Midas in Orleans is a very welcoming and trustworthy place. I needed my brakes replaced and they offered me a better deal than a previous place. They were able to fix them within a day, it only took 2 hours. Scott is also nice and helpful and explains things so you actually understand. This is the place to go if you need something done the right way! Thanks guys

What amazing service I received from the entire crew at this location in Orleans. I came into have my grinding brakes looked at and repaired on my Audi. I received exceptional service from start to finish. They repaired my brakes at a great value but also performed scheduled maintenance I needed as well. Scott and Dave explained everything in detail so I would understand the services and why the vehicle manufacturer recommends these services. I m so happy I found these guys they should be commended for such amazing customer service. Midas you now have a customer for life. Thank you.

A great spot to get your oil changed plus they will check your breaks and other items. Trustworthy and honest people. I've never had a auto shop tell me I DIDN'T need work done until now. Now that's good service.Update a year later: Went in for oil change. Very fast. The back brakes needed to be replaced but was expected after all this time. Fast.

The service was a 10 out of 10!!!! My car cost $2100. To fix but I felt confident that it would be done correctly. Dave gave me a ride so I didn t have to wait!!! Dave John and Scott are the BEST!!!!! They are kind trustworthy and very knowledgeable!!!!

I bought tires on tire rack and midas in orleans was listed.initially i was skeptical i even checked another place in town near by. They wanted 300 just to put the tires on my car.. S i went to Midas and made the appointment. Wow am i glad i did not only were they a better price the also were able to do an alignment and the price was about the same. I am Horrible with names but everyone was very helpful and courteous. Would recommend them for service

Fantastic experience. Left the local dealership with lights on the instrument panel. Midas team properly diagnosed and saved me money. Also decided to have new battery installed and oil change. Was quickly on my way. Will use for my automotive needs in the future. A+

Stopped in for a quick oil and filter change. Scott and the crew were awesome! Made sure I was aware of any upcoming maintenance that was needed and then got me back on my way. Everyone at Midas was very professional and I really appreciated it.

Very good I had an appointment to get an oil change. They told me what time to be there took me in right at the right time. Got me out of there as quick as it could. The guy is very personable there and good people. I will be doing more maintenance there to my vehicle to come

Midas Orleans installed some new tires I purchased from Tire Rack. Scheduling was easy, communication was great, and the job was done quickly and expertly. The vehicle needed an alignment as well, and they were able to take care of that as well. Great group of employees and I highly recommend them. Thanks Scott and crew!

This place is under new ownership and several of the mechanics have left because it s poorly run. I personally experienced their extremely poor customer service when I had an oil change and they broke my truck, And gave me a hard time about repairing it.Several locals have also had bad experiences under the New ownership. It is my belief that any positive reviews were prior to the new ownership. DONT DO IT

Had a rattle in my exhaust then another shop supposedly fixed but they just created a worse rattle. Went into the Orleans Midas they fixed the rattle that another Shop created and didn't charge me anything. Give him a dozen donuts and I think them so much. I'd highly recommend the Orleans Midas for any service repair.

The team here was awesome! They explained what I needed and why. Scott was great, while I was stressing about cost and he explained the urgency and I would be paying more if I let it go. Thank you guys! Feel better that you took care of me while I was anxious. I found my new car place.

Great service from Scott. My brake replacement was very well done and finished the day after I dropped the car off. Overall I would absolutely recommend Midas Orleans to anyone who needs timely work done on theur vehicle.

The guys at Midas are just terrific. Their workmanship and courtesy in keeping my elderly mother's two aging vehicles (both 18 years old) in the best shape possible is greatly appreciated by my family. Often, Dave, John, Hoss and the guys have gone out of their way to fix her vehicles, searching for parts when needed (for weeks sometimes). We rely on them, trusting their recommendations and work to keep my mother safe and secure in her cars. Thanks, guys!

I was greeted promptly and treated properly by Scott who made sure I got the discount that I was entitled to, and by John who took care of my vehicle, which I brought in for an oil change and tire rotation, and an overall inspection. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to my friends.

I'd like to thank Dave and the staff. My wife had a leak on one of her tires. I brought the tire over at 9:00AM and Scott said they would try and get it done by the end of the day. Scott called me at about 10:30 and said it was ready. These guys really take care of there customers.

I have used Orleans Midas for nearly a decade and found their service to always be reputable. They are very flexible in trying to get repairs done promptly. It is also a nice plus to see the same faces providing warm gracious and personalized service. Also, there is a nail salon in the plaza behind this Midas, so I treated myself to a manicure/pedicure while I waited for a set of new front tires to be put on my car. When I returned, my car was all set and ready to go. All in all, a very relaxing and pleasurable 5 star experience!
