Knowledgeable mechanics and pretty speedy service. Had to drop my car off on a Saturday morning because of the starter. They got on it on Monday morning and it was good to go by the afternoon. 4 stars because I thought the price was a little on the steep side but they did get it done and it's fixed.

Started going here for inspections and just listening to the owner with the customers convinced me I would come back if I needed any work, which I did when I needed brakes replaced, and glad I did. Very honest. Glad to know we have a reliable place to go to

Joe is a top notch mechanic, he's always busy it seems but he is as honest a mechanic as I've ever come across, and I will be bringing Joe my mechanic work in the future. there's a few others who work out of the same bays who seem ok.There is a restroom, but it is nothing like you'd find in a Mobil... parking is always limited here and one should be careful pulling in and out of the lot as traffic can be very congested at certain times of the day.

I had my van inspected today. Very prompt and courteous. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes. When I paid the fee, two of the $10 bills were stuck together so I accidentally paid the inspector $45 instead of $35. He noticed it almost immediately and called me back to give me the $10. There is a saying that character is what you do when nobody is looking. What more can I say?Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection

Went to get my MA state car inspection done, and they were quick and friendly and just really good people. Even scraped off my old NYS stickers for no extra charge. I highly recommend!

After having my father-in-laws truck at another local shop for 2 days waiting for a Commercial Vehicle Inspection and still it was not done, I hit google and found Pleasant St Auto in Norwood. So glad I did! When I called, the phone was answered pleasantly (no pun indented) and the owner told me to come right down and they would take care of it for me. When I arrived, again, pleasant greeting and most importantly the vehicle was taken right in and completed immediately. I'm very pleased with the level of customer care. I will definitely be returning for service again! Thank you!

I took a chance On this place because he made me feel comfortable he was knowledgeable Easy going an polite which I like... I honestly was very nervous that the bill was going to be very much higher an to my surprise It was about a third less I'm talking Big bucks not a few hundred! My vehicle was in really rough shape Jim brought it back to life and now I've got a new mechanic!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

UPDATE:Have received a detailed update from the shop regarding Vehicle Status. Complicated issues are being solved proactively. Loaner Car was provided due to the inconvenience. Really appreciated the follow up and empathy. Thank you so much, Aeryn & Team.************************************************************************Used to like this company, but now they are understaffed and it shows.For any service more extensive than a Tire Change, you get to pay $2k minimum with the added pleasure of waiting 3+ Business Days to get your car back.Left my car on Monday only to have them forget to ship the parts, so now I'm stuck paying for Uber until they get someone to finish the work - it is now Wednesday.This place is close to my house, but convenience went out the window when they can't actually tell you *when* you'll get your car back.Automobile Triage is an apt description of the current state of affairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The owner took one of our brand new trucks in and wouldn't pass the inspection. He wanted to repair all sorts of problems with a brand new truck. I brought it somewhere else and it passed right away. I had a friend bring his car in and the owner said it would be a $200 fix and it turned out being $1200. He is a scam and I would highly recommend not going there.

Quoted me $150 for an oil change for my Prius evn though I was bringing my own oil and filter. To change the spark plugs that I already bought would bring the total service price to $250. What a rip off

The Owner is a great guy. Very professional and old school. They look into and around your car and listen to what your complaints are. Prices are very good for repairs. Just good old trust!!!

Fast reliable service every time. The technicians working are incredibly kind and honest. I'd recommend it highly. The pricing is fair and I can't speak highly enough of them.

Never AGAIN!!! they OVERCHARGE bring you in with a car they can't even fix then charge you for looking at it WHAT??? Someone needs to investigate this place
