Bought a 2018 jeep trackhawk for 53k on 3/14/24 and turned out to be a stolen vehicle and now auction won't refund me my money. I could of been arrested for driving or even being in possession of it. Place is garbage stay far away from this place. Now to court I go and them getting sued . Just a side note diamond Chevrolet owns central mass auto auction david massid and John massid both Co owners refuse to contact me in anyway about the issue . Check there reviews from diamond Chevrolet in auburn ma they have rip off dozens of people for thousands of $$

Purchased 2015 Lexus RX 350 with Green Light status from this auction. Trunk door doesn't open and the auction said good luck fixing it because they do not claim any responsibility. On top of this issue, the vehicle has a broken headlight, chipped windshield and cracked side view mirror which were not disclosed or noted on the condition report or PSI report. Matt and Leah from auction did not offer any solution or advice, very unprofessional practices and zero accountability. Do not buy any vehicles from this auction! Please spend your thousands of dollars at a reputable and reliable auction. Stay away and beware from this auction at all costs.

Please do not shop with this auction they are False advertising they vehicles by not showing all the pictures, plus I pay 100 for a post sale inspection and I have a oil leak and soft spots on the frame I just took a 12k lost with them and instead of fixing the problem they keep saying Unfortunately so please keep away from this auction very unprofessional

Best auction around with friendly staff. Yard manager Matt Thomas has gone above and beyond to help me find multiple vehicles in my price range. He is very knowledgeable and was a great help. The vehicles ran great and I was extremely happy with my purchases.Highly recommended!

CMAA has got to be one of the best auctions in the north east. Been to many and have not felt more welcome anywhere else. The employees become your family and treat you right! Matt Thomas is a big help anything that you might need. Very respectful. Great food. Been coming here for a long time and will continue to. Thanks CMAA!

Let me just say that whenever I go here Mitch is always the one to help anyone in need. He does his job but three times better and faster than anyone I know. His tow trucking skills are outrageous no one can beat him! Mitch is always the best and the go to guy!:)

Everyone here is great. From the yard help, transportation to the office staff and dealer reps. Specifically Sindy she is super friendly and always smiling. She has always gone the extra mile for us and has helped several times to make things easy for us.

Probably one of the best places in MA to buy a car. The staff was so nice and helpful. Matt helped show me the best cars in the yard in my price range and made me feel comfortable and made the whole process run smoothly.

Any time i need help at central I flag down the wrecker driver mitch. He goes beyond helpful to those of us picking up cars there. Great service 5 stars all the way.

We used to buy cars in some other auctioneer until we met Chris (CMAA GM) who opened the doors to a new friendly experience here, making a huge difference. Cindy at the counter and all the rest of their team are amazing! Titles on time, always helpful. Five stars for all of them for sure!!

Always have a good experience here I work at a dealership in Norwich and go here a couple times a week and always have Leah which is always helpful and kind she definitely is a great advocate to CMAA but all the employees I ve met are helpful too.

The reason I first signed up at CMAA was because I followed Sindy Saladi there when they were lucky enough to have her join their team. I had gotten superb service from Sindy at her prior employment and wasn t about to let that go. Since then the rest is history. Her work ethic and customer care is the reason I came to CMAA and the reason I stay at CMAA. Please don t loose her, CMAA, because I ll definitely follow her to the next auction. Lol. I know you won t. Very, very satisfied with the whole staff as well!

Your buying or selling experience will start off great at the moment you enter the property, from the lot workers, the office staff, the auctioneers and management you will surely leave satisfied with your visit.Central Mass Auto Auction comes highly recommended by all the car dealers in the area, they strive to load all the information they can about the cars including pictures showing crucial decision making details.Thank you CMAA for the great service!

I have been attending CMAA for about 15 years and I can tell you that this auction by far is one of my favorite Auctions in New England.In this difficult times I m not buying any vehicle from the big auctions because the customer service you get is worse than ever, but not at CMAA. Here the service you get is the best specially when you go see Sindy she will do anything for you and she will answer all your questions, she is the best, but I can say confidently that I LOVE everyone at CMAA.

Can t say enough about Mitch and how much he always goes above and beyond to help out with jump starting cars or towing to the front lot when needed. Always drops what he is doing to lend a helping hand. Good mentor for new workers to follow.

Central Mass Auto Auction is a top rate independent auction. They have an old time feel of the past woven with all the modern technology and conveniences. Their customer service stands above many of their counterparts. I have dealt with many of the staff members and they are all friendly and helpful. I have had the most interaction with Sindy, who is a stand out performer and a credit to CMAA. Keep up the good work!

Our business purchases from and sells vehicles at Central Mass regularly. It is a very easy auction to work with, especially compared to Manheim and Adesa Boston. This has been facilitated by the excellent customer service and responsiveness of Leah Insisiengmay. Through email, phone or in person she has assisted us and been a primary contact for all our needs at the auction. It is very rare, these days, to have one local individual to ensure your needs as a dealer are met timely and satisfactorily. This service and relationship has been much appreciated and keeps us returning weekly. I would highly recommend this Auction as both a buyer and seller.
