile, they told me the breaks I originally brought the car in to be checked were fine. They were far from fine. And I did not need an all new suspension. One day for a break job at an honest mechanic and the problem was fixed.

Thank you Eric! I have heat again. After several months of problems with my '09 Jeep Wrangler after a dealership repair, to include engine replacement and several other issues, I ended up with no heat! I called Eric, brought it in and he did a complete flush. Radiator, engine block and heater core! I have heat like the day it rolled of the showroom floor! Highly recommend this shop! Eric checks things out, explains what he finds, and gets the job done!

These guys are the best!!! They rebuilt my upper end of my engine in my 2007 Tahoe d/t the flex fuel model and they were upfront and on point for the price!! I and my family now do ALL our business with them!!!

Outstanding service coupled with good pricing is what goes on at this place. Brought my jeep in because the heater core/radiator was not performing like it should. Instead of just draining and refilling like other places I called wanted to do they drained it, flushed it in both directions, then refilled it so they did it the right way. Price was right there as well. To quote Arnold "I'll be back"...

The price range they quoted by phone was met and they installed Whiteline control arm bushings on my 2008 Subaru Outback XT STI Limited. I provided print outs of the Subaru car repair manual specific to the front control arm bushings and highlighted the torque specifications but the mechanic who installed them didn't torque to those specifications. He over torqued my strut bolts and dangerously under torqued my control arm bolts. I became aware that it was so due to a clicking, banging sound on hard turns and large bumps. I was forced (as a physically handicapped man) to go under the car with my torque wrench to bring the torque to correct specifications. This was my only negative about this shop, I gave them the exact torque specifications they had to meet, but they failed to (they were clearly marked as Nm [Newton meters]. They were just tight enough to keep the car barely safe, but not accurate, properly functional nor alignable. But because the prices were ideal with them using my Subaru supplied (purchased) control arm bushing installer and remover tools, they did a good, but not a perfect job of it. They do not have the half a million dollar alignment machine so mine had to be aligned at Steve Lewis Subaru who didn't properly align it multiple times then. It's always wheel pointed right for the car to drive straight ahead so I recommend going elsewhere to have your car aligned than Steve Lewis as well as here where they don't have even an inexpensive laser alignment tool to align your car.All in all an acceptable job which allowed my use of superior, urethane bushings, but you should check your car's torque specs after they complete their work (this is so with most repair shops), directly in front of their garage and show them if something is incorrect.Because they install aftermarket parts I highly recommend them. But if you provide them torque specs, write them with the exact bolt location and torque you want or need, because the 6 pages seemed to be too much for the mechanic to follow.I am not at all downing them, simply stating that I may not have been specific enough by providing 6 of the 9,872 pages of the car's factory repair manual and should have specified the torques rather than expect the manual to do so for the mechanic (because it certainly didn't).Because they install aftermarket racing parts while nearly no others would, it makes them fantastic and worthwhile.

They have been my go to mechanic since I bought my first car and have always been friendly and honest to me. Whenever I have asked they have shown me what they are doing to my car and gave recommendations to prevent the problem in the future.
