Hands-down, the best car buying experience I have had in over a decade of buying and leasing cars. Straightforward, honest, no-frills and straight to the point, and also honored what I needed and what I was bringing to the table. For the first time in buying a car, I actually felt respected and understood, as a business partner. I couldn t be happier and really enjoyed working with them. I work from home so I spent the day at the dealership and they gave me an office to work from all day and worked out everything quietly and efficiently and I felt so respected, and they truly know how to sell cars. They know the business and they know the customer and it truly shows. I will definitely be bringing everybody I know all the way out to Norwood for this kind of experience going forward.

UPDATE DONT BUY from this dealership. Raining again cant drive If you read this and see their response at the bottom, they pretend care but provide general number no one cares or responds, how about providing a contact. I tried sale Steve Robinnson, Don Conner(called back) , and service Nick and Danielle all no response. Sold me truck that had bad back window. They knew didnt tell me, replaced it the morning that I picked it, couldn t get OEM that morning so did aftermarket. Still leaks I could have waited, I wasnt in rush they pushed the sale. . Maybe they rushed window installation, maybe new window has defective. Either way seals came out window and leaked day one. See pictures.They told me to bad my issue. I asked about the so called 90 day warranty they told me that only for engine and transmission.Called service sales etc they promised to call back never do.service manager Nick and Danielle promise to follow up but don t call back.WARNING DONT USEBelow still true but does it matter ?Matt was great, I was looking for a specific truck I was willing to travel 250 miles for it. However most dealer have hidden fees or charge you more if you don t finance. We agreed on a price and I was very clear if when I arrived I would walk if they tried to add anything to the price. All went great

I wanted to buy an ID4 and I chose a nearby dealer and it was a good decision because Wildin advised me and clarified the benefits and discounts that I could get for the purchase; I did the test drive and we processed all the paperwork; without a doubt I recommend them; as an important fact Wildin speaks Spanish which I liked because although I speak and understand English for this type of investment for me it is more comfortable to do it in Spanish.

Just recently leased a new ID4 from Will over at Nucar and I can t say enough about how great he was a salesmen. Although there were some delays with delivery and when the car was able to be picked up, Will always remained on top of it and made sure to communicate any updates with me. Overall great experience!.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at Nucar Volkswagen of Norwood when attempting to buy out the lease of my vehicle.On Friday, April 12th, I arrived at your dealership with the intention of finalizing the buyout process for the car I had leased from your establishment three years ago. Initially, I was optimistic about the process, but unfortunately, my experience quickly soured.First and foremost, I must address the excessive wait time I endured during my visit. Despite assurances by Jupson the sales rep that the process would be straightforward, I was there for an unreasonable 3.5 hours. This "Sit-and-wait" approach is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful of customers' time. A reputable dealership should prioritize efficiency and customer satisfaction, neither of which was evident during my visit.Furthermore, I was shocked and dismayed to learn that I would not be provided with a loaner vehicle while my transaction was being processed. As a loyal customer who had originally leased the vehicle from your dealership, I expected better treatment. Denying me a loaner vehicle simply because I was purchasing a "used" car, which I had initially leased as brand new from your dealership, is nonsensical and unacceptable.The most egregious aspect of my experience, however, occurred during the finance process, by Mike and (I want to say Chris or Val) where I encountered blatant disregard for my rights as a consumer. Despite having an excellent credit score of close to 800, I was denied the opportunity to review financing options and was instead coerced into accepting terms that were unfavorable and inconsistent with Massachusetts law. This lack of transparency and manipulation of financial arrangements is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the integrity of your dealership. Then they added, "we can manipulate the interest rate on your loan with Bank of America if you get the extended warranty." Which again, I refused the extended warranty.Equally troubling was the aggressive and intimidating behavior exhibited by these two individuals tasked with selling me an extended warranty. Despite my repeated refusals, I was subjected to harassment and threats regarding the future reliability of my vehicle. Such tactics are not only unprofessional but also unethical and potentially illegal. I was told things by both men such as "good luck when your vehicle breaks down and dont come crying back to us." " Your car will start breaking down because you didnt get the extended warranty."In light of these troubling experiences, I am left with serious doubts about the integrity and values of Nucar Volkswagen of Norwood, as well as its parent company, DCD Automotive Holdings, and Volkswagen as a whole. I am deeply concerned about the safety and integrity of my vehicle, especially given the hostile atmosphere created by your staff.I demand a swift and satisfactory resolution to these issues, including a review of the finance terms offered to me, an assurance of the safety and condition of my vehicle, and an investigation into the conduct of the individuals involved. Additionally, I expect a formal apology for the unacceptable treatment I endured during my visit.I trust that you will take this matter seriously and demonstrate your commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service and ethical business practices.

