Didn't screw my tire back on properly and so I almost died. No responsibility or accountability from anyone working here. They are all liars and cowards. If they screw up Do Not...I repeat DO NOT, give them a chance. Go through your insurance and file a police report or go to court. They will lie straight to your face. They hire incompetent people in their service center and you will have to pay. Putting customers lives at risk should be the motto of Boch Toyota Norwood.Updating review, per the lies from Jessica, saying she can't find me in their system. Remember you tried to murder me and then you offered me 200 bucks. I guess your souless robot mind was wiped at the end of the fiscal year. Thanks for providing a generic response to check the box. I am going warn everyone to not come to your store because having my tire come off on Route 1 and chasing the tire down the road should not happen to anyone.

Kevin Dasila was a pleasant to work with and he was very helpful in every step of the way. He explained all the work needed in detail.However, I waited for 3 hours for oil change and to get the warranty exchanged approved for my car battery. The computer was also crushing every time when try to print. I took a day off and it was my plan to get things done but it shouldn t be taking all this time for this services.Service: Oil change

Stanley and Jonathan provided us with exceptional service today. They went above and beyond to help us through a (very stressful!) car situation. Stanley helped us upon arrival, getting us settled in while Jonathan took a look at our vehicle. They both explained everything clearly which we really appreciated. They were patient, kind and both incredibly helpful! We will absolutely be recommending Boch Toyota Service to people moving forward. My husband and I both agreed it was some of the best service we have ever received! Excellent.Service: Auto maintenance

I brought my car in for regular service and to have a slow leak I'm my tire addressed. I was quickly greeted by a service advisor. Angel listened to my concerns and took notes. When we met to discuss the work that was recommended, Angel gave me options and prices so that I could make an informed decision about how to proceed. I waited in a comfortable area of the showroom until the work was completed.

Out of three dealerships I have never a service manager flight to all the information you need to know goes above and beyond his description of what he's supposed to do he was very helpful and like I said I can't get over how polite he is but he was I recommend BochToyota anyone

Very pleasant servicemen but the wait was horrible. Over 1 hour for an oil change and I had made an appointment. I was disappointed to find out the usual salesman I use was no longer there but, I met Bill who will be my next salesperson.

They call me for recall service, after that completion my break started making really bad noise. I don't know what they did but suddenly my car sounds like 20 year old car. So bad...

Had an oil change for my girlfriends car. Was in and out. Wasn't terribly busy so I lucked out. Nam helped me and was prompt, courteous, not overbearing, took the time to explain service options. Excellent customer service. Cashier was equally kind.

I have never had a bad experience with Boch Toyota service department. When a mistake is made, it's corrected and done in a professional and courteous manner. This last visit was no exception. Even with a reduced schedule due to Covid19, techs took the time to listen about my vehicle issues, made suggestions and fixed the problem.

Great salesperson but finance department and manager had me wait 5 and a half hours on them. They first got me hyped up telling me I was approved for new car then 5 and a half hours later they tell me that they weren't able to approve me!! Very deceiving and liars!! I do not recommend this dealer!!

MONIKE WAS FANTASTIC AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.tHE ONLY PROBLEM I HAVE IS THAT THIS BRAND NEW TRUCKS TIRE SENSOR CAME ON AND 1 OF THE TIRES WAS 2LBS LOW.IT WAS FILLED WITH AIR AND LIGHT STILL ON. NOW WE HAVE TO TAKE IT TO A TOYOTA DEALER TO CHECK THE SENSORS.WHY WASN'T THIS CHECKED OUT BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED TO OUR HOUSE.THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY BOCHS SERVICE CENTER.NOW WE HAVE TO DEAL WITH IMPERIAL TOYOTA WHO AREN'T AS WELCOMING AS MONIKE IS.WE WOULDN'T LEASE FROM THEM AND THEY WERE CLOSER.MY HUSBAND GOT HIS LAST TRUCK FROM BOCH AND NOW HE CANT DRIVE THIS TILL HE CALLS IMPERIAL FOR APPT.
