I worked with Colin at nucar in Norwood! He made the experience very fast and unstressful! He found everything I wanted in a vehicle and was able to make it affordable for me! Even after I left a lot with the car .he answered questions that I had and has been very helpful! I give him a 10 out of 10!

Got new tires put on my vehicle. The work was done but my car was dirty after. I don t hit curbs. Those marks are some compound from the work being done. Doesn t seem like much effort to rinse off the car or at least the part of the car being worked on before returning the vehicle. Won t be returning. Clearly nobody takes pride in their work here.

This is a very long and satisfactory review, just a heads up!! :)I needed a newer car ASAP!When I got here, I was greeted immediately! I met with Gilbert and we went through a few cars. I told him what I was looking for and he understood right away. I didn t have a lot of wiggle room so I was a little worried. Some were a little too high for me but the cars were so well cared for that if I had to go over budget, it would be well worth it. But every single car was clean, smelled good and drove great!I ended up leaving to think about a car, that was a little over my budget, for the night. Just a few hours later, Gilbert calls me saying they just got a car in a 10 minutes ago that fit all my criteria! He said I could take it for a test drive right away and less than an hour later, I m signing paperwork!Everyone there was so professional, friendly, kind and informative. I ve had a few cars but I have never experienced being treated this well, ESPECIALLY at a big dealership.Thank you so so SO much Gilbert and Boch Toyota! You guys are the best!!

After trying couples of different dealers. I found Nucar (Boch) Toyota, Norwood on best deal. Saurav reached out and set up an appointment with me. Saurav was amazing, super polite, and very knowledgeable, and most of all, he listened to what I wanted. Saurav walked me through the process with no pressure. Even in the finance office, I did not feel pressured or forced anything I didn't want. I will be a customer for life. By far the best experience I have had in any Toyota dealer in all of Massachusetts. By the way this is my 3 RAV 4. Kudos!!

Easily able to make a next-day appointment. Friendly and courteous staff. Nice touch having a link to the diagnosis and vehicle safety checks including photo of broken parts that needed repair. Great facilities I could work out of while waiting for service.Things I wish were better. Frustrated trying to schedule an appointment using the automated system. Gave up on the third try and called a representative instead. So much better talking to a human! The cost of service (parts and labor) is much more expensive at a dealership. Prices need to be more reasonable and in line with other automotive repair facilities.

Excellent experience , as always Gilbert gave us outstanding customer service, went above and waited for us to arrive, listened to what we were looking for and made sure we were happy with our choice. Smooth transaction not an all day process or back and forth negotiation. Lady from finance (paper work) was also helpful and very pleasant to work with. I recommend our guy Gilbert! Always the best!!

Absolutely horrible experience at their service center that ruined my otherwise fine experience buying the car. I traded in my previous car and bought my car and paid the $35 MA inspection fee upon buying the car. I was told the registration would come in within the week and I would come in and get a quick inspection once they had it. I got a call that the registration was in, I pulled in and they told me 30-40 minutes tops, I could hold their feet to the fire if it took any longer (?). I thought what a weird thing to say. It took over 2 hours, and they then tried to charge me another $35 for the inspection. Luckily I had taken a physical picture of my invoice upon buying my car and had that to prove I had already paid the $35 fee because they didn t believe me. They still gave me a hard time. Ended up waiting another 30 minutes after the car was ready for them to figure that out. Horrible way to treat a new customer. First and last time buying here. Luckily I waited to review until I was absolutely done with the whole process, once you actually buy the car and sign the papers, they don t care about you anymore.

Brought my parents in to see Eric in sales as I had done business with him previously and had a great experience, and they were now looking for a used RAV4. He showed us the perfect one and we were driving away with it within 24 hours, full tank of gas and ready to go. Thank you to Joe who helped with the transaction, as well as Mike in finance. If anyone is looking for Toyota reliability and wants a laid back, no pressure purchase go see these guys!

It was an awesome visit, I met an fantastic group, professional, They showed me a couple of cars , they advised me , then I got what I am searching for, a brand new 2024 Rav4 the colour I want with a special price , and warranty. We took a street drive test, then we drove it home . Thank you Nucar Toyota, thanks for everyone . Merry Xmas Happy Holidays

I also bought my last truck with the same sales rep ( Robert is great ) friendly, very in tune and knowledgeable! I placed a refundable deposit and informed them that I didn t want to car any more a few month later. I don t have the same bank card anymore. I provided them driving license and passport to verify indenting .However , those thieves keep stating that they need the original card. They can t comprehend that I lost the card. They playing �stupid�� to keep my deposit . Don t leave any deposit as one you , it will never ever be refunded.

I wouldn't even give there Service Center one star, now that they have changed from Boch to NuCar!! Just awful, untrustworthy and rude!!! Mangled up my locking wheel nut chuck, but flat out denied it, even though the only place I ever took my car to get it serviced (tire rotation) was this site!! If they didn't mangle it by using it, then they must have SOLD me the kit with it already mangled!! When I had a flat tire and was stranded because there was no way to get the wheel off to put a donut on, they were rude (kept interrupting me on the phone) and then hung up on me!! WOW!! This isn't the only incident though.... they apparently replaced a cabin filter when I took it in for a Service, but when I got home a friend checked it for me, and the filter they put in was not new at all!!!!! AVOID!!! Go to a REPUTABLE Toyota dealer instead!!!!

