I will be staying with the Nucar group, Nucar Chevy especially. After stopping at a few places closer to my home I ended up at Nucar Chevy and the feeling was instantly different. They made you feel like you were buying a car and not being sold a car. Scott was pleasant to work with and already made my mind up for me to go back to him for my next vehicle. Surprisingly the buying process was very quick and I was able to pick up my Trail Boss the next business day as it wasn t even there yet. Coming from central RI this dealership is well worth the trip.

I had the pleasure of Alex Diaz helping me find a new car. I've bought many cars and haven t had this kind of treatment. He was absolutely accommodating and helpful. I recommend this dealership and Alex to anyone looking to get a car at NuCar.

As far as buying a new car goes, I think the process went pretty smoothly. My wife and I did a lot of research before coming in to test drive the vehicle we looked at, and once the test drive happened and confirmed that was the car we wanted, we wanted to give Nucar the first chance at selling us the vehicle before we shopped around. We weren't ready to complete the purchase on the day we visited and test drove, but we came back a couple days later ready to make the purchase if everything worked out for both sides. The discussions and negotiations went well and both sides were reasonable.Overall, we were very satisfied with the purchase and with the professionalism and demeanor of everyone we worked with. Our main point of contact throughout the process was Josh White, and he did a great job.

Leased a new truck a few weeks ago and everything went smoothly. Went in on a Saturday and they let me test drive the exact truck I was looking at online, appraised my old truck, went over loan details in depth, and I was in it by Monday. The sales team and manager was straightforward and kind. First time I had a good experience buying a vehicle and would recommend this dealer to anyone. The salesman was Jason and he was kind and honest and I'm happy with my new Colorado. Hoping my experience continues to be pleasant. Thankyou!

Worked hard to get a new car for myself with a trade in to back it. Came to the dealership with a car in mind and everyone was very helpful and friendly. After a quick test drive and some thought, I found They had various flexible finance options that wouldn t put myself or my family in any hot water. Was only in there for 4 hours to close all the paperwork out and came back the next day to pick up the new car. Best and quickest car buying experience I ve ever had. Big thanks to Nabil and Kent for all their insight, positivity and support.

I ll try to keep it as simple as I can, I purchased my used pickup truck from them about 4 months ago and for about the first month all I had was headaches, bringing the truck back and forth for it to be serviced over and over again when the sales person verified it was fully serviced and rid of any hazards or whatnot the truck had. First it was the chipped windshield that was on the truck when I bought it, which they filled in but is still very much visible, then it was for them to replace the mismatched tires, then for noise and brake dust piling on front driver side wheel which they had just replaced the brake caliper, and even a bent rim which took 2 visits for them to realize the truck was shaking on the highway because of the bent rim. Everything just piled up one after another for a whole month, which I had lost plenty of money between taking time off my job to bring my truck back and forth, lost money working nights for my sidework, lost money on gas from it being a 40 minute drive one way, which I had driven there 6 times for my repairs. And after all that now my truck is having the same exact issue on the same wheel which they had serviced , with the brake dust piling up, having a rattle at low speeds, and a still a bit of a shake on the highway which oddly enough only happens when I drive 65 mph. I absolutely love the truck, I just wish I had gotten it from a dealership that could actually service it properly and not run me for my money like this dealership did. The photo is what the wheel looks like 4 days after deep cleaning all the wheels. Bottom of the line is don t purchase a vehicle that is under $30,000 from them. Their sales associates told me because my truck was a 2 value it doesn t get the same care as the rest of their used vehicles do. For $25,000 all I got was a lemon.Update: Tried reaching out, left a voicemail to service manager, tried speaking to a sales manager, and nothing, go to this dealer if you want to get robbed of your time and money. This place has absolutely not a care in the world for their customers after they sign their life away to 6 years of payments.

The service was very good. Wanye took great care of me and my concerns he went overboard fighting with the warranty company when they wanted to back out of paying what they said they would pay he didn't take No as the answer he did what was right and I am very grateful for that!