The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating, and they completed the work within the specified time period. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Nucar Norwood is not the closest service center to me, but I prefer to go out of t way to get my car serviced here because my experiences and interactions here have always been pleasant, and the staff always goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this center.

We bought a 2013 Chevy Silverado dump truck from the salesman Matt and he has been nothing but accommodating. Whether it's getting the paperwork in order to the delivery process. It was very pleasurable dealing with these guys and I would buy another truck from him again. Thank you for everything.

No star, just after buying a used mini copper, the tires were loss on air, the brake pads service alarms went off and the oil service turned on, I took it to get repaired but they did. I did the tires, I had to pay out of pocket 40 dlls to a local tire vendor, this should have been covered by the 90 days warranty

This was my first time purchasing a car and let me tell you Katherine at Nucar Norwood is the literal best person and saleswoman I have ever met. As a first time car owner I had many many questions and concerns especially provided my lack luster credit history. She assured me she would do everything possible to get me set up and that she did! The process was swift, clear and all around amazing! Any questions I had Katherine was very quick to respond no matter what she was up to. I now have a beautiful new baby to call my own and I know that I can still call on her and her team at Nucar Honda Norwood to give the most impeccable service around. I love my new baby, thank you katherine!!!

Matt was wonderful from the second I walked in the door. He showed me all of my options and went through all of them with me so I could pick my best fit. He had all my paperwork done in a timely fashion so I wouldn t have to sit all day! 10/10 recommend

I was in the market for a new GTI and Nucar VW had one on their lot. I spoke with a sales representative and took it for a drive and during the drive I was encouraged to really accelerate multiple times which I did not want to do. After my test drive I was informed that there was a $4,000 fee not advertised due to market demand. I continued to speak with the very aggressive sales rep and was informed they would waive the market demand fee only if I put a down payment on the vehicle, after multiple times saying I did not want to out a refundable deposit on the car if I finally caved. Later on when I went to request my refund as I purchased at another dealer I was told to text message my credit card info to process the return. I declined and went to the dealership where I was told to wait for over 30 minutes to process a simple return. I was told my return wad be processed and a check sent to me which is not industry standard when processing credit card returns. I would not recommend this dealership.

If I could I would have not given any star for this place due to them being so unprofessional. First the sales person was pressuring me to go through them for a lot of things in order to buy a car. I finally bought the car and they gave me the car with a failed inspection sticker due to them having to replace the battery(which they failed to tell me before I took the long drive.). I was told to put miles on the car and promised a reimbursement if I was to take my car elsewhere for the inspection sticker. I kept emailing and calling and have yet to get an answer from anyone! I never got my money back and now I am very upset with their services.

Had a great experience getting a golf r through Matt at Nucar. He was a huge help and was easy to work with. I let him know what I was looking for and he had it there within a week. He worked hard to get me the car as fast as possible and it was easy and quick thanks to Matt and everyone else at nucar norwood. Will definitely be returning for my next car!

I am completely satisfied with the service at Nucar VW of Norwood. I am very grateful to manager Mike and financier Valentin. I came to them almost at the end of the working day, but despite this I received a full range of services, the guys were late for almost two hours after closing! They also gave me a discount on a new car and they took the old one at a good price for me! Thank you so much guys!!! You are doing an excellent job! I will definitely recommend you to my friends!!!

My 2020 Atlas required a THIRD heater core. THIRD!!! I had to request that VW do this for free as its obviously a defective part. The part was back ordered suggesting that this a global problem. The Service Dept contacted VW who only paid half. I had to fund the product defect. Also, when I went to pay, the bill indicated I was to pay the full amount! I requested a service manager review the bill and make the adjustment to 50%.I should not be responsible for defective parts! So disappointed with this car. BTW- the mechanical work to replace the unit appears perfect.

