To be honest, I wasn t gonna write a review, but as time goes on, I get angrier back in October. I was on my way home to Vermont when my transmission failed brought it to a shop. The first shop was great. They sent it over to Robs shop there was a lot of miscommunication. I was stuck in Massachusetts with two children who had nothing and animals back home in Vermont four hours away for a month I kept being told that it would be done by a certain day and I called it wasn t even started or they were still waiting. I paid $6000 Upfront to get my car done When I finally got my car back, my car was louder than when I dropped it off at the first shop. Picked up my car drove home (four hours) to come to a red light the Transmission completely sh!t The bed again called the first shop I brought to who suggested to it go to Rob called Rob. Rob said he was trying to find a place close to me because I live so far away that would honor the warranty, then called and said that I myself would have to get the car back down to Massachusetts to his shop to cover the warranty. No offer to try to figure out how to get it to Massachusetts nothing just that I have to figure it out on my own. Four months later, I am making payments on a car that I can t drive and the transmission never got fixed properly.

I spoke to Rob after calling many other places regarding my transmission slipping. He was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to listen and was completely honest with me. I brought my Subaru in knowing that the damage was already done to my CVT but he was willing to look at it, fill the CVT oil and fix the leak. Very reasonably priced and completely honest with the situation. I ll definitely be bringing my vehicles to him in the future!

Rob is top-notch when it comes to his knowledge of transmissions. I've had him custom build a transmission for my pickup, which plows snow and tows heavy trailers. Haven't had one single issue, and Rob is always willing to answer any questions regarding any work performed

I don't write too many reviews, but this guy is extremely honest. I brought my car in with a problem with my manual transmission not accessing certain gears, and he found the problem, explained exactly what it was, and only charged me $50 because it wasn't too hard of a fix for him. I would go here again and recommend anyone else do so.

Had my brakes and rotors done as well as an oil change. The owner Rob was not only quick to do the job but was incredibly honest and charged very fair rates. No hard sells here or sales tactics to get you spending more than necessary.I will be going here for any and all service needs from now on after he beat every quote I received from nearby shops. This place is the real deal.

Rob was awesome! In two days he had us back.up.and running. Cant thank him.enough. Professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Give 10 stars if we could.

Rob always does an excellent job working on my Focus ST and our F250. I don't trust anyone else with my vehicles. From oil changes to transmission issues this is the only place I'll go to and I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone.

Tim is excellent. Although it worked out that I was covered by a warranty, I would definitely go back if I needed them. I have already recommended my friends to go there.
