Worst place to take your car for service it took them two weeks to fix a simple scratch on my bumper and the price was more than double what the appraisal quoted the damages for and I was the one paying for the damages and I was the last person to learn that they had to do a supplement when they removed the bumper cause some of the brackets needed replacement they went ahead and order the parts and kept working on the car cause they got approval from my insurance (that wasn't paying for the damages in the first place) but when I spoke to my insurance adjuster he told me he never approved any supplement repairs in the car. Lesson learn I wouldn't take my car to this place again even is they do it for free.

Formerly know as boch Collision, this place is supposedly a certified Toyota collision center. However, after they repainted my roof for damage done by safelite, the paint started bubbling above my 2020 Tacomas rear window. I'm just not sure why they couldn't do it right the first time but I understand things happen. Also, this places attention to detail is very lacking. They do pretty good work, but miss the details of actually cleaning up after themselves once the work is over. I had little white specs in my bed, in my door jams, and on my door seals. I get stuff happens, but I don't understand why they can't clean up after themselves. Also, after picking up my car for the 2nd time, there was still black tape residue in my door jams. Again, why couldn't they leave the truck as they found it? I'll be honest I'm a very picky and detail oriented person so I notice these things. Also, I think they may have damaged my tailgate when it went there the 2nd time, just a little chip, very small. I brought it back a 3rd time asking the chip to be fixed and the tape residue to be cleaned. I get it back and the chip looks better but it's still there, and then those white specs are back as they still couldn't clean up after themselves. I just decided it's not worth to bring it back a 4th time as they clearly don't care about how the car looks after the job is done. I was going to give a lower score but my service advisor Tom Bickford was extremely nice and helpful, as he listened and tried to take care of my complaints and made sure the bubbling was gone when it went back in. Also, after picking it up the 2nd time I noticed a little bit of a dried paint drip on my windshield above the glass. It's not super noticeable but I notice it from time to time. Again, I don't understand why it couldn't come back perfect but I am also very picky. Overall, I'd say avoid this place and look for a better body shop that truly cares about taking care of other peoples expensive cars and cleans up afterwards.

Nucar has had my car for 8 days -- when I dropped it I was told the assigned service advisor was out that day and would call me. I have yet to receive that call. I've called to inquire 4 times and been told each time that only the assigned service advisor can help me, so I keep getting routed to his voicemail or hold music.

Extremely shady business, I would recommend you go somewhere else.I had very minor damage to my car, just some scrapes around the driver side door. The process of getting it fixed was like pulling teeth the whole time. One week turned to two, then three, then a whole month.They also left multiple dents in my hood and refuse to return my calls about it. It looks like minor things, dropping a bolt here and there on it, but still, my car was brand new.My last point is the fact that they attempted to steal all of the items in my car. Before dropping it off I luckily took a photo of every part of my car, including everything I had in my trunk, glove box, console, etc. It was completely cleaned out, and they were incredibly against even talking to me until I provided proof that there were items in my car that were no longer there.Shady people, all of them. They will ignore your calls, steal from you, and just hope you forget about it so they can make a quick buck. Go somewhere else.Service: Body & Trim

I ended up here because this place is Mapfre certified, after my Mercedes suffered considerable damage from an accident. Dealing with Brian was an absolute delight - he was exceptionally courteous, kind, and a pleasure to work with. He maintained a level of transparency regarding the condition of my car, providing me with regular updates. Given this experience, I wouldn't think twice about returning here for any future car repairs.

My car was fixed like new in a very timely manner, and they made sure every detail was fixed from big to small. Brian is one of the nicest, helpful, and knowledgeable people I have ever met, and I m so grateful he helped me through the process. I was a little skeptical about bringing my beloved Subaru Impreza here, based off of some of the reviews on here, but the car looks great! I had gotten into a really bad crash about a month ago, which required them to completely rebuild the right side of my front end, and they did a great job, and also in a timely manner for the extent of the damage. Interior was also detailed and it appears that my car had been washed and waxed before they painted. They also notified us to warn that it may take a little longer because they needed extra parts. Not only did it not take extra time, my car was done a few days early!