This review is for Lexi at the service department there was a bit of a problem the last time I had my oil changed, but Lexi was super helpful I was compensated for the issue and she made my experience really easy and a smooth process. The problem was solved and the team went above and beyond to help me. Great experience.

After many months of hoping I would get a shot at a limited edition, Boch Toyota came through for me. They thoughtfully offered me a not as limited model, but I crossed my fingers and held out for a limited edition. The salesman, Pedro was very patient, and took great care of me. When issues popped up (technical issues), they updated me and never left me out of the loop, and it was a fantastic team effort, from the initial call to seeing the car for the first time, and all the way to (and past) leaving the lot with a registered car. When one person was busy, another stepped up and kept the process moving and updated. I have had great service from other dealers before, but this really stood out as the absolute best experience in sales & service, not just only in an automotive purchases, but an overall excellent experience in sales & service. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Thank you Boch Toyota!

I had an appt at 12:20pm and waited roughly 5 minutes for someone to even greet me. However, they serviced my car extremely quick, and this was prob the fastest experience I had at this location. I would ve given 5 stars but not being greeted is what knocked a star off.

Excellent, friendly, helpful dealership. From start to finish my salesman Ricky was with me every step of the way. I put a deposit down on a new car from the factory and it came within the estimated timeframe of 9 wks. During that period Ricky texted, called and emailed to touch base and inform me of any updates.I was thrilled when I picked up my car and he was very thorough and went over everything in detail to make sure I understood all the features of my new car.All the staff at Boch we friendly and helpful. I m glad I travelled further than my area for such perfect 5 star service. No pressure just an enjoyable process while making a major purchase. I highly recommend Boch Toyota. I literally live closer to 3 other Toyota dealers that I visited, but wasn t feeling the level of care I got at Boch.

I just bought my corolla hybrid and I couldnt be anymore pleased to have worked with chase! From ordering it to delivery he answered everyone of my questions in a patient manner. Arnaldo - in sales is the man! He is the consummate professional. Well mannered, insightful, communicative, and answered all of my questions (and I had questions lined up in advance). He went well above my expectations and made the experience stress-free. A rare model of what customer service is supposed to be.Also, a big shout out to both Mike and Aiman (finance) who were also extremely helpful with a comfortable experienced aire that was both very focused, knowledgeable and easy going.I will be sending my neighbors looking for a car to this team.5 Stars without hesitation.

I feel like I left having made the right decision. I got what I consider to be the best deal, that is, the best car for my budget and current needs and circumstances. Highly personable staff who help you to make your decision, providing you with all the important information along the way. I also didn t realize how good the mpg on my car was before buying it, so I got even more than I bargained for.

My wife had service on her brakes a few months ago and no issues. Also one of the better experiences she has had with dealer car service. They adressed the concern, found the problem and did not all of a sudden "out of the blue" find a list of other recommended issues.

Very good vehicle. I m hoping as dependable as my last one. I know this will be my last new car I purchase and I didn t even want to haggle. Salesman was very nice. I could of definitely got one for less, but as I said, this will be my last car, so I didn t bother. In and out. Joseph was a nice guy. I love Toyotas. Let s face it they re dependable and that s what made me buy one. UPDATE: I spent a lot of money and I can t believe Nucar got all my information wrong on very important documents. To make it worse, I left many messages and got no return calls. So, I ended up doing all the leg work myself, to correct the information Nucar got wrong. I can only hope that they correct their paperwork internally. Other than that horrible experience, I love Toyotas, they truly are the best. J.

I went to Nucar Toyota in Norwood today to test drive a 2023 Toyota Corolla. I've been a Toyota girl for almost 10 years. I seriously loved my old 04 Toyota Corolla and was looking at new ones to see my options. Worked with Tony and it was one of the worst experiences ever. Tony was rude and was talking numbers before we even test drove the car. It made me super uncomfortable because I was there to test drive and get a feel for what I want. I told him I'd like to talk numbers after the test drive please. He said "well this isn't the right car for you then. But we'll test drive it." I almost walked out without test driving it but I wanted to test drive the car. Then he spent the entire test drive making rude comments about my driving. I was nervous going into the test drive so I was being a little bit more cautious while driving the car. Tony said "Step on it. What are you doing?" I said I'm sorry and drove straight to the dealership. I parked the car and he made a comment of how I'm a horrible parker. He had the audacity to ask how I liked the car. I said it was a nice drive but I'm not interested anymore. He told me I had to come back inside so I did. I then walked out so fast and got a car at a different dealership and different brand car. Toyota you lost my business forever because of Tony's terrible behavior. He was rude and disrespectful. It doesn't cost you anything to be a nice person. Thank you for your time.

The Salesman Rick is an example of what many sales companies need in their organizations.I have never seen another one like Rick.My car had just been totaled and i had very little time to shop around for a car.Several of the dealerships i went to did not have a variety of colors to choose from.Rick approached me and asked me what i was looking for.I explained to him and he took me to the yard to try and see if there was something that might interest me.I settled for 2024 Toyota Rav 4.Rick took me through the entire process in a very professional manner. He looked out for me every step of the way. He paid attention to detail to my needs. He knows the market quite well and what the market is offering. He listened to me, he was very empathetic, patient and caring.He went to the extent of buying me and my partner breakfast from his own personal account.He made everything easy to understand in a layman's language and made the process really smooth and fast.. He contacted my insurance company severally when they were slow He went above and beyond. I could go on and on but to put it in a short and precise way, he deserves to be nominated the employee of the month. Good work Rick and kudos.
