Another great experience at Norwood Gulf!! I was also able to peak in on the new renovations they are adding. A great new cooler selection and a huge waiting area with lots of seating, tv and high ceilings! Can t wait for my next visit!

Will and his entire team have taken excellent care of me and my car for the last six years. They have been more than fair to me on pricing, they have explained what the problem was, and always made time to take care of my cars abundance of issues with kindness. I go to them for any of my car related issues, and I love the trust I have with this group.I will continue to return because they have always been so good to me.*please note cars are expensive, some fixes are expensive no matter where you go.

Will and his team saved my car!! Got into my first ever accident and they took on fixing my car. They were very thorough and updated me along the way about parts (back order etc) car didn t take as long as I thought it would to fix. Got the car back and it s running beautiful and looks like it was never in an accident. Thank you will! Will recommend to everyone I know.

William and his team at Norwood Gulf are the best and most honest around .Whether its for something small like an oil change or flat tire to something as big as a total transmission change as I had to do there is nobody I would trust more than William and the Norwood Gulf I will not bring my Vehiclet to anyone else I highly reccomend you try themJohn Costa

Norwood GOLF IS A FAMILY OF MECHANICS THAY NEVET LET YOU DOWN. MY GAMILY AND I HAVE USED THEOR SETVICES FOR OVER 5 UEARS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISATISFIED. NEED A REAL MECJANIC TO GET THE JOB DONE COME SER WILL AND LEWIS. THEY WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN. 5 SAND A THUMBS UP

William and his team are extremely thorough and I ve had multiple great experiences with them. They do great work for a fair honest price (which hasn t been the case for me with other shops in the area). Both my wife and I are very happy with them and will never take our vehicles any where else

Will and the other shop employees were all so welcoming and helpful. They had my car s AC fixed in a couple hours, and even did my inspection at the same time. I have never been comfortable going to car shops alone, and this experience totally changed that for me. I d recommend this shop/station to anyone. Thanks for all your help, Will and co!

Place is definitely due for upgrade I see they are finally adding a waiting room for service and the expansion of there parking lot is nice touch

I went there and it was good service, I was lucky to be one of the first patrons to utilize their new parking lot. The only reason I'm bringing up their parking lot is because for a gas station this parking lot is absolutely perfect, I've never seen such a perfect parking area anywhere. The owner told me a construction company named (Consider it Dunn) built it. I mean it is completely squared off, you can see the water run perfectly to the drains, the burns are leveled off with such a flow that the area stays clean. And now when you come by there it doesn't look like an old dirty closed eyesore. It now looks like it belongs in that neighborhood. Good job Gulf and great job in finding the right construction crew for the job!!!! Oh by the way I've reached out to the worker's of Consider it Dunn and let them guys know what a great job they did and now a friend of mine is having them do his driveway. So thanks for everything Gulf.

Had some work done on my car, more specifically my ball joint. They re super friendly and willing to help but the service is very unprofessional and overpriced. Had they not tried to overcharge me for a simple axel, ($375) after giving me a cheaper price in person, I wouldn t have seen the very unprofessional and dangerous work done to the ball joint that was replaced and to my brakes when everything was taken off to do the job. Will not be going back and do not recommend going there for anything other than gas.

Nice people and quick service but I definitely recommend you price compare - after my car failed an inspection, they quoted me double any other shop to fix the issue and seemed to expect haggling (which they did when I questioned the price).

I came in for a state inspection after 5pm, the mechanic had left for the day, he came back and did the inspection in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service, friendly and fast! I will definitely go back for my regular car checkups! Eddie is the best!

Great place to get an inspection sticker or oil change. They can always fit me in even on a Saturday morning. Gas prices are good too. They have a cool selection of candy and snacks inside too.

Very good services in this workshop. I appreciate the good service and care with which they do their work. Thanks to ED for his excellent work changing the Lower Control arm to my Mercedes Benz CLA250 2015. I recommend it as the best workshop I've ever been.

Couple days ago I got a flat tire and was conveniently just off the Norwood round about and pulled right into the Gulf station. The service guy Ed was just finishing on a car and pulled me into the bay within 5 minutes of me being there. Turns out the tire was not salvageable and had to exchange the old tire for a new one on the same rim. All in all I was on my way to work again 20 minutes after I blew out my tire. Talk about quick service!

These five stars are for Eddie, who squeezed me in for a car inspection despite inspection hours being closed. This was so appreciated considering my inspection sticker was about to expire. He was both professional and efficient throughout the process. Thank you again Eddie !

I went there to do my car inspection. It was an awesome experience. Guys work there fast and provide a good service. Everyone is friendly and willing to help if you have any questions.

Great guys. Always treat me well and save me a lot of money conpared to other places, Edy is a great mechanic and William the owner is very fair with prices.They will never sell you something you don't need .Two thumbs up

I consider myself very fortunate to have taken a chance on a friend's recommendation to bring my car here for service. They go above and beyond any time they can to make their customers lives that much easier. Part of me hates to tell you all how satisfied I am and how much I trust them because now you'll make them even busier. lol...but I can't be selfish and not share a good thing! I'm also a single female (no don't message) and I feel as such extra lucky to have found this place and Will...thank you so so much!! Noticed a review from another single female that was not so complimentary...definitely must have been a misunderstanding because you all are awesome! UPDATE: THANK YOU for always being there for me and my daughters and keeping us safe on the road! Can't say enough good things about how much pride and care the people here take in their work and the level of commitment and care to their customers that can be counted on.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE. I went here to get a state inspection sticker. The kid who did my inspection was very nice, explained that I needed to get a bulb replaced to pass inspection, quoted me a price, and had me in and out in 20 minutes. While I was waiting, I was chatting with someone others referred to as the "owner" and another worker. They asked what I did for a living and stated that they should throw on an extra charge because "you look like you have money"... a statement I thought was a joke until I went to pay. When the person at the register went to ring me up, he charged me a different, slightly higher price for the bulb than was quoted to me by the original mechanic inspecting my car. The mechanic and the cashier proceeded to bicker--in front of me--about the price that they should charge me. While I understand that this is a seemingly small transaction, it gave me enough of an idea of how they run their business that I will NOT be purchasing tires (that they suggested I purchase) through this shop. I'm fully aware that single females are often a "target" for inflated price quotes for car repairs, which is why I do my homework, particularly in regards to researching where I take my car. While I appreciated the fast service, I won't be back to this shop because I don't think they're trustworthy.

I ve been looking for a trustworthy mechanic down here in Mass after moving from Maine a couple years ago. I would recommend this gulf station to anyone. I made an appointment to have my taillights and AC checked and when I showed up Eddie (who I had spoken to on the phone) stopped everything and checked out my taillights and replaced the bulbs within the minute. I was ready to pay the advertised $90 for the AC repair but ended up paying only $40 because it was just an electrical issue. Eddie made a customer for life today.