Overall a great experience using Boch. Other than taking a while to get an appointment everything was great. They worked directly with insurance to get everything taken care of. The repair was fine. Frustrated because it took 4 weeks for damaged rear bumper. No way of knowing if that was reasonable. They were polite but kept changing date of completion.

This was by far my worst experience with a body shop. I'm not a hard person to please but the work they did to my car was completely unacceptable. They've had me being my car back twice and still have not fixed the issue. Now they want me to bring it back a third time. It's embarrassing driving a $75k car with the crappy paint job they did to my car. Every time I go meet up with my friends the paint job is the first thing they notice. That's just how bad it is. The body shop has no compassion whatsoever in regards to the issue. I thought maybe I'd get a really good paint job because they do paint high end cars, but the small body shop around the corner in my town would've done a much better job. If you're thinking of coming here think again. Unhappy customer!

I would've given 5 stars but due to my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone bring their car there. Especially if it's your pride and joy. I brought my 2014 Camry there for repairs. I was told the car was ready for pick up. I got there, and it wasn't as there was still visible damage, but was overlooked. I brought the rep (Kenny) outside to view the non-repaired damage, and he apologized and assured me it was just a minor issue that would be taken care of. He's the reason I gave at least 1 star. Once it was ready for pick up again the car looked great. I was happy, until I noticed 20+ miles on my car. There were no mechanical errors that required you to test drive it to make sure the car performed up to factory settings. Why was my car driven period, if not to and from the lift, paint room, etc?.... Whoever it was decided to make my car their personal vehicle for the time it was there and for that I'm deeply upset and will never bring my car back there again. For the amount of miles driven you would think a gas card would've been given along with an explanation. So not a happy camper right about now. This needs to be addressed. I just left a message and am looking forward to a call back.

I bought a car recently and noticed after the transaction that there was a small ding on the fender. Boch Collision did a fantastic job of removing the dent and matching the paint. Everyone I spoke with there was fantastic, and my contact person, Patrick, was fantastic.

I brought my vehicle into the Norwood collision center and cannot say enough about the treatment and service I received. Bob Brown assigned Tom Bickford to my repair and from day one to the end of the repair Tom was super responsive and helpful and he worked very hard to make sure my insurance company was doing what was best for the situation. Every request I had was answered quickly and above any normal expectation. If you want to be treated top notch, ask for Tom and take your car into Boch Collision center, thanks for everything! Ryan

Great customer service. Great repair results. I took my car to get repaired for minor damage from an accident I got into over two years ago. My rep took care of getting the at - fault's insurance company to provide the paperwork and payment details squared away. The rep was also helpful with giving me status updates on my car as I waited. My car now looks like nothing ever happened.

Steve and Co. Did an amazing job!! Someone backed into my car and messed up the ball joint, front passenger side door and tire, but you would never know it after they fixed it. Beyond thankful for the work they did! They even vacuumed the dog fur out of my car! I feel like this places gets a bad rep from the Google reviews. Took my Audi s3 there to get a small dent fixed. I was worried about it because my car was 1 month old when someone hit the side of me...Jamie Abany dealt with everything very efficiently and was awesome!!! I don't know who actually painted the car but so far the job is great and I was actually surprised how well it blended in with the rest of the car. Will update this if anything changes.

I've been using Boch Collision for the past 12 years and recommending them. They do a great job with the work so you can't even tell the vehicle has been in an accident.

I was referred to Boch Collision Center as it is an approved body shop for my insurance company. I must say the whole process was very painless!!!! Staff was very courteous and to my surprise I got my vehicle back looking brand new much sooner than i expected. I also appreciated that they went the extra step and cleaned my car.

