Service was good. But after a few day. I noticed blood aka transmission fluid during the snow storm coming from the bottom pressure line. Pushed hose in connection til I heard a click.. no more leak.... overall service was great. New hoses look good... thinking of going full ss lines to prevent mishap in future. Incase 4wheeling.

Been going here for a year almost now for both my girlfriend's car and mine. They have excellent service here for really fair pricing. The owner is fantastic and very informative. I haven't had a bad experience yet. I really can recommend this place enough.

Santora Automotive did an excellent job expediting my car repairs! They communicated well (where so many other auto repair shops do not) and the pricing was extremely fair! LGBTQIA+ friendly service! 5 stars!

Without a doubt the smoothest, easiest and most comfortable mechanic experience of my life. I truly can t say enough how wonderful it felt not having someone talk down to me to explain what was wrong. I was seen, respected and I trust them totally. The most trusted mechanic in the area. I highly recommend Santora Automotives to anyone searching for a mechanic shop they can have confidence in. They are very reliable, knowledgeable, flexible with scheduling, fast working, and fairly priced. They are also very communicative; when I leave my car I receive calls to give me more information and updated pricing so I never feel left in the dark.As a cis-fem presenting women I use to always feel taken advantage of at previous mechanics, I would leave feeling I was over charged and treated poorly. That has been overwhelmingly NOT the case at Santora I truly feel I am treated fairly and respected whenever I need work done. As a member of the LGBTQ Community, I can't thank Jai and the staff at Santora enough for making me feel welcomed and for the high quality, reasonably priced service on my vehicle. I found this establishment after posting about a very bad experience at the dealership I had been going to for 15 years. Jai immediately reached out and introduced me to the shop. I am ever so thankful for being introduced to this great inclusive business. I no longer dread getting my vehicle serviced.

Jai and the team took incredible care of me and my car. A year ago Webster Square Tire told me my spongy breaks were "normal" for my 2009 Xterra. It got worse until the point that it felt more unsafe to drive this way. I had seen a news article about Santora Auto so decided I'd book an appt. They essentially told me I had been given incorrect info, and because my brakes weren't fixed earlier, I needed all 4 new rotors, pads, and calipers needed fixing or replacing. Jai and the crew had it all done same-day & allowed me to pay via an online invoice, and pick my car up after closing. $900 that I didn't need to spend if I had gone here a year ago, really! This place and J's Auto (Oxford) are the only places I trust now. Don't hesitate to come see their great service and friendly faces yourself!!

Absolutely satisfied with my service.Better than fair pricing. My overall bill was far less than expected.Jai took the time to explain my check engine lights and about correcting the root cause directly. I will be returning to Santora Automotive for all my vehicle maintenance needs.

GO HERE. This place was phenomenal. My car was damaged and I was given an initial quote of $5000 from a different shop. Santora Automotives quoted me $1900, and they treated me with absolute respect the entire time. No sexism, no worries about being cheated, they did the work professionally and I couldn't be happier.

I had an issue with my vehicle and someone on facebook recommended me to this shop. Although my car did not get serviced at this shop, I worked closely with Jai who helped greatly. Jai was able to help me get my vehicle serviced by another shop that works with Santora closely. The communication, efficiency and price that Jai was able to provide me was outstanding. Jai was able to help me in a time of need and I appreciated it much. I would absolutely work with this shop and Jai again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Love being able to bring my car somewhere I can trust to do the job and not try to price gouge. They're fair and everyone is welcome and you're not going to be taken advantage of for lack of car knowledge.

Santora Automotive in Auburn is a great local auto repair shop with great, honest mechanics. I went there to have my tires replaced and they searched to find me the best price they could on tires and gave me several options. John the mechanic was very helpful recommending various tire options and even recommended some repairs I may need down the road. He was not pushy to have the repairs done but instead was just educating me on things I may need down at some point. Great shop, great owners, great for Auburn.

I just moved into the Oxford area in January and was looking for an honest and reliable auto repair shop. I had an oil change/tire rotation done on my car a couple months ago at Santora's, and they just did a "once over" review of a used truck I just bought (no charge for the review). I'm impressed with their honesty and good service.

Have used this place a few times and it was always fast, honest, very reasonably priced work. John is a fantastic guy and so nice and pleasant. Highly recommend going here for any car repairs!!

We are not for Massachusetts and broke down at the Charlton Plaza. We had our vehicle towed to Santora Automotive because it was the closest garage with good reviews.WE COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPY with the service.The breakdown was caused by something we knew was going on and hadn't gotten around to fixing yet, however we had gotten quotes from different places. We were so nervous about how much it was going to cost here, especially with it being an emergency service and them fitting us in. When they told us the cost our mouths hit the floor. It was significantly cheaper than any quote we had gotten.On top of that, when my husband called to let them know we were having the vehicle towed there, the guy that answered the phone was so pleasant and helpful. He was going to help us with getting a discount on a rental car.They helped to make an extremely stressful situation a little less stressful!

Came in this morning because this was the closest place nearby that could take a look at my car. We will always come here now. The mechanic was quick to help us, kind, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming here.