I brought my car to Nucar VW of Norwood on Monday, 2/26. My appointment was for 8:30am. My 2023 VW Taos had been showing a Coolant Light Warning off and on for a couple of days. When I called to make the appointment, the consultant thought that maybe the coolant level just needed to be topped off. When I arrived at the service center, the woman who checked me in was very professional and polite. After checking in, my visit/account was turned over to another person and I was instructed to wait in the waiting area. The service reps knew that I was waiting for the car and ensured that my ticket/key was red to indicating that I was waiting. After some time, I received a text from Nucar indicating that the car inspection / evaluation had been completed and there were several services that my car needed. The primary reason for my visit, the coolant light indication, was listed as the primary concern / service needed and was pre-approved. The head gasket needed to be replaced. In addition to that service, I acknowledged and chose to have a couple of other things done ... rear brakes, wipers, tire rotation, etc. Services that totaled close to $1000. I didn't hear from any other VW people for another 3+ hours. At 11:45am , I saw a mechanic pulled my Taos up to the front door of the service center. I saw it sit there for about 10m before approaching the desk. Only then, did a service rep acknowledge me. He told me that he was cashing me out. So.. I waited some more. It wasn't until 12;15pm.. when I approached the desk again to see what was going on with the car. He said he was "talking to his manager". Now I've been at the dealership for just under 4 hours. When I am finally able to cash out, the consultant tells me that we need to schedule time for the head gasket repair. I sat.. in the waiting room for 4 hours.. and when I was done.. I had spent $1000 and half my day.. and the primary reason for my visit was not addressed. Why on earth would the consultant not consult with me and find out if it would be more convenient for me to have the additional services performed on the car ... like when the car was in for the head gasket replacement?!? I had been sitting less than 20 feet from him for 4 hours! He could have easily let me know .. at any point... that the head gasket repair was a major repair, potentially spanning multiple days.. but he never did. And then.. with a faulty head gasket, he let me drive away. Never let me know what was okay or not okay to do with the car in the time that I had before they were able to fix the head gasket. And he let me stand there.. for close to 40m with the car done.. just sitting outside the service window. Since the head gasket is under warranty.. shouldn't a loaner be considered???

Went there inquiring about bmw m340 and as a first time car buyer salesman Jay Berandin was very disrespectful. After saying we weren t entirely ready to put money down same day he went to his managers office and kept repeating that we were clueless so loudly everybody on the sales floor could hear. When confronted Jay proceeded to raise his voice and act as if he did not do anything wrong. Instead of apologizing he left the dealership as a whole. His customer service was appalling and I do not recommend.

After leasing a number of electric cars over eleven years mostly on line I dreaded going to a brick and mortar store to buy a used Chevy Bolt. Walked into Nucar VW and was instantly greeted and welcomed. My sales guy Matt and I talked about the car I had come to see and he discovered it apparently had been transported to a sister dealership so while Matt went to find the car I settled into the customer lounge. The TV was playing 'Operation Repo', a reality show about car repossessions. I have a strange sense of humor so this made perfect sense to me! Matt eventually found the car, I did a quick once over and pulled out my checkbook. They had made a pricing error on car, it should have been more but they quickly owned up and said they would honor the price. They get big points for this. When I was in the closers office (we all know it as the office with the glass table) there was zero pressure to buy the add ons. Zero. When I picked up the car it was 100% spotless and fully charged. Well, actually that is not totally true, there was a piece of dust on the hood. A joke, but again, the car was absolutely clean.For people who have lived in the area a long time, NuCar bought all the Ernie Boch dealership properties. Ernie Bock dealers had a reputation of having hard sell and terrible customer service. NuCar VW has totally transformed that behavior 180 degrees.

We had a terrible experience!! They tried to sell us a car that they didn't have a title for and then after waiting days they told us that the did have the title, only to call us back the next day to tell us they did not! They promised to "make things right" and when I called them several hours later to ask them what the new plan was, they said they had no plan. Then they proceeded to try to sell us an older car with more miles! We ended up going to Minuteman VW and had a wonderful experience!! Nucar VW really gives car salesmen a bad name. DON'T GO!!

Old car was totaled and needed a vehicle. Went to this dealership after seeing a jetta they had online. Had the easiest and most hassle free car buying experience with James Christoforo. Vic ended up handling the finance side of things and that also was a pleasure. I was in and out in my new jetta within 2 hours I'd say.