Third time going there and it was a complete disaster. Each time I have went it s just gotten progressively worse, The condition I picked my vehicle up and was completely unacceptable and atrocious!!they are set in there ways and won t confront the problem they won t call back and they haven t sent me a survey very unprofessional. I really hope there s an option to leave pictures on here because my next step is to leave these pictures so everyone can see what they did to my car I had to clean my car up I had to fix it to 100%. They didn t replace everything that was approved by insurance and they have some very very staff members . You guys might be one of the biggest companies around right now but your quality has went down the drain.Service: Body & Trim

Thinking is all about making money don't even care about Customers? Sorry if I see it like that bcuz non sense of emergency to help a customer buying a car from Boch over $50 thousand dollars can't get service from that company. This is the car you're selling; didn't care about your product/ your customers. And they didn't want to talk bcuz that place is booked. The answer is go somewhere else to get service. Now Why I'm buying Cars from you since 2000 to 2021. It's the last time...Time to go somewhere else...Thanks so much for your services boch after 20 years......

When we had accident we had Boch collision center repair our 4runner. The cosmetic part of the service was fine. They replaced the front bumper, and painted the front. The repair actually took about a month even though the truck did not have any structure damage. After we got our truck back a month later, we found out the acceleration was difficult. Even when going up small slope, the engine would make very loud noise. The whole car shakes and can not seem to get back to a lower gear to provide enough power. I talked to the Service person Bryan Dwayne. He took my car out for test drive. When going up hills, he stepped on the gas so hard that the speedometer almost went up to the red zone. At the end he told me that the car was fine and there was nothing he can further assist. We later on took the car to Route 44 Toyota for a brake job, and the dealer adjusted the engine when they replaced the brake pad. Now the engine noise has gone and the acceleration is smooth.I heard a lot of negative things about Boch dealership and their repair center before. But after this incident I experienced myself I will never go back to Boch anymore.

This is the second time I bring my car to the Boch Collision Center and they're great!!The repair time was very close to what they had told me in the beggining and they kept me informed along the process. They also made it very easy as far as having the rental car people pick me up and when I had to drop the car back at the shop. Always a great experience with them.

My car was there a month and I was getting text alerts saying my vehicle would be ready on time. On the day I was supposed to pick my car up I get informed that my car wouldn t be ready for another 3 weeks! Then they opted me out of receiving text alerts about my vehicle it s still there

One star is still way too good for this place, I will never ever be a repeat customer for Boch Collision Center my experience with them made me feel frustrated and uncomfortable. I thought the whole process to the repairs of my vehicle would be a walk in the park since it was an insurance claim. The Bosh Collision Center advisor assigned to repair my vehicle communicated to me one thing and told my insurance handler another. Another advisor from another shop had to be the mediator because communication completely broke down. Also the front bumper that was supposedly repaired still requires service which I have decided to take to another shop,its just not worth it. Customer satisfaction and service does not exist in this place. What a waste of time and money.

Mr. Bickford and his team were terrific! From checking in to picking up my vehicle. Everyone was super professional! My vehicle looked great and very satisfied. I would highly recommend Boch Collision Center!

My car had a clean low-speed frontal hit like many cars have every day of the week. It went to Boch Collision Center as it was very close to the scene and my insurance approved it. As a result, I had two really big problems with them.First of all, they told me nothing about a very bad side damage to one of the tires the car got so it could easily have blown on my way home and I would end up in another accident as a repairman in a tire shop told me later, after I found out this damage and brought the car there. As the insurance said later "we had deemed that as prior damage". Well, it might have nothing to with the collision but at least the bode shop could have informed me (the insurance could actually too, but this was not their responsibility at all).Secondly, the repair took MUCH longer then expected. The original estimate the insurance provided was 11 days. The car actually spent in Boch Collision 36 days. Keeping in mind that the company works on Saturdays this means 31 work day. The final invoice I got stated 106 work hours i.e. about 13 work days only even if they had the only repairman working on the car. Meaning the car was mostly just staying idle with no one working on it. Also, based on the payments the insurance made, I can see that things Boch Collision was working on during the first 2 weeks costed $ 12k. The next three weeks was about $ 800 only (in a typical shop $ 800 work is usually one day, not 3 weeks). Last week I called them every day or sometimes they called me and the response always was "Probably, tomorrow".The work itself appears to be OK but my personal bottom line is "NEVER EVER"

The staff person that I dealt with wasn't the most polite guy to me- he was abrupt and less than friendly so that wasn't a highlight of my experience. However, my VW CC Sport came out beautifully, and that's what made me the happiest.