I bought 2018 Camaro from this dealership with a warranty I was pressured to purchase. So, less than a month later I called the dealership to cancel the extended warranty and they said no problem, they said it would not be refund but your car will be paid off early. That didn t sound like it was possible considering the dealership doesn t own the bank. I called the bank and they had no idea what the dealership was talking about and the payoff date would still be the same. Don t trust these crooks. I have yet to get a refund of more than $4,000. On top of that I m still being charged interest on the money they owe me.

Mike and his team were very prompt in service, as well as friendly and helpful, which has been my experience for the past seven years. I came in to make an appointment for service and Mike was able to have my car serviced right away, even though they were very clearly busy. I don't know how they managed to squeeze me.in but I am grateful they did.

I have to say what a wonderful experience I have had with this dealership. I have gone here twice in the last 6 years to lease my vehicle. First in 2020 and again in 2023. I m 2020 Jaydee went above and beyond and helped pick me up from my old dealer, helped me grab my plates and car seats. He didn t have to do that. In 2023 Jaydee again helped me into my new lease. He is a pleasure to work with and will do his best to find the options best for you. I will continue to come back here!

I've bought two cars from Nucar (when Boch), a Traverse used (pre-owned) and a new Toyota. The Chevrolet Salesmen (Jaydee) was so nice, helpful, available to answer questions and efficient - absolutely loved experience

There was ice in the trunk of a car we test drove. We bought the car but I had to ask 3 times, on different days, to take the ice out. The salesman never looked. We had a ask for floor mats for a brand new car.Two weeks into new car and having problems with key fob.I am very disappointed in the whole experience.

We bought a 2024 Chevy Trax there in mid January. During our test drive we noticed ice in the trunk where the spare tire was. We were told it would be removed and the trunk checked for a water leak before we picked the car up. When we picked the car up we were told the problem was taken care of, but when we opened the trunk area the ice was still there. They took the car to the service area, removed the ice and tested it for a leak. 2 weeks after we had the car the tire pressure indicator warning light was staying on, then the key fobs stopped working. I had to open the car with the app on my phone. The car wouldn t recognize the key fob was present. I had to pull out the manual to figure out where to place the fob in order to get the car to start. I drove it to the dealership and explained the problem. They kept the car and set me up in a rental. That was on February 8th, I finally got the car back yesterday February 23. The rental I was given was dirty and smelly on the inside. The dash screen kept saying to change the engine oil soon, and there was no windshield washer fluid. The communication with the service department about the problem and what was being done was less than stellar. When I finally picked my car up not only was I told the problem was fixed, but that they had washed my car as well. The problem was resolved but they definitely didn t wash the car. I wasn t concerned about the car getting washed, I was pissed off about being told that it was when it wasn t. This whole relationship with NUCAR has not started out well at all. Hopefully our future experience with them gets better.

My employer owns a 2019 passenger van, originally purchased at Nucar (Boch) Chevy in Norwood. I've chosen to use, and now will continue to use their factory service to ensure the best maintenance for a vehicle that is both driven by and transports our employees. When component parts to a recent brake job failed, conditions were such that the operator needed to have the van repaired immediately and by a more local service provider, which resulted in a $500 redundant repair bill. When I sought to recoup that cost, there was considerable push back, specifically challenging me to produce the failed parts. It was explained to me that this would be the only way we could be reimbursed. Upon informing Nucar that the alternate facility no longer had those parts, they denied my request. While it took some convincing, following an initial and unfulfilled promise of follow up and several days in between inquiries, the service manager ultimately agreed to make this right and reimburse my company for the extra repair. Failure happens. It's how / if a service provider rectifies these situations that defines them. Nucar made it right. Thank you.

Tried multiple times to schedule needed recall service by phone. Each time, there was a long wait, then I was sent to voicemail, left a message, and they never called back. Finally made an appointment online, got to my appointment early, waited an hour, was told they couldn't do one of the recalls that day. I asked about the other recall, they said they would check, waited another half hour, and was then told they couldn't do that one either. I understand that three employees didn't show up that day. But this seems like a long time to have to wait before being told they couldn't do anything for me.

I had an issue with my brand new Silverado lifters, the service was done at this location relatively quick. Since then it has been a nightmare. I was charged for a rental car during the time my car was in service. I reached out to service managers never received a call back. I finally decided to take legal action, but the cost of an attorney was not worth the 600 dollar lost. To be completely honest I ve never in my life wrote a bad review and am surprised this place has so many good reviews.

