I went to Jim's auto for an inspection. They are so nice and friendly. This team truly makes you feel welcome and confident. I highly recommend this place to all.

My car broke down last night at 1am on the side of the highway. of course as a young black woman in a town where I don t know anyone and I m an hour away from home, I was extremely frightened and worried. Jim s auto came quickly, helped to tow my car, and took me to a place to stay for the night. They made me feel very safe and they are so so friendly. I think the price was fair for them helping to get my car running again.

Jim has always been a great place to take our cars to. Most recently I was there for an inspection, convenient, and only a short wait, and my car passed!

The drivers for this company seem to think that tow truck drivers have the same authority as the police. They Will ride your tail until they have the chance to pass you even in a double yellow. Almost caused a 3 car accident trying to pass someone in a double yellow. Real professional..

Refused to inspect my car because of "illegal tint that will never pass". Got it inspected 2 minutes down the road at Speedy a few minutes later.Called to clarify it, and the guy had no idea what legal tint ranges were, and instead told me Speedy was risking their business passing it illegally.Be careful if you go to Jim's.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My car was failed for safety (so I can t drive my car), which would be understandable if there was an actual problem. I was failed for my horn, which works, the guy doing the inspection just didn t look for the button, he only pressed the middle. A tire was failed for being slightly worn out, but when I brought it to someone else, they didn t see whatever they saw. I was also failed for two lights being out, however, they don t exist. I ve been iffy about coming here but there were lines at the other locations in town so this was my best shot. I ve felt iffy about coming because a couple lewd comments were made in passing at me before ( I can tell you work at a gym because of how nice your body is ). Definitely do not recommend.

I went to Jim's for a vehicle inspection. I appreciate his prompt and friendly service. He is very conveniently located right across the street from my credit union. His location is easily accessible.

If i could rate lower, i would. This man is rude and has no ability for customer service. If i did not have a voucher for a free inspection from the dealership that i bought my car at, i would have left the moment Jim first spoke to me.
