Almost 100% sure these guys are working on their own cars. 2 cars in bays no customers around,1 empty bay. I waited 30 minutes. No we will be right with you. No acknowledgement at all that I was there waiting in line. So much for quick and friendly service.

My first time not going to my dealership for an oil change, so was a bit skeptical and worried. I have a mini cooper and its quite finicky. The staff was friendly and super courteous, not what you may expect from a bunch of guys that change oil all day. They showed me the dirty oil to begin and then the final dipstick as well. I thought that was a very nice thing to do. They do not push things on you at all. ai was given a choice of oils and was able to ask questions about each. I chose full synthetic in the end. They checked my wipers and coolant and said they are fine. They automatically topped off my windshield washer fliud. So for just the oil change and filter the total was $85 after a $10 off coupon I got online. The process took a total of 25 minutes and it was a busy day with a line and all bays full. I would definitely recommend this place.

Let's start by saying I love the idea of being able to sit in my vehicle and someone else does all the work.What I love about Norwood Valvoline is that they are thorough. I didn't get an oil change because I actually had a leak and the manager on duty was very concerned and recommended I see a mechanic. He could have just done the oil change, make his money and went on with his day, but he considered the best option for both of us. I appreciate him doing so bc I ended up finding the best mechanic in Norwood.Norwood Auto care on 236 pleasant street. Allen is the boss. Anyhow, I Love Valvoline. The whole vibe is great, they are so welcoming and the wait time is super!

Brought my 2020 Tacoma for an oil change after work yesterday. They broke 3 bolts on my oil pan cover and stripped the 4th. The sent me on my way without fixing the damage they did and without any compensation for the damage they did. And no oil change. The technician apologized however the manager closed the hood opened the garage door for me to leave. He did let me know that I might hear some rattling when I drove. The group of mechanics in the corner yelled something out twice as I drove away. What and awful and stressful experience. I am now working to get the damage repaired that they did and just get the oil changed.

Friendly staff with a great sense of humor. Pricing seems to be good and fair with other competitors pricing.They only give you what you ask for (They never tried to upsell me or get me to have other things done). Great place got in and out fairly quickly and never had to leave my car.

I LOVE this Valvoline and literally go an hour out of my way because the staff here is incredible-I ve been to other locations before and they do not top the Norwood location by any means-I felt compelled to come on here and finally write a review because the service experience I just had was incredible. Visited this location Wednesday. June 28 around 4:30 PM. The gentleman that helped me out was insanely knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Even one of the other employees came up and complemented a bumper sticker on my car and we chitchatted absolutely love it here and I hope the staff gets the recognition they so deserve

I came here because it was the only oil change I could find that was open on a Sunday- and the service was great! The staff was friendly and efficient. All 5 bays were full when I got there, but I didn t have to wait long. Once they started, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and they didn t try to sell me on any other services while I was there. I ll be back in 6,000 miles!

Went to get an oil change and right off the bat were in getting a oil change within minutes. They have the fastest service and were don't in 10-15 minutes. Told me towards the end of the visit that they are putting on my skid plate.2 nights later the skid plate is half way off dragging down 93 making the most excruciating noise possible.Highly recommend checking their work. This location cost me a nights sleep having to wait in the car until another one of their locations opens up.

Great experience! Alessandro was great. I came in for an oil change and I was in and out in 20/25 minutes. I had a couple questions and he brought over the manager (I believe her name was Felicia) and she was very helpful as well. He explained everything to me and although he mentioned other things he could do for me that day, I didn t feel like he was trying to sell me on things just to take my money. I ll definitely be going back!Service: Oil change

They clean and efficient. Got me in and out. Didn't overcharge me. Even referred me to a great muffler shop that did what I needed without selling me stuff I didn't need. I'd refer them to anyone.

Had two cars serviced today. Josh was my greeter/technician and he worked with two other technicians that all together made a great team. Their service was quick and above all honest. Went there today... usually they are professional and quick. Today was a disaster. I waited outside in my car for 20 minutes after they put me at the wrong bay. Was told to go to a different one. Then I watched two cars behind me finish oil changes ahead of mine. They put oil into my car with the cap off so had to do it twice. Tires weren't checked. Fluids weren't topped off. One guy looked like he was spending way too much attention on two separate female customers. After the oil change was complete, was told someone would be right with me for payment. After 8 minutes, I had to ask someone to check me out so I could leave. He said "Is that all youre waiting for?" First computer didnt work, he had to go to another. 15 minutes just to pay and get my sticker. Didnt offer to reset oil life alert on my car. Just did it myself. No mention of engine air filter replacement which I was planning on doing or wipers which also need replacement. When pulling out the employee directing me was uncomfortably close to my car and said "Dont worry you wont hit me". Literally gave 6 inches of space from my front bumper. Not sure what happened here but probably time to go back to local guy. This was out of sorts and not typical of their past service. Hope the manager reads this.Service: Oil change

Great service here by co-manager Joan(pronounced Jo-han). He walked me through all of the options and gave his recommendations for what was best for my car. I had researched my options at home and what auto experts recommended for my car and what Joan suggested matched what they said. Highly recommend!

I work near this location and have taken my work vehicle many times but I drove out of my way to bring my personal car here bc they are always phenomenal. Today they found something three previous mechanics didn t even mention- a rodent nest near the engine that definitely has been there since we moved few months ago. They re very fair and transparent. I hate car stuff but they make it easy and everyone who has helped me at this location has been respectful and kind. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Staff is always professional, pleasant and goes over exactly what services you re having done. No surprises or added costsThey let me know right off the bat that they were short staffed, as every service industry business is these days. I've rarely had to wait at any of these locations, and even with a new trainee, my service was still fast. Yes they will ask to try and upsell. You can always say no now, and decide to say yes another time - they are good at special deals.Update: Just got my latest oil change and I didn't think I had any coupons for service, but the tech urged me to check my emails just in case. I had a coupon in my emails that paid for the upgraded windshield wipers.

My experience was excellent. Shaun was super polite, and didn't oversell me on anything that wasn't necessary. I feel that I was treated with respect, and the service was performed in a timely manner. All of the workers were very professional and stayed on task. They all do such a wonderful job and deserve the recognition! Thank you all so much!

I went to get an oil change .asked for synthetic oil was given a blend. My car started to stall .when I check the oil I had no oil on the dip stick.When I went back and asked them why I had no oil and my oil filter was soaked on the out side ...all they can say was we saw the tape and saw the tech fill oil. Oil then took it to my regular shop and they said the gasket on the oil filter was not put on properly.So I called and put a complaint and they said no we will not reimburclaim qas denied. WELL IF THIS IS HOW YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS AND RUIN PEOPLE'S INVESTMENTSTHEN YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. My wife went here when visiting family with my truck that needed a oil change. Tire pressure was fine when she went in but for some reason they added 10 more psi to both driver side tires so they are over inflated, over filled the oil, and didn't put skid plate back on all the way. So now I get to have the oil changed again. Stay away. This place is a joke.Service: Oil change

They overfilled my oil which locked my engine and killed my car. When I brought it back later they said it was just a coincidence when it wouldn't start, though it was working perfectly fine before I went. Do not recommend

Great place for quick service. Outstanding staff (every single person!!)They do provide you with lots of options on services for your vehicle, but are not overly pushy about it. Just decide on your budget, do some research and prepare accordingly.