Gm was great and my salesman Kevin was amazing but the finance managers were extremely rude and tried to mark up everything an extortion amount extremely rude and when I told them I didn t want to go through with the deal they tried to do everything to save it I would rather go somewhere else and spend 10,000$+ more then to even be treated like this ever again. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn t include my deposit in the purchase and sales agreement they refused to send me the agreement so I had to contact the gm to get it. I worked at a car dealership and it just amazes me that these people try to give you the run around. Extremely disappointed in this. Both the finance managers are extremely rude and unprofessional. They just thought I was a young kid that didn t know anything and tried to jack up the price of everything. And then when I back out of the deal they did everything to try to save it you really need to reevaluate your staff because you are going to loose so many more deals if this keeps happening. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership. And I do NOT recommend anyone to go here.

My 2012 Chevy Volt had an engine code come up that disables the high-voltage electric battery and gives a "service high voltage charging system" message. Googling the issue showed that it is a common occurence with the 2012 Volts and has to do with a cooling tank leak or sensor short. Several of the message boards I read said that people took their Volts to a Chevy dealer and it was an easy fix. Chevrolet released a service update instructing dealers how to address/diagnose this problem. I called Nucar Chevrolet on Norwood to see if they could address the issue. The first time I called the service department, someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I called back and it rang and rang. I called a third time and someone answered. I explained my issue in detail and the person said, "Ok." I asked if I could bring it by for them to take a look at it, and they again said, "Ok..." I dropped the car off and explained the issue to Jimmy and mentioned two other small electrical bugs that are common occurences with the 2012 Volt: it beeps most times you lock it / walk away with the fob, and occasionally the TPS warning comes on on the highway. Jimmy said I would be called with an estimate and wouldn't pay for anything unless I authorized it. After three days, Jimmy called to ask if I would authorize a second hour of diagnosis. He explained that they hadn't looked at my car yet, despite having it for three days, but that the tech figured it would take an hour to diagnose the charging system code and another hour to look into the other two issues. I told Jimmy that all three issues come right up in a google search and are common problems with the Volt. It doesn't take an hour to pull a check engine code. I did not authorize the second hour and said to just look into the charging issue. Four days later, Jimmy called to say that the engine had to be removed for them to fix a heater on the high voltage/hybrid battery and it would cost $3000. Jimmy was confused and lacked confidence on the phone, explaining at one point that he was talking about a different Volt to me because he had been confused whose Volt was whose. Everything I read online explained that the specific engine code comes up due to either a coolant leak (the coolant tank was full = no leak) or a $30 sensor on the exterior of the coolant tank being faulty. Every time I brought this up, Jimmy told me they can't take car repair message boards into consideration. Even if they can't read message boards, I'm not sure why Chevrolet doesn't have protocols for addressing these common bugs. I told Jimmy I was not paying for the $3000 repair. I was then charged $170 for the diagnosis. They had my car for a week, didn't fix a thing or even look at two of the three electrical bugs I mentioned at drop off, and took my $170 just for looking at the car, which is more than the cost of a new tire or battery. Had I known they were going to charge me $170 just to look at my Chevrolet, I definitely would not have given them my car. I now have to find a mechanic who will listen to me and the hundreds of Volt owners and mechanics online who have dealt with this very common problem. I will never go near a Nucar dealership again.

I appreciated the relatively quick turn around on a holiday week, particularly with regard to the service needing to be performed; however, I didn t appreciate having a bill after taking the vehicle in for a recall, plus, the alleged problem persisted in terms of the front window defrost, even after so-called having fixed the problem. Nevertheless, the Service technicians were pleasant, but I have to take the vehicle back so that my front windshield is clear, especially before the temperature drops.

Went in for my check engine light being on.They "checked over" the car and the $143 diagnostic readout suggested a battery issue I guess. My quoted solution was to replace both batteries, engine and auxiliary for $700.I got a 2nd opinion, turns out both batteries are fine and the Alternator was dead.I almost got scammed, what kind of diagnostic was done? And I got charged the $143.. I can't get a person to return my call and have called for 4 straight days...This Boch Nucar Chevy is not the vibe!!
